GGastnutzerEin großes Lob an dieses Hotel! Mein Aufenthalt dort war fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, aber im Winter ist es trotzdem etwas mühsam, das Gepäck zu ziehen. Das ist aber in Hokkaido in jedem Hotel so 😆. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat mir ein Taxi gerufen, als ich nicht wusste, wie das geht.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist sauber, modern und gut gepflegt. Es ist etwas weit von der Stadt und dem öffentlichen Verkehr entfernt, so dass das Auto die Dinge viel einfacher macht. Der kostenlose Kaffee und Tee im Lobby ist ein schöner Kontakt, und im Allgemeinen ist es ein komfortables Aufenthaltsort, wenn Sie nicht verstanden fahren.

GGastnutzergood urban hotel in the middle of susukino. I booked twin room accidentally for 1 person . thinking twin room should be able to have 2 people. But apparently you need to specify 2pax when booking. The problem was solved by paying for extra person at check in but I found this a bit confusing / complicated. The person when I called was not very helpful and made the simple problem a bigger one as he didn’t offer solution . In contrast the reception team was nice and welcoming . So be careful to book with correct head count on booking .

Das Badezimmer und das Toilette sind getrennt. Das Badezimmer hat eine japanische Waschbecken. Ausstattung ist nahe dem Vordertafel geliefert. Ich habe geschätzt, dass sie Badsalze hatten. Es ist nahe dem Bahnhof, aber es dauert etwas Zeit, um zum Stadtzentrum zu gehen.

GGastnutzerDurchschnittlich, nichts besonders Gutes oder Schlechtes, nur Durchschnitt. Was ich persönlich an dem Raum bedaure, ist, dass er von der Tür bis zum Innenraum mit dunklen Teppichen bedeckt ist. Sie können sich vorstellen, wie viele Menschen nur Schuhe tragen und im Raum herumlaufen. Ich traue mich nicht, mit bloßen Füßen auf den Boden zu treten. Was noch enttäuschender ist, ist die Hygiene. Ich habe einen magnetischen Aufkleber an der Tür angebracht, der zum Reinigen auffordert, bevor ich rausgehe, aber ich bin nicht einmal hineingegangen und habe den Müll nicht weggeworfen, sondern nur eine Tüte Handtücher aufgehängt Tür. Was bringt also die Reinigung...? Es ist schön, eine Mikrowelle und einen Verkaufsautomaten zu haben, aber es ist nicht die Art von Hotel, in der ich das nächste Mal übernachten möchte

TTiffany ChioThis hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out.
THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!!
I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life.

GGastnutzerPerfect location for skiers - a two minute walk across the carpark and you're at the gondola/chairlift base station. The hotel also has a bus stop outside which is helpful to get to the JR station or into town, although buses are pretty infrequent. There are some dining options nearby, and a convenience store about 10-15 min walk away. The hotel sells discounted lift tickets (which you need to exchange at the ticket booth for a real ticket).
The hotel has an eclectic older style charm. The ”owl” branding throughout was cute, and there's a nice lounge where non-skiers can relax with lots of reading material (most in Japanese). Free snacks and drinks each afternoon in the lobby are a nice touch. The onsite indoor and outdoor onsens are relaxing. There's a laundry with coin operated washer dryers, which is handy.
Breakfasts were decent, although some dishes were a bit sweet for our taste, and there was very little variation from day to day, which is an issue for a ski resort where guests typically stay for multiple days. Staff allocate you to a table (different each day), a system which works pretty well and avoids having to hunt for a table at busy times.
Some procedures seem a bit overcomplicated - checkin involved our name being taken, then being called 10 min later and guided through a self-checkin touchscreen system which wasn't super reliable at reading passports. Also you need to specify your breakfast time each day and then come back and get a ticket later, which seems overcomplicated - better to just let you specify a default time on checkin with the option to vary manually if desired. However staff throughout the hotel are polite and helpful.
The room we had was spacious with a view over the ski field. The bathroom was a modular unit - clean but a bit dated and with an awkward step up to get in.
Beds were made up in a rather strange way - rather than a having a fitted bottom sheet, there was a thin mat laid on top of the mattress. If you move around at all while sleeping this mat ends up a lumpy mess and you often find yourself sleeping partially on the bare mattress.

TTSchwarzSehr nettes Rezeptionspersonal. Sauber, drei Aufzüge womit man nicht lange warten muss, insgesamt nettes Hotel.
Super Lage zu Haltestellen und Shops, das Eisfestival ist auch in Laufreichweite.
Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass man das Handy irgendwie mir dem Fernseher hätte verbinden können. Da wir absolut nichts mit japanischem Fernsehen anfangen können und gerne z.b. YouTube geschaut hätten.
Side note- packt nichts in die Tasche vom Hotelpyjama, oder es wird ausversehen bei der Zimmerreinigung mitgenommen.

GGastnutzerA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

OOndooIch dachte, ich musste auf meiner ersten Reise nach Sapporo eine heiße Frühlingsreise machen.
Und als ich auf den heißen Frühlingen war, war es Noboribetsu, so fand ich einen der ryokan.
Es war ein wenig von dem Eingang von Noboribetsu während der Rating, so es war nicht geeignet für uns, die eine Miete von Autos hatten, aber als wir bewegten, es war nicht so weit, so es war wirklich kalt und schnee, so es war genug, um umzuwandeln
Die heißen Frühlinge werden in Männer und Frauen Bads aufgeteilt, und die Lage der Bads ändert sich jeden Tag. Es gibt Männer und Frauen Bads im Inneren und ein offenes Bad, und der ryokan selbst ist klein, so können Sie es mieten, wenn Sie nur ein gutes Auge kämpfen. Etwa 1-2 Minuten für Gäste? Es ist ein echtes Schwefel heißer Frühling, und Sie können nach einer einfachen Dusche vor dem Bad ein Bad nehmen, und Handtücher und Haare sind verboten.
Wenn Sie zu einem ryokan gehen, können Sie Kaiseki nicht vermissen. Wir haben ein Abendessen für 4 Personen und Frühstück gebucht, und Kaiseki kam zum Abendessen. Es kam als ein Kursgericht, und es sah sehr nett aus und ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Geschmack. Ich war für dieses Preisbereich zufrieden genug.
Die Lobby hat kostenlose Getränke und Sie können unendlich essen (einschließlich Sake, Bier)
Obwohl es ein kleines Hotel ist, das Zimmer wurde upgradiert und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist eine sehr zufriedenstellende Hotelerfahrung. Ich möchte das nächste Mal wieder besuchen, habe ich eine Chance
