+++: очень просторный номер, много больших зеркал, дизайн номера, ребята на ресепшыне. ---: в глаза бросается старость буквально каждой вещи и стен в номере, мягкая мебель вся в грязных пятнах, шланг душа протекает, в ванну не текла холодная вода и не открывался слив. В общем и целом - 5 из 10. Впечатление, что хозяева выжимают из отеля последние деньги и скоро его закроют...

Comfortable One-Night Transit Stay – Tilamas Hotel Sidoarjo I stayed one night at Tilamas Hotel, Sidoarjo, as a transit stop close to Juanda Airport, and overall it was a great experience, especially considering the price. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and definitely good value for money. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with complete amenities, and everything worked properly—including the AC, which cooled the room very well. However, I did notice one spider web inside the cupboard near the mirror, which was a bit disturbing and could easily be improved with more detailed housekeeping checks. I tried the in-room dining service. The food itself was okay, but the taste and portion could be improved, and the waiting time was quite long—around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Personally, I would rather not offer in-room dining if the waiting time is that long. Based on staff information, the service is handled by an external vendor (not a third-party app), which explains the delay. Honestly, using Gojek/GoFood might work better for both guests and the hotel. I also shared photos for reference regarding the salad garnish served with my Nasi Goreng. It looked very unappealing and unpleasant, and honestly, it would have been better to leave the garnish out completely—even rabbits wouldn’t eat it (trust me 🙂). That said, the service really stood out. The Front Desk team were professional, friendly, and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff did a great job overall. Because of that, my one-night transit stay was enjoyable. If the hotel offers a membership or loyalty program, I would love to join—especially if there are special offers or discounts for repeat guests. Hopefully, I’ll be returning again someday.

Guter Service, freundlich, Lage ist sehr nahe der Ampel-Moschee, der Preis ist nicht teuer, nicht billig ... nur gestern gab es ein wenig.. Erfahrung.. in der Mitte der Nacht möchte ich urinieren,,, das Wasser läuft nicht.. ************Finden Sie Wasser in der nächsten Zimmer..

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.

Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr geräumig, aber die Klimaanlage ist kalt und in jedem Flur gibt es Nachfüllgetränke

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hostel ! Gabriel m'a accompagné de A à Z pour toutes mes activités sur trois jours magiques : la première à la sublime cascade de tumpak Sewu, la deuxième aux volcans impressionnants de Bromo, et la troisième au fascinant Kawah Ijen, puis inclus le ticket de ferry pour l'île de Bali. Elle m'a aidé et suivi via WhatsApp de A à Z avec une attention incroyable, et j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'être accompagné du début à la fin... et même après mon départ ! Un service au top du top, hyper sympa et professionnel. Tout était super bien organisé et mémorable. Je recommande à 1000% ! Merci Gabriel et ses filles ! Terima kasih !

Schöne Unterkunft. Ein zweites Zuhause. Sehr nettes Personal und leckere und abwechslungsreiche Gerichte auf der Frühstückskarte. Ich muss mich besonders bei zwei Empfangsdamen bedanken, die mir geholfen haben, einen Zahnarzt aufzusuchen (da ich Zahnschmerzen bekam). Das Personal ist freundlich und großzügig. Ich wünsche der Hotelleitung und dem Personal/Angestellten viel Gesundheit und Wohlstand.
