Not for fussy traveller. The room is as per description and room size is decent. The best is the Japanese style heated toilet bowl. You can lullaby yourself to sleep since is a hanging bed. Location is great as is near the old street and night market.

Die größte Überraschung auf dieser Reise nach Sanya war das Kemei Hotel. Schon die Außenfassade ist atemberaubend: Kokospalmen säumen das Gelände, die Straßen sind sauber, der Pool ist riesig und das Wasser kristallklar. Sicherheitspersonal hat den gesamten Aufenthalt überwacht. Die Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß! Die Inneneinrichtung sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Ich habe mich ausnahmsweise nicht von den Fotos täuschen lassen. Ich bin so glücklich! Vom Balkon aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Meerblick, und man kann sogar den Pool im Erdgeschoss sehen. Der Rezeptionist war super nett. Er hat uns im Voraus nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

Das Apartment-Hotel ist in einem kleinen Bereich, normal. Der größte Verkaufspunkt des Hotels sollte eine Meeresszene sein, und schließlich ist dieser Preis ein hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Meeresszenenbaum. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine offene Küche, mit einem großen Kühlschrank, geeignet für Familien und Kleinkinder. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das ist lobenswert. Ort, an dem Verbesserungen erforderlich sind: der Wasserdruck des Badegewebes ist zu niedrig; es gibt keine einmaligen Schleifen und einmaligen Zahnfässer; jederzeit muss ein Parkgebühr gezahlt werden.

Проживали в аппартаментах, остались очень довольны. Просторно, уютно. Постельное и полотенца идеально чистые. Все необходимое для жизни есть (стиральная машинка, холодильник, сушилка, кондиционер, плита, посуда). Хозяйка доброжелательная, всегда идет на встречу. Территория шикарная, ухоженная, везде очень зелено, есть несколько детских площадок,, пруды с рыбками, есть где посидеть и подышать свежим воздухом. На улице идеальная тишина, поют птички. Встретили какого-то бурундука, ящериц. До моря идти недалеко, минут 10 прогулочным шагом. Если поедем еще в Ялонг бей, то обязательно будем жить именно в этих аппартаментах.

I recently stayed here as a Belgian Chinese traveler, and even though my Chinese isn’t very strong, I was welcomed with so much warmth. This hostel is a true hidden gem, tucked away from the typical tourist trails in a quiet part of the village. It’s the perfect location: right by the fields and some very trendy coffee shops, yet only a 5-minute scooter ride from the main bay and the best surf spots. The owners, Shuiku (水库) and Xiaoxiao (笑笑), really made my trip. Shuiku immediately helped me sort out a scooter and personally showed me where to find the best waves, while Xiaoxiao’s English is quite good, which made everything so much easier. They also pointed me toward some local restaurants that were all absolutely delicious. The vibe of the place is just great. It’s incredibly clean because the cleaning lady and Shuiku himself clean the place several times a day. I loved the design of the indoor chill-out area, though sitting outside to enjoy the tropical weather was just as good. There’s a washing machine which is super handy, and you can rent surfboards for a very fair, cheap price. Because the owners' friends drop by almost daily, there’s always a lively, authentic atmosphere. I met a great mix of foreign tourists and Chinese solo travelers trekking around the island by bike or motorcycle. Many Chinese couples and families where staying too, it is very kid-friendly too. I even ended up meeting a French girl there, and we spent a whole week surfing together. Останавливались семьёй на 2 ночи. Нас вежливо встретили и проводили в апартаменты, вход в которые сразу из лифта. Это было необычно. Вид из номера потрясающий. Чистота была на хорошем уровне. Все санитарно-гигиенические принадлежности имелись в наличии. Постельное бельё было безупречным. Из недостатков нам не хватило одного маленького полотенца, отсутствовали полотенца на пол для душа, и к тому же полотенца не меняются ежедневно. Мы не пользовались кухней, но, когда нам потребовались чашки для напитков, их не оказалось. Стиральная машина пригодилась один раз. Очень удобные апартаменты для отдыха, рядом большой бассейн. Также рядом есть банк и огромный аутлет. На пляж ездили на такси. В целом, мы остались довольны и готовы вернуться

Das Hotel verfügt über 6 Etagen und einen Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich groß und mit großen Fenstern, einem Queensize-Bett mit zwei Kissen, zwei Nachttischen und einem runden Tisch mit Stuhl ausgestattet. Standard-Pflegeprodukte inklusive Pappbechern sind vorhanden. Im Waschraum stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Bad und WC sind separat, inklusive Badewanne, Handtüchern und einer Badematte. Der Bereich ist klein, aber ausreichend. Es gibt einen separaten Nassbereich für Bad und WC. Eine Regendusche ist nicht vorhanden. Große Hausschuhe und ausreichend Kleiderbügel und Haken sind vorhanden. Die Steckdosen sind etwas ungünstig platziert. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Volkspark und ist gut gelegen. Busse fahren in alle Richtungen, einschließlich Bahnhof und Flughafen. Zahlreiche Imbissstände, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Einkaufszentren befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sehr beliebt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut.

I kept cancelling room stay at Sanya Hua'erxi previously as I am afraid of encountering typhoons. My original plan was to stay at this hotel on 23 August 2025 but I cancelled the room stay because the typhoon shut Sanya down on 24 August 2025 and the high-speed train company informed me that there is no train service between Sanya and Haikou on 24 August. So, two days before I checked-in on 20 September 2025, I decided to re-book the fourth level room at Sanya Hua'erxi after knowing another typhoon will not hit Sanya and Hainan on 21 September 2025. I thank receptionist Xiao Fang for arranging the room that faces Sanya Phoenix Airport runway. The airport is beautiful at night and during sunrise. The bed is comfortable. The toiletries are sufficient although there is no razor. I am very happy that I manage to spot planes on the rooftop and in the room. There are no dog barks and cock crows after the typhoon. The plane noise is bearable although ear bugs are available in the room. I was the only guest to eat complimentary breakfast, a bowl of noodles without any fruit. The place to eat appears to be smaller that what is depicted on Trip.com. There are only two rows of tables and the drinks dispenser machine after the hotel entrance. Sanya Hua'erxi (华尔汐酒店), formerly known as Hua'erxi Beauty Inn (华尔汐美宿), is of ten minutes' taxi ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is located very near to Hinze Hotel. One-way taxi fare from the airport to this hotel costs 24.90 RMB. The hotel does not have its own shuttle van for return airport transfers. The transfers are by private car. Late check-out until 2 pm is not allowed but the guest can still go up to the roof for plane-spotting until 4 pm after storing the luggage at the reception desk. The rooftop is only open when the guest requests Xiao Fang and other receptionist to open the rooftop. There are no official opening hours of the rooftop. There are no lamp posts along Fenghuang Road. It is advisable to only walk outside the hotel after 6 am when the sun rises.
