So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Das Hotel ist alt, vor allem in der Wolke, und es fühlt sich nicht sauber. Aber es ist sehr gut, der Parkplatz ist groß, das Zimmer ist groß, der Service ist gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, weil ich es kenne, habe ich dieses Haus mehrfach gelebt. Einmal war ich neben dem Hotel Wanhoo, obwohl das luxuriöse, aber das Zimmer klein ist, gab es zwei Feueralarms in der Mitte der Nacht, der Preis ist zu niedrig und die Erfahrung ist zu schlecht. Also wohnen Sie oft in diesem Haus.

Gut für die Familie. Zimmergröße war gut. Obwohl das Hotel auf der Straße ist, sind die Zimmer weg von der Straße, daher ruhig. Hotel ist auch am Fluss und Zimmerbalkonen gegenüber dem Fluss, der schön ist. Eine Schwimmbad ist mit Schleife und Wasserfall. Der zweite Pool am anderen Ende des Hotels ist auch schön. Das Frühstück ist grundlegend. Es funktionierte gut für unsere Familie. Vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Haltestelle für kostenlose öffentliche Nostalgienbus (Blue Line Trolley), die Sie in wenigen Minuten nach Gatlinburg Zentrum führt (Aquarium ist letzte Haltestelle), kommt alle 15 Minuten. Sonst ist es 15 min.Wandern zum Stadtzentrum.

Die Lage ist immer noch gut, es ist auch bequem, nach Downtown zu gehen, unten ist ein sehr berühmter Hühner. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, der in fünf Minuten zu Fuß etwas kaufen kann.

Großer Ort, schöner Raum. Lage war Top und kostenlose Parkplätze. Mit Steppe innerhalb keine Zeit in der Stadt. 3 Mal gegen den Strand gestoßen. Das ist wirklich das einzige. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kräutern selbst!

Der Duschedruck war extrem niedrig, und das Wasser kam nicht in meinem ersten Zimmer nahezu heiß, und das Toilette funktionierte nicht. Die Sofa wurde als ein Bett gezählt, und das Eisen nutzlos. Diese Informationen wurden nicht auf der Buchungssite veröffentlicht. Stellen Sie sich vor, für eine Beerdigung bereit zu werden, während das WC, Dusche und Eisen alle gebrochen waren, meine Tochter ist Typ 1 Diabetes, der Kühlschrank war nicht kalt, und die Medikamente musste gekühlt werden, es wurde schließlich nach 2-3 Stunden erwärmt. Nach meiner Familienbegräbnisdienste kam ich zurück zum Hotel, um sich zu entspannen, so gingen mich und die Familie zum Pool, wo ich nach dem Wechsel der Zimmer Kerle beim Pool entdeckte (”Ich zeigte den Vordertisch die Bilder”). Es war unglaublich beunruhigend, dass ich nicht in der Lage war, zu ruhen und zu entspannen, weil ich bereits mental und physisch erschöpft war. Ich hatte natürlich Punkte, die ich für einen kostenlosen Aufenthalt anbieten würde, aber eigentlich hätte das Zimmer ausgenommen werden sollen. Noch einmal, die Damen am Frontdesk waren sehr süß, aber leider konnte ich nicht entspannen. Ich werde leider nicht Bilder posten, weil es bereits auf dem Frontdesk veröffentlicht wurde. Ich musste nur wegen meiner Probleme laufen.

Die Lage war einfach und für alles zugänglich Das Hotel ist schön. Die Mitarbeiter-Team-Mitglieder, die wir getroffen haben, sind sehr nett. Ich brauchte es für meine Reise. Problem, das ich hatte war, dass das Toilette auch nachdem ich den Druckknopf laufen halten. Ich habe mit dem Vorderbüro-Repräsentant gesprochen. Ihr Name ist Jamie und sie schickte einen Ingenieur oben. Wenn ich wieder in mein Zimmer zurückkehre, scheint es jedoch korrigiert zu sein, sobald Sie das Toilette gespült haben Continue running. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Besuch. Ich möchte nur sicherstellen, dass Zimmer 301-Problem korrigiert wird, weil es extrem irritierend ist, wenn das Toilette nicht füllt und bleibt in einem kontinuierlichen Laufmodus für Stunden.
