Had an amazing stay at this resort! The place is clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was refreshing. The amenities were great, especially the pool area—it was clean. The food was also delicious and worth trying. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Will surely come back again!

The room is spacious with a sitting area, large closet, and refrigerator with freezer. They also provide some amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided. The balcony and the bathroom are clean, however, there are some dust on the windowsills of the room's interior and on the corners. For a large room, they only provide a single non-absorbent floor mat. They might want to provide more, considering that it's a resort providing water activities. There's also a sign in the bathroom detailing instructions on how to use the water heater, but there is no water heater. The other room that we booked located on a different building has a heater, though. The room is located on the 2nd floor, the water pressure is good and the toilet has a bidet. Be careful on the bath, though, as it's slippery. They should also consider adding a non-slip mat on the bathtub as a safety precaution. There's TV inside the room but it doesn't have any channels. I think they forgot to add another remote needed for you to be able to access the channels. The TV on the other room that we booked is working fine, though. The river is nice and clean and the free time alotted for kayaking is more than enough to explore it. The beach has mixed fine and coarse sand with some corals and shells. The water is calm and it's only knee deep even during hightide in the afternoon, so it's safe for kids. Since the beach is shared with an abandoned resort, and numerous other resorts in the area, it would be good if the staff in charge of maintenance clean the resort's beachfront to minimize the amount of trash, as there are also some trash on the resort's huts located on the beachfront. The 2 pools are clear and clean, one is located in front of the river, while the infinity pool is facing the beach. The riverside pool closes at 7pm, while the infinity pool closes at 12mn. The garden is also nice, although there are some dried bushes here and there. Wifi is only available in public areas. The free breakfast is ok, with 2 pieces of dried fish, 1 hotdog, and 1 cup of rice, and unlimited serving of instant black coffee. The owner is friendly, and the front desk staff, bellboy, and security are also helpful and accommodating. The resort seems adequately staffed; although it is recommended to retrain the maintenance staff on the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. There are also nearby restaurants, and the Mangunguna Restaurant across the street serves really good and affordable meals. The River Restaurant and Giant Taklobo Restaurant are also within walking distance.

sobrang happy kami ng friend ko since nakuha ng hotel yung expectations namin sa kwarto kasi ganon mismo sya sa pic. una nag ddoubt kami kasi baka hindi ganon yung itsura or baka scam lang ganon, hindi pala legit sya view namin ang dagat highly recommended!!💗💗

Review of Proxy Hotel, Alaminos We had a very pleasant stay at the Proxy Hotel. The location was excellent—being so close to Lucap Wharf made it very convenient for exploring Hundred Islands and the surrounding area. The rooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment overall. The only minor drawback was that the bed felt a bit too firm for our preference, but this did not take away from the overall positive experience. The combination of convenience, cleanliness, and comfort makes Proxy Hotel a solid choice for travelers visiting Alaminos.

The hotel and room looks clean in a glance - until you spend hours in it. I found some cheese crumbs under our bed when we didn't eat inside our room. There are also flies and mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, the casa is clean in general. The location is excellent - walking distance to almost any points in the city center. Service is good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is superb. It would have been the best hotel if not for some of these lapses. TV reception isn't great. WiFi in the room is sometimes weak. The hinge of the cabinet in the room is loose already that it creates a creaking sound every time we open it. The bathroom floor in the PWD room is slippery. Although there were guest kits and towels provided, it would have been nice if there was a dedicated bathroom slippers. The ceiling has mildew and mark that paint is being removed. Other than that, the AC is nice, the bed and blanket are comfy. There are lots of electric sockets in the room. The room is on the first floor and pretty quiet at night. You can only hear the voices of people walking along the hallways which is pretty normal. Despite all these observations, I would still want to book here in the future. The experience is still good.

We had a great stay at Chalaroste Place! The place and location is great, we especially loved watching the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful. The parking area is spacious, the BBQ grill and outdoor space were perfect for spending time together at night, and the beds were comfy with clean linens and very cold air-conditioning. A couple of things that could be improved: the swimming pool area needs better lighting at night as it gets really dark, and the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning (though there was no foul smell). Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a great view and relaxing ambiance and few minutes from the Public Beach.

Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich, auch wenn es am Anfang etwas schwierig zu finden war. Manche Leute kennen das Hotel nicht und fanden heraus, dass es neu ist. Aber schließlich haben wir es herausgefunden, wir haben das Straßenschild Calle Jacinto gesehen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und es gibt Badetücher, Flüssigseife, Zahnbürste und Mineralwasser. Paulo ist sehr zuvorkommend, als wir das Hotel erreicht haben. Im Wohnzimmerbereich im zweiten Stock gibt es einige dekorative Gemälde. Man kann zwar die frische Farbe riechen, aber da ich gerne male, stört mich das nicht wirklich 😁. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der berühmten Calle Crisologo entfernt. Wir sind herumgelaufen und haben uns nachts den berühmten tanzenden Brunnen angesehen und hatten keine Probleme, zum Hotel zurückzukehren, da es ganz in der Nähe ist. Das einzige Problem, das wir in unserem Zimmer hatten, war die Toilettenschüssel, die ein Problem hatte, aber wir haben mit ihrer Vorgesetzten, Frau Meg, gesprochen und sie werden das sicherlich so schnell wie möglich beheben. Es wurde ein festes Frühstücksmenü serviert, Sie müssen nur auswählen, was Sie mit Kaffee oder Saft essen möchten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend und dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren überall in unserem Aufenthalt unglaublich schön und freundlich. Die Etage und Umgebung waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, was den Ort noch komfortabler machte. Und die Sonnenunterkünfte? Absolut magisch eine so schöne und entspannende Erfahrung. Sehr empfohlen! Allerdings war ich sehr enttäuscht über den Buchungs- und Rückzahlungsprozess Trip.com. Ich habe ursprünglich zwei Zimmer gebucht, aber eines der Zimmer wurde plötzlich vom Hotel und trip.com abgebrochen. Es hat schon 7 Tage dauert, und ich habe noch keine Aktualisierung über meine Erstattung erhalten und es schwer zu kontaktieren. Was es frustrierender machte, ist, dass die Stornierung nicht am Ende war Sie waren die, die die Buchung abgeschafft, aber der Rückzahlungsprozess dauert zu lange. Aufgrund dieser Frage musste ich dringend ein anderes Hotel suchen und eine weitere Zahlung machen, um unseren Aufenthalt zu decken. Ich hoffe Trip.com und das Hotel verbessern ihre Zimmerverfügbarkeits-Updates und Kundenservice, um diese Art von Unannehmlichkeiten für künftige Gäste zu vermeiden.
