Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

The location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Pleasant stay -  room and bathroom very clean . Walking distance to zocalo. Will not hesitate to stay again should I return. Be aware though that there is no elevator and rooms are either up or down from he lobby.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr gut gelegener Ort mit bewundernswerter Aussicht. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen alt und teuer in der Hochsaison, aber im Allgemeinen hat es gute Betten und Klimaanlage.

Die Umgebung ist gut, die Gesundheit ist gut, der Verkehr in der Umgebung ist bequem, die Einrichtungen sind sehr allgemein, der Service ist noch vorhanden, der Preis ist nicht hoch

El hotel está remodelado y todos los trabajadores dan un excelente servicio. En temporada alta deben hacer mayor énfasis a que los huéspedes sigan las reglas. Hay huéspedes que no respeta reglas, apartan mesas, camastros, palapas y sillas por todo el día. Se meten a la alberca con playera, salen mojados al elevador, a la recepción, se sirven comida en exceso y no se la comen. En mi habitación la puerta del baño rechinaba demasiado. La puerta a las escaleras también hace mucho ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de esa puerta. Al hacer mi reserva pide no cerca del elevador y me asignaron saliendo del elevador.

Tiene una excelente limpieza, el personal es amable y el restaurante muy bonito con una excelente vista la comida se puede mejorar, pero si tiene buen sabor y es muy accesible, el único problema que me surgió fue unos pendientes que me gustaron de la boutique pero estaba cerrada :(

Excelente restaurante con buen sabor y variedad de alimentos, desayuno bufet tiene un ambiente silencioso y permite perfectamente descansar. Si lo que quieres es un ambiente agradable con almohadas cómodas elige este lugar.
