3-Sterne-Hotels in Provinz Kep, Kambodscha

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a lovely clean swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent for the price paid. Bit noisy during the day at present as they are having a new extension to the hotel being built. Food in the restaurant is good value and drinks were reasonably priced. Could do with having relaxing chairs in the bar area as it lacks a cosy place to enjoy a drink. We will definitely be staying again.

2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped. Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle. Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge. To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts. Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

Wir waren sehr gut willkommen und sehr leicht geprüft. Der Bungalow war ziemlich geräumig, ein wenig heiß, aber wir hatten einen mobilen Fan, das war einfach genug. Wir waren gerade vor dem Schwimmbad, das sogar in der Nacht zugänglich war, so dass wir einen letzten Tauch zu erfrischten, bevor wir zum Bett gehen. Die Vegetation zwischen den Bungalows wurde für eine schöne und entspannende Atmosphäre gemacht.

Das ist die Hände nach unten der beste Ort, wo ich in Kep geblieben habe. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war die Rezeption außergewöhnlich 337 die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich willkommen, professionell, und ging oben und darüber, um mich zu Hause fühlen. Die Atmosphäre ist perfekt für eine entspannende Getaway. Sehr empfohlen für jeden Besucher der Gegend!

I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced. There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving. There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks. The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer.

Der Hotelmanager war wirklich freundlich und mit mir chattelte, als ich ankam. Die anderen Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich in der Bar gesprochen habe, waren nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für den Strand und die Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Zimmer haben große Glastüren, so dass Sie das Meer von Ihrem Zimmer leicht sehen können. Die Hotelbar hat viele Getränke und ein volles Menü mit Essen und Snacks. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß - es gibt eine Kehle, um Tee und Kaffee zu machen. Ich würde hier sicher noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich Kep besuche. Es war ein toller Kurzaufenthalt in Kep Beach!

Das Personal ist freundlich, die Lage ist etwas weit vom Hauptstrand entfernt, aber wenn Sie keinen Lärm mögen, ist das kein Problem, es gibt viel Grün, daher ist Insektenschutz ein Muss, der Pool ist klar und sauber

Ich lebe in diesem Ort, große Flucht mit Natur um. Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Natur ans die National ist neben ihm. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad und sauberes Zimmer, heißes Wasser in Die Dusche funktioniert gut und das Personal wird ihren Weg gehen, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Gast mit seinem Aufenthalt zufrieden ist.  Ich empfehle diesen Ort jedem, der Kep besucht.    Alles in Ordnung.

Nice and friendly staff. A nice bar close by and not too far from the ocean and from the beach. Quite affordable for the average person.
