Das Hotel ist gut gelegen: 15 Minuten von der Station, 10 von der örtlichen Stadt und dem historischen Ort, direkt vor dem berühmtesten Markt und entlang einer der berühmtesten Posh-Straßen. Ein schöner Mall ist nur neben ihm, wenn Sie etwas brauchen. Die Rezeption und das Restaurant befinden sich im 16. Stock und bieten einen großen Blick. Zimmer sind richtig, lathe nicht der modernste Stil, aber schön genug (Ich habe ein Zimmer reserviert). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr.

This place is just a 5-6 minute walk to Kanazawa jr station and the bus terminal. The location is fantastic. There is all the amenities you need like coin laundry, and ice machine. The staff are wonderful and helped me to correctly fill out the forms to mail a package to my teacher staying in japan. This is my second stay with the hotel franchise in kanazawa- i stayed in their other hotel more in the town centre previously. They both smelled amazing. I don’t know what they use, but they have a specific scent that they make for their hotels. Apparently Kanazawa also has a tradition of incense and so they’ve incorporated a signature scent based on it. I wish I could buy it tbh- so Koko staff- if you see this, please make it an item you sell! The rooms are a good size, for Japan, and the bathtub in the room is MASSIVE. Sadly I dont have photos as I forgot to take them. They have a lovely outdoor on the top floor as well, where you can sip a drink and enjoy the view which i do have photos of.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. This hotel located exactly beside JR Kanazawa Sta. So if you want to go to Shirakawago by bus ( of course u have to reserved before ) it is easy to reach the bus station behind Kanazawa Sta. I choose this hotel also because I used Hokuriku pass which is passed by Kanazawa Sta. The room is like other 3 star hotel in Japan, not too big but enough if you bring top loading luggage.

Dies ist ein fantastisches Thermalhotel mit tadellosem Service. Die saisonalen Kaiseki-Abendessen sind leicht und einzigartig, und das Frühstück bietet sowohl ein japanisches Menü als auch ein westliches Buffet und bietet so Flexibilität. Der Thermalbereich ist geräumig. Meine Freundin aus Kindertagen und ich nahmen unsere beiden über 70-jährigen Mütter mit, und sie waren begeistert. Es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung, und wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen.

Eines der wenigen Hotels, in dem drei Erwachsene in einem Zimmer Platz finden! Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten vom JR-Bahnhof Kanazawa entfernt und nicht weit von den Fischmärkten. Das Hotel hat freundliches Personal und ist sehr sauber. Im Nordturm steht den Gästen auch ein öffentliches Bad zur Verfügung. Empfehlenswert, wenn Sie mit der Familie reisen.

Es ist einfach zu finden. Von Kanazawa Station auf einen Bus in Bay 10 die Alight am 2. Halt am Ohmicho Market dann über die Straße, promenieren für eine Minute oder zwei. Es gibt eine in der Nähe Starbucks, Lawson und 7/11. Etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß zum Schloss Kanazawa und zum Garten Kenrokuen. Zimmer sind sauber und ich mag es, dass sie kostenlose Skincare in den Restzimmern bieten. Ich meine, die Damen sind vergeblich, es ist eine gute Sache, dass sie darauf aufmerksam machen. Das Personal ist nett. Es ist eine Kapselunterkunft. Sie halten alles sauber. Also müssen Sie sich nicht nach einem erschöpfenden Tag besorgen, Sie werden durch ein sauberes Bett willkommen sein. Ein guter Tipp, bekommen Sie den Kanazawa Loop Bus für nur 800yen. Sie können den Bus springen, um Kanazawa Touristen. Ein Wert für Geld, da der Preis etwa 210 Yen nur 1 Weg ist. Die IC-Karte funktioniert nicht auf Bussen in Kanazawa. Entweder Sie zahlen in Bargeld oder Kreditkarten

The location is good, it's close to the train station. Staff were super friendly. There's a restaurant within the hotel which we had dinner there, food was good, though the price was a little higher than a normal local restaurant, but for the convenient sake, it was worth it. The bedroom was normal and bathroom is on the small side, since it's located in a small city/town, so don't expect it to be like those hotel in big city but overall it's clean and comfortable, and we were happy with it. There is also a self service free coffee at the lobby, which was good to have some hot drinks especially in the cold weather. Breakfast was very delicious, and you could tell they really made an effort. I would say it's the part I liked the most about my stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location near Kanazawa Station, making travel easy. Staff were polite and the check-in process was smooth. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but clean and functional for a solo traveler. Good value for money overall. The quiet atmosphere and easy access to trains, restaurants and convenience stores made the stay comfortable.

很滿意，雖然路途有點遠，但是進來之後發覺設施還挺新的（尤其後來得知這是超過百年的老店，三代經營下來的）。有個店員是台灣大姐姐給予了很大的幫助，瞭解了很多歷史和食材的詳情。尤其是人少是最大好處，諾大個旅館就三户人住進去了（公湯不開送私湯估計的最大原因），覺得大賺一筆。定的是一泊兩食，每頓都驚喜滿滿，十分滿意又滿足。 最後加個小亮點，有迎賓的LOVOT
