Räumliche Dusche (Schlafkleidung sind auch vorhanden), Big individuelle Gepäcklagerung, und Bett mit einstellbaren Lichtern und Fans. Die Kapseln kommen auch mit einzeln gefüllten Uhren. Sie hat auch eine eigene spezielle Rauchzone. (NB: Befördern Sie einen Universal-/Reiseadapter. Die Kapseln haben keinen USB-Port)

The hotel is in a good location, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The room, bed, and bathroom are a bit small, but this is quite normal in Japan. If two adults are staying together, it may feel slightly crowded. Body wash and shampoo were provided, and they had a nice scent, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with reasonable pricing and good value for money.

Perfect location, just a few meters away from Nagoya Station JR and last bus stops/unloading (tours and outside Nagoya trips). Food stores are also available surrounding the hotel and BiC Camera is also located across the street. Entrance to the Underground shopping center can also be found near the hotel entrance. The room is relatively clean and the staff are courteous. Only stayed for one night but I will definitely book the hotel again if I return to Nagoya.

Rating: 2/5 stars This hotel's biggest advantage is undoubtedly its prime location – it's just a short walk from Kanayama Station, making travel around the area extremely convenient. However, there are significant areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness was disappointing, with noticeable amounts of hair left on the toilet walls, which suggests inadequate cleaning protocols. Additionally, communication with staff proved to be quite difficult, creating frustration when trying to address concerns or ask for assistance.

Das Dreibettzimmer ist für drei Personen ziemlich klein, aber es ist manuell, dass wir 2 Gepäck auf einmal in dem Zimmer öffnen können. Das Badezimmer-Tür ist etwas transparent, Das könnte ein bisschen schrecklich sein, wenn Sie Zimmer mit Freunden teilen.

Obwohl es sich um einen Last-Minute-Aufenthalt handelte, war das Personal an der Rezeption höflich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde angegeben, dass die Parkplatzgebühr kostenlos sei, aber ab Frühjahr dieses Jahres wurde sie auf 500 Yen erhöht. Leider waren auf dem Spiegel Spinnweben.

Das Hotel war großartig und bot während der Happy Hour ein kostenloses Getränk und ein kostenloses Frühstück an. Während der Golden Week waren jedoch zu viele Gäste da und ich konnte keinen Sitzplatz finden, selbst als ich um 6:30 Uhr zum Frühstücksbereich ging. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn das Hotel in Stoßzeiten eine Option zum Mitnehmen anbieten könnte. Obwohl ich über Trip.com ein Nichtraucherzimmer angefragt hatte, bekam ich ein Raucherzimmer, was enttäuschend war. Insgesamt war das Personal professionell und freundlich und sprach gut Englisch. Ich würde dieses Hotel in Zukunft anderen empfehlen.

Great location! Close to two metro lines, easy to get around. I’ve asked for higher floor when I was booking the room, but they gave me the lowest floor by the time I checked in. There were noises of motorcycles during the night so I would definitely recommend you to ask for rooms located at higher floors to avoid the noise.

Location is superb and pretty safe, even for solo travelers and family with children. The surrounding area of Nishiki at night is lit with busy night life but not so crowded and not so loud, so it's acceptable and fine. Don quijote is only 1 minute away. Ichiran is around 3 minutes away. Subway train exit 1 is only 1 minute away but this exit, stairs only. For elevator exit, go to exit 8 of Sunshine city, it's in the opposite site and only 3-5 minutes away. Oasis 21 is around 8 minutes away. The hotel is old, classic but clean. I will book this hotel again if I plan to come back to Nagoya.
