Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich. Sie hielten unser Gepäck zwei Tage nach dem Auschecken. Es gibt ein schönes Pizza-Restaurant im Hotel und wir liebten die Pasta & Pizza. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen kleinen Balkon, wo wir die Sterne beobachteten. Die Plugs waren alten mit drei Löchern, so stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den richtigen Adapter haben.

Avevo prenotato la solita camera matrimoniale al primo piano, ma quando sono arrivato in camera mi sono trovato i letti separati. Quindi sono ritornato in reception e mi hanno messo su una camera al 5 piano non all’altezza delle camere dei piani inferiori.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit schöner Einrichtung, freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, gutem Frühstück und tollem Gepäckaufbewahrungsservice. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr klein und war auf den Fotos möglicher Zimmer im Hotel nicht zu sehen.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf unserem Weg nach Hause geblieben. Die Lage ist großartig, weil es 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand ist .Sie haben auch kostenfreie Parkplatz (begrenzt).Das Frühstück wurde im Preis enthalten, nicht ein reichhaltiges, aber es war ok.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sauber, ich hatte auch eine Terrasse mit einem Tisch und 2 Stühle, und Waschtrockner. Komfortable Betten, alles funktionell neben einer Lampe .Es war kein Luxus, aber für drei Sterne war es ok.

Es ist ein Familienhotel, das am selben Tag um 12 Uhr früher ankommt, aber der Chef ist sehr gut, möchten wir frühzeitig anmelden
Ich mag das Hotel sehr viele Antiquitäten, und umgeben von Bäumen und Berglandschaften. In der Terrasse des Zimmers kann man sehen, gut ～ Es ist lobenswert, weil es in einigen Fällen keinen Mietwagen gibt, so dass der Chef auch bereit ist, uns zu einem nahegelegenen Abendessen zu fahren und das Auto gehen wir zum Bahnhof. Schließlich ist das Frühstück, das der Chef fertig gemacht hat, sehr gut 😋
Der einzige Nachteil: Die Isolierung ist schlecht, manchmal hört man die Tür, wenn man ein wenig wach ist, wird man nicht empfehlen zu leben.

Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! TTaiwEs war ein schönes Hotel. Es gab nicht viel zu tun, hauptsächlich ein paar Swimmingpools und eine kleine Bar. Die Bar war geöffnet, aber aufgrund der Renovierung eingeschränkt. Es liegt nicht so nah am Zentrum von Venedig. Positiv war, dass es keinen Shuttlebus gab, der einen hin und zurück brachte. Es gab feste Abfahrtszeiten und der Preis war sehr angemessen. Das Zimmer war ok, ich hatte schon einmal eines. Ich hatte ein paar Probleme: Einer der Duschköpfe funktionierte nicht richtig und das Waschbecken lief nicht richtig ab, was etwas dauerte. Insgesamt hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt und war ordentlich.

ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

Ich sagte dem Kellner mehrmals Bescheid, aber es half nichts. Ich drängte den Kellner, gegen 9 Uhr zu bestellen, und er sagte, die Küche sei geschlossen. Um 10:30 Uhr wurde das Essen noch nicht serviert. Nachdem das falsche Gericht serviert worden war, sagte er, die Küche sei geschlossen und er würde es nicht ändern.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

GGastnutzerWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.

GGastnutzerEin super Hotel, nur einen Katzensprung vom Markusplatz entfernt. Es ist blitzsauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der einzige kleine Nachteil – aber das ist bei einem historischen Gebäude zu erwarten – ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, auch wegen des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses.

Die Beschreibung des Wohnzimmers ist ein großes Bett und ein gefärbtes Bett, in der Praxis ist es eine Suite, das große Bett ist übertrieben und 4 Personen leben nichts Problems, über die Erwartungen! Die Breite des Zimmers ist etwas scharf und wird unvorsichtig auf den Schoß gelangen (Ich bin ein Mittelschoß). Wenn Sie lieben, weißes Wasser zu trinken, tragen Sie einen Kälteschrank; der Kaffee im Zimmer schmeckt sehr gut! Die Klimaanlage ist 10 Minuten selbst festgesetzt (die Familie ist ein Aktionsmann). Das Frühstück ist ein Standard-Weiß-Essen, am Sonntag wird es viele Menschen geben, nicht rechtzeitig zu essen; am Montag ist es viel besser.

GGastnutzerLa ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas
