Ich war überwiegend zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Ibis Hotel, aber der Zimmerservice war nicht verfügbar, als ich versuchte, Essen über das Internet zu bestellen.

-Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ neu und die Zimmer sind nicht klein. -Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe des Glockenturms, mit Restaurants und Taxis in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, bequem zum Einkaufen zu jeder Zeit und überall am Abend. Gute Lage. -Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass ich beim Einchecken lange Haare auf der Bettwäsche gefunden habe. Machen Sie Fotos an der Rezeption, sie nehmen sie sehr ernst. Ich habe die Decke gewechselt, aber es war immer noch Zuba Ba. Es wird geschätzt, dass die Bettwäsche nicht automatisch getrocknet und gebügelt wird. -Haben die Abholung vom Flughafen gebucht. Obwohl etwas teuer, ist der Fahrer von guter Qualität und stellt von Zeit zu Zeit die vorbeifahrenden Städte vor.

Das einzige Problem war, dass die Blätter nicht im Zimmer verändert worden waren, aber sie schickten sofort jemanden, als ich die Rezeption anrufe, um neue zu bitten.

Hotel is near to airport. Staffs are good and helpful. Hotel is bit old, however well maintained. Room is spacious for a solo traveller. Also, there was no disturbance of outside noise as windows are well insulated. Good Food too.

Das Hotel liegt hinter dem Colcarter Museum, es ist nahe an den umliegenden touristischen Orten und ist ein nettes Hotel, wie ich dachte. Der Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und bringt Frühstück zum Zimmerservice. Guter Preis für Geld

Ich habe mit meiner Freundin seit über einem Jahr in diesem Hotel verblieben. Ich habe nie gefühlt, unsicher oder disy. Das Personal ist sehr kooperativ und hilfsbereit. Sie versuchen immer, uns so viel wie möglich zu helfen. Es war eine sehr angenehme und komfortabele Erfahrung.

I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.

all was fine & awesome. I found it from MMT. we stayed for a night and it was fabulous experience I gathered. All staffs did well behavior with us.

Tourists Travel fand das THE LOFT HOTEL nach einem langen Reisetag sehr sauber und komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren auf Anfragen, respektvoll in jeder Hinsicht. Alle Mahlzeiten waren köstlich und wurden mit einem Lächeln serviert.

We stayed there for 3 days. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and reached out immediately even for minor inconveniences. The food was very good as well. Rooms were tidy and well maintained.

Trip.com is very helpful for your booking and a good class service

A very basic hotel with no correct information details on the site. The hotel manager is rude, and he doesn't know how to say no to the guests. He was too straightforward, and this attitude is not for the hospitality industry. Not even one local staff member was seen there. I had already paid 2400 for the executive room, thinking all the rooms have a mountain view as there is no information about room type in the site. I had put a msg requesting for the mountain view room as my partner had never seen a snow-capped mountain. Upto our disappointment, they showed us a dark and stuffy room where the view was another hotel's wall. Asked them for an upgrade, and the hotel manager told me to pay 1500, to which I asked if they could give a discount, and he abruptly said no.. it was around 8 pm that we reached and rooms were available. We upgraded for one night for their so-called premium room (mountain view) no diff in room at all.. except there was a window facing the mountain and bath tub in the bathroom with no valve. The linens were dirty. I didn't see any worth of paying 1500 extra for upgrade. I requested a refund for the 2nd day, which they refused, and trip.com gave me compensation points. The most annoying thing in all this was the hotel manager blaming expedia.com for not having the correct information on the site while I didn't even know trip.com is partnered up with expendia. He was blaming me, blaming ******* but except them. I asked if there was ac in the room for the heater, then he said.. they don't have ac in any hotels in darjeeling. I'm from Darjeeling, and he didn't look like he was from Darj, and I was asking about his hotel and not other hotels. To have this kind of hotel listed on trip.com would ruin the reputation of trip.com and not the hotel. Horrible experience.

I went to mirik on the 10th of september, 2023 & stayed at queen hill hotel & homestay. Amusing view from the balcony. Cheap & best price on proper mirik town beside the jhil. I'll also suggest the couple's to book queen hill hotel & homestay. On a moonlit night it will be an unbelievable experience. The entire hotel is neat & clean, also well decorated & hygienic maintained. Good food, very well & polite behaviour of all the staff.

This is a transit hotel for people going to various destination within north bengal, sikkim, bhutan. Hotel has all amenities as required for short stay. Good location, connected to major rail, bus auto, taxi stands. Food is good, breakfast us ok not much choice. Staff behaviour is ok. Only one negative is allowing lobbies to be smoking.

やや中心部から離れていますが、バグドグラ空港からシッキムに移動のために利用したので問題ありません。建物はバトミントンコートの脇に客室があり、地元の方が練習していたりします。気になる人はおすすめしません。部屋はシンプルですが、居心地良いです。冬の利用ですが追加の毛布があり、寒くありませんでした。また、朝食もシンプルなインド料理ですが、とても美味しく、スタッフも親切でした。犬が沢山いますので、犬が嫌いな方はおすすめしません。

Hotel location is great all important place is near by it, like iskon temple amusement park, most special honking market is just behind the hotel and all hotel staffs behaviour is very good. Clean room hygienic food they provide.
