"Ich war vor kurzem für ein paar Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war eine ziemlich mittlere Erfahrung. Der Eincheckungsprozess war etwas langsam, aber das Personal war freundlich und untergebracht. Das Zimmer war angemessen sauber, aber es fühlte sich nicht so frisch oder modern wie ich es gewünscht hatte. Auch die grundlegenden Einrichtungen wie Glasbucket wurden nicht in einem privaten Zimmer angeboten. Die Lage war bequem, mit leichtem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen, was sicherlich ein Plus war. Insgesamt hätte der Aufenthalt mit dem Preis, den ich gezahlt hätte, besser gewesen sein können, da nichts wirklich herausgestellt wurde, um es außergewöhnlich zu machen. Es erfüllte meine Bedürfnisse, aber ich bin nicht sicher, dass ich zurückkommen würde, wenn ich nicht schnell, keine Frills Platz zum Aufenthalt benötigt. Lebensmittel- Bewertung- eines der besten Dinge, die ich sagen würde, war das Essen"

GGastnutzerThis was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

GGastnutzerWe stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter.
The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip.
We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

Mein Zimmer war hell und sauber und komfortabel. Ich brauchte ein ruhiges Zimmer und der Manglesh, der Mangelsh, war unglaublich zugekommen.
Jeden Tag stellte er sicher, dass ich komfortabel war und alles hatte, was ich brauchte.
Frühstück ist großartig mit vielen Optionen, einschließlich frisches Obst. Die Server waren alle freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem Aman, der großartig war, wenn ich an meinen Auftrag erinnern. 
Ich hatte auch Mittagessen im Restaurant und der Kundenservice war einfach unglaublich. Aman und der Manager nahmen mir wirklich große Sorgen. 
Das Personal am Vordertisch und die Hauspflege waren auch wunderbar hilfreich. (Als eine Frau, die allein reist, bin ich immer sehr zufrieden, wenn es eine Frau gibt, die mir auch helfen kann. Vielen Dank Kiran für ihren glücklichen Service.) Die GM war auch verfügbar und freundlich zu helfen , wenn ich etwas nötig.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer tollen Lage ( direkt neben Parmarth Ashram und sehr nahe dem Beatles ashram) und das Personal macht die Erfahrung wirklich wunderbar.

GGastnutzermy stay was exceptional 😀 love the setup of this cottage. it's right in the lap of nature and if offers breathtaking views. anyone looking for a quite time in the serenity can book this place and it won't disappoint you. kudos to the staff members they were extremely helpful and made my stay comfortable. 5 star to the service guy. definitely looking forward to stay in future . cheers

GGuest UserIn der Nähe des Haridwar Station, die einen einfachen Zugang zu allen Verkehrssystemen und dem Markt ermöglicht. Allerdings fehlten grundlegende Einrichtungen für Toiletten, was auch immer anscheinend verfügbar war. Bei der Anfrage nach dem gleichen, sagt der Betreuer und der Rezeptionist: ”Die Gäste in allen drei Zimmern sind aus der gleichen Familie, so können Sie die verfügbaren Toiletten teilen.” Diese unprofessionelle und lächerliche Haltung war sicherlich aus meiner Erwartung und sehr viel Schock.
Am nächsten Morgen war die Wartezeit für die Zahlung des Abendessens Rechnung ebenso schrecklich wie ihr Verhalten. Keiner war im Rezeptionstisch und keine Unterstützungsdienste zur Teilnahme.

We stayed at Hotel Azul Ganga for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight for us was the beautiful rooftop view—perfect for soaking in the serene vibes of Rishikesh.
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Highly recommended!

KKapil KanePerfect location if you are being picked up for the hike up in the Himalayas. I had booked a king room with air con. Turns out air con only blows cold air and not hot air. Was a bit disappointed. But, it wasn’t that cold for an early Jan winter.
