Place was easy to locate. Rooms were spacious, clean and installed with ac, fridge and tv. Staff was polite, cooperating, and well behaved. Food was also good. Overall a nice place to stay and relax yourself.

A beautiful, stylish, boutique hotel with a lake view. It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe. My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge. The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night. If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

A normal hotel. А little tired place, but they're trying, fresh renovated rooms start from the third floor, the staff is responsive, safe, cool roof, great view! The prices are more than attractive.

Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in diesem luxuriösen Hotel, und es überstieg wirklich meine Erwartungen in allen Aspekten. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich mit Wärme und Professionalität begrüßt, so dass ich mich wertvoll und komfortabel fühlte. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, elegant gestaltet und mit hochwertigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details von dem Premiumbett bis zu den schönen Innenräumen schuf eine perfekte Mischung von Komfort und Sophistikation. Die Aussicht auf das Zimmer war absolut erstaunlich. Der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Jede Anfrage wurde unverzüglich bearbeitet, was ihre Verpflichtung zur Exzellenz widerspiegelt. Die Essenserfahrung war ebenso beeindruckend, bietet eine breite Palette von leckeren, hochwertigen Gerichten. Das Atmosphäre des Restaurants wurde zu der Gesamterfahrung hinzugefügt, so dass jedes Essen erinnerebar ist. Die Hoteleinrichtungen, einschließlich Spa, Fitnesscenter und Pool, waren von Weltklasse und gut gepflegt, bieten eine wirklich entspannende und luxuriöse Erfahrung. Das Hotel bietet einen hohen Standard für Luxus und Gastfreundschaft. Ich empfehle es allen, einen erstklassigen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu suchen.

Das Hotel befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Eingang des Festes. Wie viele Hotels in der Gegend, ist es modern gebaut, aber simuliert die Architektur der Zeit mit einer Fassade und sehr schönen Innenräumen. Wir hatten auf der ersten Etage ein sehr geräumiges und elegantes arabisches Zimmer. Das Hotel verfügt auch im ersten Stockwerk über einen sehr schönen Pool, der bis 8 Uhr öffnet, und auch über ein Restaurant im Stall mit unglaublichen Blicken auf das Fest, sowohl Tag als auch Nacht. Das servierte Essen ist ziemlich gut von Qualität und Preis. Es umfasst einen Frühstück ohne Buffet mit drei oder vier Wahlmöglichkeiten. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und entschlossen. Negative Aspekte: Unannehmlich ist, dass sie etwas unachtsam reinigen. Wir fanden eine wie eine andere kleine Schnecke im Zimmer und ein paar Betons. Das Badezimmer war ein bisschen schmutzig und wurde verpasst

Good for a night’s stay. Budget Hotel located in an alley and it’s the last hotel so you don’t hear the noise from traffic, which is good. Floor and bathroom/toilet can be cleaner. They don’t provide complimentary water. Dinner is convenient because there’s a restaurant on the 5th floor. Breakfast is average

A mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival. The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops. Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.

Hotel Alabana Haveli is situated on Amer Road near Zoravar gate. Hawamahal is near about 2 km away. We stayed in a deluxe room of the property during middle of the January this year. The property is far away from the usual hustle of the city but well connected with the Jaipur railway station, Sindhi bus stand and other attractions of the city. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities. The hotel was very neat and clean. Staffs were very helpful and polite. The hotel need to work on few things for better service. The furniture and bathroom fittings looks old. The rooms didn't have a personal geyser although hot waters were available only few hours in the morning. The hotel may provide tea kit, coffee kit and bathroom essentials apart from usual soap and towel. Overall the hotel was very good for stay. Also I would like to mention about the Curry Spoon, the in house restaurant of the hotel which served delicious food.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.
