Dds999arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

Mmanami_co22日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。
スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。
室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。
ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。
すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。
丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

GGastnutzerSchönes Zimmer und Badezimmer war wirklich nett mit Spaziergang in Dusche und Bad, unter Bettbeleuchtung, die kam, wenn man in der Nacht zum Loo kommt, die hilfreich ist in seltsamen Orten. Frühstück inbegriffen
Der Balkon war privat mit erstaunlichen Aussichten. Nehmen Sie Duck und Schwanz Nahrung und die Duck und Fisch kamen von überall schön zu Deb zu sehen.

JJulianDieses Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage, bequem für Rugby und das M1/M6. Die Grundstücke und das Gebäude sind schön, obwohl es Anzeichen von Vernachlässigung gibt. Wir blieben in einer Suite in den Stables, es war müde, was ich von den Fotos online wusste, aber unser Badezimmer hatte Haare im Bad und in der Schlauch geklappt. Die Dusche war nicht heiß und der Toilettenfluss war schlecht. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, viele heiße Lebensmittel waren mit niemandem ausgegangen, wir mussten um Auszubringen bitten. Das Personal war 50/50 - einige sehr angenehm, aber einige uninteressant, einer der Rezeptionisten gab uns nicht einmal die Richtungen zu unserem Zimmer ordnungsgemäß suite. Wenn etwas Geld für die Verbesserung der Zimmer und das Gebäude ausgegeben worden wäre, würde ich gerne mehr zahlen, es ist eine echte Schande, das Potenzial ist riesig!

GGastnutzerWe did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in. A special thanks to the kind night receptionist.

GGastnutzerAnother great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great.

GGastnutzerEs ist alles ein bisschen zufällig wirklich. Schrecklich zu finden (Signal aus der Straße ist schrecklich). Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aber in dem, was sie tun können, Zimmer variieren von der fabulösen bis zur rechten Tatty.
Sehr beliebt mit Coach Partys, so kann das Frühstück heftig sein (keine Sitze, Platten oder Messer, wenn ich diesen Aufenthalt versucht habe).
Gut, wenn Sie den richtigen Preis für das Zimmer, aber nicht das beste Beispiel der Mercure Marke in einer Entfernung erhalten können

GGastnutzerHad a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!
