Das ist ein sehr spezielles kleines Holzhaushotel! Obwohl es ein kleines Holzhaus ist, sind die Einrichtungen in ihm voll (aber keine Schnee) und die Dekoration ist voller Mittelaltersstil und der ganze Park ist sehr altmodisch. Die Umwelt ist grüner und schön, um Wildtiere am Rande des Teichs zu sehen, um zu schwimmen und zu essen. Im Park gibt es Spiele für Kinder  Einrichtungen und täglich regelmäßige Unterhaltungsprogramme, die Kinder sehr gerne. Das Gesamtpreisniveau ist gut, ich habe hier einen schönen Urlaub mit meiner Familie verbracht!

As an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue.

Great hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which was very very good and a good menu selection. Atherstone is a great little town,some nice pubs,a good Indian restaurant and near the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

Die Zimmerinfrastruktur ist vorhanden, relativ großzügig und sauber; der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keine Wäscherei mehr gibt, obwohl es sich um Badesaussagen handelt, war nicht zu erwarten, dass das Hotel keine Wäscherei mehr bietet. Wenn Sie einen sauberen Service benötigen, müssen Sie die Rezeption informieren, sonst werden sie nicht initiieren, um zu räumen, die anderen sind gut, die Rezeption-Beschäftigten sind sehr enthusiastisch, das Frühstück ist eine Standard-British Frühstücksbuffet, und es gibt auch eine Auswahl an Brot-Yoghurt-Frucht.

Ich blieb hier wahrscheinlich weniger als 6 Stunden für eine Geschäftsreise. Ich hatte danach nahe an 330am begonnen. Das Schlafzimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war auch spotless mit großen Handtüchern. Ich konnte nicht zum Frühstück oder dem Personal zu viel probieren, weil ich kurz war. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos. Ich würde wieder bleiben.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in a great area of the countryside of Warwickshire. When you arrive the bar/food service next door is currently having maintenance issues so it is not currently open. When we arrived, the service was amazing:kind, friendly and approachable. On arrival to our room, the room (21) was a big size. The double bed was huge and double beds were available to our 2 children - even with our luggage scattered around the room, there was still plenty of room for the children to run around and play. My fiancé said the room was quiet warm but I liked the temperature of the room and found it pleasant - not too warm or cold and was very comfortable. The only amenities we would have benefited from as a family, was a fridge because our youngest needs dairy free milk for the night. However, I appreciate this is a luxury within hotels so it wasn't a factor to complain about. The beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning - running from 7am-10am (we arrived at 9am) was a little disappointing. There wasn't much choice and a lot of items we had to wait for between 10-15 mins - and without saying anything to very absent kitchen/buffet staff, it wasn't topped up. I made do with what was left but I didn't end up having any toast (no bread), no bacon and no eggs. Not worth the £12.99 price tag. I have seen this mentioned in other reviews but breakfast area was conservatory-esque and quite cold. As mentioned previously, customer service was great and this was upheld at checkout. No close local amenities, evening restaurant, local shop etc but overall, a lovely stay.

Dds999arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

Mmanami_co22日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

GGastnutzerSchönes Zimmer und Badezimmer war wirklich nett mit Spaziergang in Dusche und Bad, unter Bettbeleuchtung, die kam, wenn man in der Nacht zum Loo kommt, die hilfreich ist in seltsamen Orten. Frühstück inbegriffen Der Balkon war privat mit erstaunlichen Aussichten. Nehmen Sie Duck und Schwanz Nahrung und die Duck und Fisch kamen von überall schön zu Deb zu sehen.

JJulianDieses Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage, bequem für Rugby und das M1/M6. Die Grundstücke und das Gebäude sind schön, obwohl es Anzeichen von Vernachlässigung gibt. Wir blieben in einer Suite in den Stables, es war müde, was ich von den Fotos online wusste, aber unser Badezimmer hatte Haare im Bad und in der Schlauch geklappt. Die Dusche war nicht heiß und der Toilettenfluss war schlecht. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, viele heiße Lebensmittel waren mit niemandem ausgegangen, wir mussten um Auszubringen bitten. Das Personal war 50/50 - einige sehr angenehm, aber einige uninteressant, einer der Rezeptionisten gab uns nicht einmal die Richtungen zu unserem Zimmer ordnungsgemäß suite. Wenn etwas Geld für die Verbesserung der Zimmer und das Gebäude ausgegeben worden wäre, würde ich gerne mehr zahlen, es ist eine echte Schande, das Potenzial ist riesig!

GGastnutzerWe did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in. A special thanks to the kind night receptionist.

TThe.snacking.gypsyIch hatte einen absolut schönen Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer waren spotless, in den Zimmern waren Kaffeemaschine, Bademantel, Zimmerschuhe, Haartrockner. Es gab grundlegende Toiletten und Sie könnten auch für Vanity-Kits oder Rasen-Kits fragen. Das Restaurant im Zimmer ist sehr gut gepreist, aber es ist nicht den ganzen Tag, also prüfen Sie mit der Rezeption. Es gibt so viel zu tun um das Gebäude und es gibt auch eine große Parkplätze. Der Innenpool ist erhitzt und kann bis 8PM verwendet werden. Das Frühstück ist von 7-10AM und ist eine schöne Ausbreitung.
