Die Lage ist gut an der zentralen Busstation. Gutes Gesundheitsniveau, einige sauber. Einrichtungen, Service.

Nice size room Very.reasonable price for our 1 night stay in central Norwich in a twin bedroom. Hotel very secure with coded entrances Comfortable beds Good supply hot water Tea & coffee making facilities in room was good All in all a very comfortable stay at a good price

Services and fursilites were great, room on the ground floor also a bonus, very clean warm and cozy. I didn't have any food as i had to be at work for 8 am. The bed was really comfy as i over slept. Very quiet peaceful stay. Staff were great, talked me through everything i needed to know and what to do if i needed anything else.

The hotel is in an excellent location, we were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our very comfortable room , nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We booked an evening meal which was really excellent, enjoyed a great nights sleep and then had a really good breakfast  Thank you all at the Buckinghamshire hotel for making our stay really enjoyable

Es ist wirklich Level eins unbesiegbar! Sehr empfehlenswert! Es ist wirklich ein Vermächtnis. Ich bin zumindest besser als der König des orangefarbenen Kristalls

Plain and simple hotel with few frills, but honest helpful staff. Basic continental breakfast available for £6. Only one toilet/ shower room on my floor, but was always available when I wanted to use it. Torn net curtain in my room. Hotel is conveniently placed near railway and bus terminals. I’ll visit again. Dienst war gut Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht gut - wenn Sie ein Zimmer eingehen, erwarten Sie einen Lichtschalter in der Nähe der Tür, statt zu den Lichtschaltern halbwegs in das Zimmer neben dem Bett zu gehen, sogar der Empfänger war verwirrt. Um ein Licht in der Nähe der Tür zu bekommen, müssen Sie das Badezimmer Licht auf !!! Eine Socket auf der linken Seite des Fensters ist Seitenanordnungen !!! Die Socken auf der rechten Seite des Kleidungstischs sollten nicht auf der einen Seite der anderen sein Viele Kondensation auf den Fenstern drehen daher aufgrund der Aluminiumrahmen

Friendly staff and great spot for me and my friend as we both have mobility issues. Just across the road from Norwich station. Very good price, lovely breakfast what is there to like. I read some reviews saying the food was bad it wasn't and also the bar was dirty this wasn't my experience. It is not the Ritz but it was clean, accessible and secure staff lovely.

A lovely hotel, across from river moorings, and in a peaceful setting. The Staff were very helpful, even carrying my case up the quirky staircase.The room was clean, with good decor, and facilities. The en-suite had a bath and shower, which was a bonus. The only downside was limited plug sockets, but it was a minor issue. The hotel itself is welcoming, with some low doorways and corridors, adding to the original features. And despite a mix of old/new decor as they continue to make improvements, it had a very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, well-cooked with lots of flavour (great bacon and sausage!) We didn't use the bar, outdoor seating or garden, but the Kids Play area looked fun!
