Stay here for a night but the service is beyond my expectations. I got a free upgrade to the larger room than what I've reserved with three beds, castle view through the window, they brought my luggage to the 3rd floor for free as well cause there's no lift in the hotel. Perfect, would recommend you to stay here!

Everything was excellent. Great welcome by Karl. Useful local tips. Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great parking. Superb breakfast. This hotel offers has an uniqueness, which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lounge / library area. Nice broad selection of books available as well.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had such a great time. The hotel is in a strategic location in the city centre, very close to many stores, restaurants, and pubs. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and the room had good amenities, though it was a bit congested. Thankfully, I was staying alone, so it wasn’t an issue. There’s no parking available at the hotel, so if you’re travelling by car, I recommend parking at Cardiff Central Train Station Carpark, it’s just a 2-minute walk and reasonably priced.

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

Booked for myself to visit Cardiff. Have been to the baby area before but not to the hotel. Good location. Room didi the job for what I needed. Spacious and clean. Would recommend.

Das war ein wunderschönes Zimmer! Hatte nicht sein eigenes Badezimmer, das ich nicht erwartet hatte, aber ich denke, das ist nur ich nicht wirklich lesen die Liste! Die Person, die mich ins Haus geprüft hat, war wunderschön und das Zimmer war warm und schön dekoriert. Danke!

Großes Hotel und großer Lage. Buchte eine große Suite, aber nur ein übergeordnetes Zimmer. Nur bemerkt, wenn es wieder ein anderes Datum startete!!

In der Nähe der Stadt Bay und einem sehr kurzen Bus zur Hauptstadt und zum Schloss Cardiff. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet (aber keine Muesli). Zimmer geräumig, aber kein Kühlschrank (Ich glaube, das Vereinigte Königreich nicht kühlschrank) haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden uns hier voll empfehlen. Autopark ist nebenan der Tür eines Multi-Carparks, der von dem Hotel @ 25 - 30% subventioniert wird.
