We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. Die Leute sind ca. 1 km vom Touristenzentrum Narti, empfehlen Sie, hier zu leben!

This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

Very friendly and helpful staffs withou English speaking. I got complimentary very early check-in. The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.

Als unser Auto zum ersten Mal ins Hotel fuhr, half uns ein hübscher junger Mann, unser Gepäck zu tragen, und dann kam ein anderer Tadschike heraus, um uns zu begrüßen. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt🥂Das Hotel sieht aus wie ein Schloss🏰 und die Zimmer im Hotel sind sicherlich nicht mit Super-Fünf-Sterne-Hotels zu vergleichen. Aber es war sauber genug und warm. Was mich berührte, war, dass ich bei der Buchung des Zimmers auf Ctrip kein Frühstück bestellt hatte und Tadschikisch Xiaoguliang mich und meine Kinder immer wieder daran erinnerte Einige möchten mehr frühstücken, da der Rest der Reise auf dem Plateau liegt und es nicht so viele leckere Mahlzeiten gibt. Als wir endlich auscheckten, sahen sie, dass meine Tochter nicht viel zum Frühstück aß, und gaben mir extra zwei Kisten selbsterhitzenden Reis. Das hat mich wirklich dazu gebracht, Menschen auf der ganzen Welt zu empfehlen, dort zu bleiben Dieses Hotel im Ta County. Das Hotel erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Das Personal war freundlich, freundlich und freundlich. Der Service an der Rezeption war hervorragend. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Ich hoffe, das Hotel verbessert sich weiterhin und wird noch besser. Fünf Sterne!

Overall, quite a decent stay. You really can’t beat the location. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance to this side of old city. The balcony overlooks the main street and I loved sitting there and taking in the sounds and smells. The building itself is a bit older and it shows. The table in my room was a bit dirty and aged, and there was an ashtray which suggests smoking can be allowed in the room for prior guests, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few setbacks. The bathroom shower did not drain well and after 5 minutes water would start flooding out of the shower room to the hallway. There are two washers in a lower room but they were both occupied with sheets that were just sitting there and had not been put through the wash cycle yet. It seemed like the hotel uses these as their main washer for their linens. When I was checking in, the front desk person seemed confused if I had a reservation but that’s about as much as I could figure out with the language barrier. My trip.com reservation said I have a late checkout of 4pm but they came to my room around 2:45pm and said I was supposed to check out at 2pm. Thankfully I had everything packed up and said I could leave at 3pm. No one came to my room to clean so my trashcan was full. You can hear everything on the street which wasn’t a big problem to me, sort of white noise drowned out by the second day. However, the second day there was a new group of tourists that arrived and spent a lot of time on the balcony (as they should) but their noise was very audible and quite annoying. You could also easily hear people going up and down the stairs and in adjacent rooms.
