Die Unterkunft im Katikis Hotel auf der Insel Saint-Torini ist sehr speziell. Als Sie am Frühstück auf dem Meer warten, können Sie die schöne Zeit genießen und das Design des Zimmers in jeder Details gut gestaltet werden. Die enthusiastische Antwort des Personals hat mich auch tief beeindruckt. Das ist ein Hotel, das ein Leben lang einen Besuch wert ist.

房間設施還可以，床品舒適，泳池是恆温的，但很小，早餐是菜單式，味道和食材都不錯，每天會有細微的區別。有夜床服務，每天會送不同的睡前禮物，風景也很nice，正對火山。唯一不足的是提行李要收費，另外從停車場到酒店要走很遠，每天都是爬上爬下，腿腳不好的甚選

Enjoyed my stay!! The staff was really nice and friendly, had plenty of options in their breakfast range ( from vegans to non vegans, all), rooms were neat & tidy and the sea view was incredible. 30 mins walking distance from fira, though the hotel provide free shuttle around the day. Definitely recommend! Will visit again.

This is my 2nd time at Astarte Suites and I had an amazing experience this time just like I did the first time. The views of the caldera here are incredible and their infinity pool is gorgeous. I booked the honeymoon suite and everything about it was great. I loved having a private balcony and a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful outdoor view. Breakfast was top notch and there is always a person at concierge to help you with anything you need to book. The only thing you really have to consider is location - it is a little bit remote which not too much around however we did venture out to The Good Heart which is a restaurant you can get to on foot by the hotel and it was amazing. Other than that you need transportation everywhere. This was perfect for a beautiful intimate romantic and relaxing stay.

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Ich bin mit einem Taxi vom Flughafen gefahren, aber ich kann nicht direkt vor der Hoteltür fahren, also bin ich mit meinem Koffer gefahren. Es ist nahe der Hauptstraße und ist ein guter Ort für Fira Tour. Darüber hinaus ist die Landschaft des Hotels auch sehr gut. Die Menge des Frühstücks ist sehr klein, aber es gibt auch ein wenig Speisen*-Menü. Auf der Rückreise habe ich einen Taxi vom Hotel geplant, aber es ist sehr hilfreich, Gepäck vom Hotel in einen Taxi zu ziehen. Insgesamt halte ich die Landschaft und die Bequemlichkeit der Touren in Fira für sehr gut.

The staff were extremely attentive, from arrival, they were always available to assist. The standard room was quite cramped, but the facilities on the premises were great! The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, high quality and quantity of food. The gym was adequate, enough equipment to keep fit, with someone to help if you needed instruction. The room service was average, they were always willing to clean but when they did clean it wasn't the best job done. The location in Messaria is quite convenient, although the hotel could help arrange taxis but they failed to suggest using the bus which is just down the road. It works out to much cheaper and goes to all the key locations on the island. I would definitely recommend this hotel when going to Santorini, just be smart about it.

Ein fantastischer Ort! Nur 6 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Fira entfernt, was sich meiner Meinung nach absolut lohnt. Das Zimmer ist fantastisch und sauber. Der Service war hervorragend; mir wurde eine Kreuzfahrt gebucht und ich erhielt viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Santorini – sogar einen Busfahrplan! Ich möchte nur erwähnen, dass es kein Restaurant im Hotel gibt. Besorgen Sie sich daher unbedingt etwas auf den Märkten von Fira für Ihr spätes Abendessen oder Frühstück. Außerdem könnten die Stufen besser markiert sein – ich bin unzählige Male fast ausgerutscht, da sie schlecht getarnt sind (siehe Foto). Die Taxifahrt zum Hafen kostet 40 €, worüber ich nicht informiert wurde. Der Taxifahrer hatte keinen Geldautomaten dabei. Halten Sie also unbedingt Bargeld bereit, da ich unterwegs an einem Geldautomaten anhalten musste, was umständlich war und hohe Gebühren verursachte.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Gesundheit und Ausstattung sind gut. Auch der Service ist zufriedenstellend. Das Hotel hat einen Kooperationspartner: Ich habe Yachtsegel- und Flughafentransferdienste sowie private Chartertouren auf der Insel in Anspruch genommen. Sie sind recht gut und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Selbst wenn es dazwischen eine kleine Situation gab, half Shadian bei der Kontaktaufnahme und Kommunikation, um das Problem zu lösen. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus von Shadian zum Hauptort der Stadt Huangla, was sehr praktisch ist.

We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton
