Péssima experiência no check-in com meus filhos pequenos, um de 5 anos e outro com apenas 4 meses.
Fiz uma reserva para para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos. Quando cheguei fui obrigado à pagar uma cama extra apenas pela presença de um bebê de 4 meses que não usa absolutamente nada do hotel. Detalhe que o custo foi de 170 reais por diária. Achei um absurdo e completa falta de sensibilidade e resiliência do hotel. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes com o de 5 anos exatamente no mesmo quarto e com as mesmas camas, e nada foi cobrado extra. Não achei justo.

Ótima localização, de frente pra praia e perto da Feirinha de Artesanato da Pajuçara. Quarto amplo e confiável, toalhas felpudas e macias, mesmo os quartos laterais têm vista pro mar. Café da manhã excelente.

Das Hotel ist gut auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste angemessen. Das Frühstück ist gut zufriedenstellend und die Ansprechpartner sind aufmerksam. Seine Lage ist sehr gut und die Zimmer, obwohl klein, sind angenehmen. Die Garage ist kostenlos, das ist ein großer Vorteil, aber sehr gedruckt. Ich hatte mich sehr gern in diesem Hotel gehabt!

MMichael deeeThe hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

GGastnutzerHotel com divisões amplas, mas com um serviço que fica muito aquém de um quatro estrelas.
Um dos ares condicionados era particularmente barulhento e o roupeiro é uma estrutura aberta típica de um hostel.
Relativamente ao serviço, foi preciso pedir três vezes em dias diferentes na recepção para ter um copo no quarto, pois das duas primeiras vezes disseram que iam levar e nunca levaram. No dia seguinte a providenciarem um a empregada de limpeza levou!
Falando em limpeza, num dos dias não fizeram limpeza, tendo sido necessário solicitar e noutro dia fizeram limpeza, mas não deixaram toalhas de banho.
Demasiadas falhas para um alegado quatro estrelas em 5 noites de estadia.
No pequeno-almoço nem todos os pratos/alimentos estão identificados, o que faz com que um turista que desconhece a gastronomia local não saiba o que está disponível.
A simpatia nordestina é bem-vinda, mas não substitui formação e organização.

Única coisa que faço uma é sabemos que o desenvolvimento não para e a aceitação para carro elétrico está crescendo cada dia que passa seria bom os coordenadores do hotel pensa em fazer está melhoria colocando pontos para carga nos carros na garagem é simples uma tomada de 10 ou 20A.
Maus mesmo assim o pessoal conseguiu um ponto para carga do meu carro obrigado a todos.

RREINALDO CIQUEIRAHotel com ótimas instalações e atendimento pelos funcionários, porém ficar atento na hora de reservar somente com pensão completa, pois tudo é muito caro se for pra consumir nos bares e restaurantes. O único ponto negativo foi o péssimo atendimento na Pizzaria Santorégano.
