這是一家四口新疆旅遊半個月住的最滿意的酒店！進門到客房都是香香的～ 前台小王態度很好，還升級了房型，酒店的保安和保潔阿姨也都很熱心，幫忙拿行李，泡腳桶送到房間居然還幫忙放水。 床品超級舒服～從一次性水杯、拖鞋、洗漱用品都能體現老闆在細節和品質的用心，而且整個酒店裝修對美學設計真是無敵講究，連燒水壺、禁止吸煙的警示牌都契合裝修風格！ 父母特別滿意早餐，品類豐富，食材新鮮美味，贈送的咖啡券也都是實打實的現磨咖啡☕，強烈推薦！！

Das ist ein tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr verantwortungsbewusst und half mir, die Kleidung während meines Aufenthalts zum Waschen und Trocknen in die Waschküche zu bringen. Der Empfangsservice war höflich und effizient. Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Flughafentransferservice (mit einem Tesla Premium Sports Car). Das Hotel liegt gut im Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

營地面積很大，公共區域也很多，私人空間也非常大，來之前我以為公共區域和私人空間可能會有重疊，很擔心度假的私密度和安靜度，結果後來證明完全不需要擔心這個。房間很大，乾濕分離，既有供暖又有冷熱空調，供暖温度也可調，基本上不會有凍到的風險。唯一就是第一晚，早上醒來發現熱空調停了，供暖也沒動靜了，然後立馬重啟就好了，不過就算這樣，室內也有20多度，整個房間的保暖還是到位的。洗手間和淋浴間是最暖和的兩個地方，哪怕供暖停了那裡都很暖和。熱水器是儲水式的，需要控制使用時間，當然這前台也會提醒的。一次性用品齊全，睡袍、吹風機也都有，瓶裝水口感很好還管夠，小冰箱還有可樂。我的房間是可以直接在門口看到日出的，看完還能去後麪的公共區域看粉雪。想想前一天還早起自駕排隊進東門再趕去看日出，在自己的門口看不要太愜意了。晚上可以看星星，營地的燈光也不影響。就是早上的棧道太滑了，要當心。進出營地有小電瓶車接送，行李也有司機小哥幫忙拿，很省心。呆了兩天非常滿意，除了沒有遇到小狐狸，好在賽里木湖景區裏有很多。

早餐好吃，品類多，服務特別好，還送夜宵！餐廳落地窗的風景很好。 衞生也做得很好！續了一晚，阿姨打掃完還送了一盤水果，非常貼心！ 十點就可以入住，這點很驚喜，外賣可以送到房間門口。 洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機很方便，每層樓還有健身房，酒店環境很好。 全智能家居，入室插卡自動打開窗簾和電視。 住過很多酒店，這家算是性價比很高的👍 就是離火車站不算很近，走路的話有點距離。

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt. Sie können den Eingang zum Westbezirk in wenigen Schritten erreichen. Es gibt Krankenhäuser, Grundschulen und Bushaltestellen. Ich kam früh an und der Kundenservice sagte, das Zimmer sei noch nicht gereinigt, also stellte ich mein Gepäck weg und ging um 14 Uhr spazieren. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Aufteilung ist angemessen, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung und Größe des Badezimmers ist sehr gut. Es gibt recht viele Frühstücksvarianten, die für normale Mahlzeiten ausreichen. Der Kundenservice des Hotels und das gesamte Servicepersonal sind sehr freundlich und enthusiastisch.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Separater Duschraum und Toilette. Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Housekeeping macht einen guten Job.

朋友要到烏魯木齊轉機，讓幫忙給他訂個酒店。在網上找了半天選了很久，最終選擇了這家酒店，朋友入住完給我的還專門打了個電話，反饋説房間和圖片一致，裝修風格簡單素雅很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生乾淨,入住放心。隔音好，空調熱風很足，還有地暖，對於我這種超級怕冷的人來説，簡直不要太棒！一整晚都睡得很安穩，下次來烏魯木齊還住這家酒店。不錯，不錯，非常好

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. Dieser Ort ist lebenswert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel zum Schlafen. Sie lieferten Drop-off-Service. Das einzige Problem ist die Lage auf der Karte für Ausländer mit begrenzten chinesischen Sprachkenntnissen zu finden.

Close to the airport , the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Service at check-in was friendly enough, but they made a big deal about not being able to speak English, which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Facilities are limited, the restaurant operates at breakfast only, and the selection was meager. All food and drinks were the same temperature and no tea or coffehe available. The surrounding area is not ideal for those without a vehicle as there are only mechanics and similar enterprises to be found in the immediate surroundings. Service is the biggest issue. On check out the staff member insisted that I leave a review mentioning both himself and his colleague by name, even though they were not the staff members who helped me and answered my questions at check-in, nor was I able to read their names myself from their name tags which do not include Pin Yin. Another unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction. I suspect they don't get a lot of international guests, which seems appropriate given what is on offer.

I had a really good stay. They were very flexible allowing me to chwck out later to have a shower after skiing. Be aware that breakfast is not international. But coffee is really good.

The place is fantastic for families or friends. It’s on the higher price point compared to hotels in the old village but it’s nearer to the ski resort. Plus, there are free shuttles to the resort so say ByeBye having to pay one way 60CNY transport to the mountains. Lastly, we got a free upgrade to a double toilet room which was rather pleasant. Though the network & wifi in the basement is almost non existent

Wir müssen das Hofzimmer sein, denken, das Schnee im Hof zu spielen, aber der Geschäftmann hat einen Hund gehalten, der speziell vor der Tür gezogen wird, und wenn er die Tür öffnet, sehen wir den Hund in der Tür... wird es sehr unbehaglich sein, der Geschäftservice wird rechtzeitig behandelt. Insgesamt ist der Preis prekär. Das ist eine allgemeine Erfahrung.

去年來阿勒泰就住的這裏，今年來了果斷選擇這，一年過去了，酒店還是那麼乾淨舒適，酒店經理處理事情的情商太高了，各方面非常滿意，來阿勒泰的無腦沖就好了，停車方便，安靜舒適，我對酒店要求很高的人，對這酒店真是喜歡

家人們誰懂啊！這次住的民宿體驗感直接拉滿💯 必須給大家安利一波！ 入住前民宿就提前打電話詢問我抵店時間，要是在市內其他酒店，還能提供貼心的接站服務，一整個被暖到。到店後，馬上就收到入住須知，洗衣房位置、wifi密碼、美食和遊玩推薦一應俱全，有問題隨時找管家和前台，解答又快又專業。 司機叔叔超熱情，不僅接送雪場，不忙的時候去附近飯店也能送，出行超方便。雖然民宿是樓梯設計，但完全不用擔心拿行李，工作人員直接送到房間，退房時打個電話就行，還能順便爬爬樓梯鍛鍊一下。 入住期間，各種細節更是讓人好感倍增。能喝到用新疆本土純牛奶兑的現磨咖啡，還有用料超足的八寶茶，小吃零食種類多，蛋黃酥絕絕子。晚上還有晚安牛奶，臨走還送了當地特色沙棘飲料。房間乾淨整潔，住得舒服又安心。這家民宿服務周到，體驗感滿分，下次還來！

Ayahu Hotel Zhu Zhu Spezialservice und Intimbetreuer: Der jüngste Aufenthalt im Ayahu Hotel ist eine tolle Erfahrung! Das Hotel bietet viele Spezialdienstleistungen und jeder Service ist sehr zufrieden. Besonders wichtig ist der Service des Hotelleiters, der sehr freundlich und warm ist und die Service-Einstellung der ersten Klasse. Das beeindruckendeste ist, dass der Service ihre ”Ausfahrtsdienste” schnell bearbeiten kann, damit die Kleidung so schön wie neu aussieht, können Sie sofort ausziehen und sehr bequem. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts, sei es an Einrichtungen, Diensten oder Umgebung, sind die Menschen sehr komfortabel und entspannt. Das Yahoo Hotel ist wirklich ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

温馨舒適的世外桃源，一連住了10天。早餐豐盛，牛腱子、肉包子、新鮮蔬菜，每天都吃得心滿意足，即使錯過了頂門的第一趟纜車也在所不惜😌距離雪場只有幾分鐘車程，免費接送，隨叫隨到✌🏻院子裏偶有野生小狐狸光顧，咖啡廳是滑雪回來閑談歡聚的最佳場所。拉開二樓落地窗的窗簾就能看到白皚皚的雪山和曠野，非常出片哦～老闆姐弟待人親切，送我們去雪場的路上聊着禾木的生活，我們不止在假期得到放鬆，還意外收穫了人與人之間的情分。臨走的時候，老闆把我們送到門口，囑咐的情形真像家人間的告別。老闆説每年6月20號之後這裏就是野花浪漫的季節，有緣一定再相會！

Die Gesamtumgebung dieses Hotels ist immer noch gut. Es handelt sich hauptsächlich um die Außenumwelt und das Frühstücksgebiet, die Außenbalkanzone zu sehen. Sie können Bild 3 sehen, aber das Zimmer ist wirklich nicht möglich, insbesondere im ersten Stock, das Gefühl, dass es völlig unheimlich ist. Alle Servicepersonal und alle Personen, die im zweiten Stock leben, können in mein Zimmer gehen. Neben dem Schrank, wenn ich die Fenster nicht ziehen würde, fühle ich mich als ob es in einem transparenten Schrank wohnt, was seltsam ist. Nachdem ich das Geld hinzugefügt habe, um das Zimmer zum zweiten Stock zu wechseln, habe ich einen Toten Schrank genommen 🪰. Ich bin auch sehr freundlich. Obwohl es hinter mir klar ist, bin ich für mich zu schwach, von der Wohnung bis zum Schlafen einige Stunden verzögert. Zusätzlich, weil ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte, Das heiße Wasser wird wieder verbrennen, eine Stunde lang wird es genug, um mich allein zu waschen, und mein Mann wartet noch eine Stunde auf die Waschung (alle um 2 Uhr in der Nacht)

設備は全体的に古いですが、むしろそれがカシュガルの街に来たという旅愁を醸しています。そして設備の古さ以上に、ホテルスタッフの対応が素敵です。高級ホテルのような接待である一方で、親身になって相談に乗ってくれたり、言葉を教えてくれたり、とても友好的だったことが印象的でした。部屋は清潔で、やや乾燥しており、加湿器がないのを少し残念に思いました。ともかく、とてもファンタスティックな滞在でした！

這次來喀什，是帶家人出來旅遊的，在網上看到了這個酒店，看了看評分以及評論內容，毅然決然的選擇了美豪麗致。實惠且驚喜。實惠的是價格方面：不到300的價格體驗到了七八百的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料，咖啡包，茶包等。房間的洗漱用品用的還是八件套的，從洗髮水到洗面奶都有，對出門在外住酒店的人士來説真的很棒啊，而且大堂還有免費的水果無限吃。驚喜的是：服務很好，從進門時的保安大叔到大堂的公衞阿姨都會微笑打招呼，讓我最具有印象的是客服管家小李，她服務專業且貼心，在住當天晚上我需要洗衣服，但是呢，我當時拿下去想洗的時候，恰巧有別的客人在洗，因為是自助的，我想總不能在洗衣房等別人洗好吧，況且已經很晚了，我又犯困了，我就把衣服放在那兒排隊等候，回到房間想了想第二天我需要這幾件送洗的衣服，當我正在苦惱之際，突然想起加有客服管家小李的微信，我想都沒想就給她發訊息，大半夜的也沒有考慮到她是否已經入睡了，但是她很快就回復我了，令我驚喜的是她不僅能及時回覆我訊息，還能很及時的幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗並且烘乾了，而且第二天她能準時地給我把衣服送上房間，真的非常感謝她，不然我都沒衣服穿了。在我們入住的時候，她主動的幫我把行李送上房間，我提出的要求她都能幫滿足，知道我帶有小朋友，她還給我送來了一套小朋友的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，很熱情的小姑娘，晚上還送了當地水果和晚安牛奶，在住這幾天期間，需要她幫忙的地方她都能及時的幫我解決了，我真切的感受到她很用心的在做服務，離店當天，她在休息都能及時的回訪我的入住體驗，難道這不就是極致的服務？因為小李，我會再次選擇美豪麗致，美豪也因小李的服務在我心裏更加加分了。以後去到其他城市也會認準美豪麗致這個品牌啦~~

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

Wenn Sie nach Ta County reisen, empfehlen viele Leute dieses Schneehotel! Ein Muss. Tatsächlich hatte ich am Anfang keine allzu hohen Erwartungen, schließlich waren die Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Kashgar nur durchschnittlich, ganz zu schweigen von Ta County. Das tatsächliche Erlebnis ist völlig außergewöhnlich! Super genial👍Die Aussicht ist sehr gut, man kann die schneebedeckten Berge direkt vom Zimmer aus sehen und auch die verschiedenen Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind sehr aufmerksam, von High-End-Sauerstoffkonzentratoren bis hin zu 8 Flaschen kostenlosem Nongfu Spring Spring a Tag, bis hin zur täglich wechselnden Xinjiang-Spezialitätenplatte mit eingelegten Früchten und Nüssen. Dazu spezielle Teegetränke, salzigen Milchtee und kleine Dosen Tee. Es ist sogar sorgfältig mit Gesichtsmasken, Dampf-Augenmasken und feuchtigkeitsspendenden Tüchern ausgestattet, um trockenem Wetter entgegenzuwirken. Die dritte Etage ist die Umweltplattform, von der aus Sie die berühmten schneebedeckten Berge im Ta County sehen können. Dort gibt es auch Hot Pots und Zelte, in denen Sie zu Abend essen können. Der Yak-Fleisch-Hot Pot zum Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Das Fleisch war zart und zart. Im Vergleich dazu war es sogar köstlicher als das Hot Pot-Restaurant daneben, das in den Bewertungen hoch bewertet wurde. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es ist kaum vorstellbar, dass ein so hochwertiges und standardmäßiges Hotel in einem so abgelegenen Landkreis betrieben werden kann! Der Chef ist auch sehr gesprächig. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bei ihnen bleiben, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Ta County komme!

Dieses Hotel ist das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich habe auf meinen normalen Reisen in vielen Hotels übernachtet. Dieses Hotel ist in Bezug auf den Einrichtungsstil und die Hotelumgebung sehr gut Er hat einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Service und eine sehr gute Service-Einstellung. Der Hotel-Rezeptionsmanager ist ein Vorbild sehr freundlich. Jeder Mitarbeiter an der Hotelrezeption ist sehr gut und verdient Vertrauen und Unterstützung🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Rezeptionsleiter war aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, das Parken war praktisch, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Bodenreiniger Kurbanisha hat beim Putzen großartige Arbeit geleistet. Ich gebe dem Hotel einen Daumen hoch und werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Kaschgar komme, wieder hier übernachten.

Die Sicherheit ist sehr bescheiden, hilf mir beim Gepäckservice gut, die Schönheit der Vorderseite ist sehr enthusiastisch, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist in allen Aspekten sehr gut. Fantastic location just few minutes away from old town. Very helpful reception have us a nice map of Kashgar using which we could easily find all the interesting spots. Parking was a little confusing, as the security didnt let us in from main road and we had to make a large loop around the block to enter from the side street. Parking is however free of charge and once you find entrance you can park directly in front of the hotel actually - very convenient. There are few small stores at the GF, including one with some %% , which is also very convenient as those are not so easy to find.

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.
