Der Badhahn ist groß und das Zimmer ist auch groß. Es war großartig. Das Frühstück war großartig. Besonderer Dank geht an den Fahrer, der uns am Flughafen abholte. Er half uns beim Ein- und Ausladen unseres Gepäcks und erzählte uns unterwegs von den örtlichen Gepflogenheiten. Dies ist das Hotel mit dem stärksten Servicebewusstsein während unserer 8-tägigen Reise nach Xinjiang. Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels gibt es einen Friseurladen, eine Druckerei und einen Nudelladen. sehr angenehm.

Ein großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

Hat eine weitere Nacht hier bleiben, bevor ich zurück ging, und nur hinzuzufügen zu meiner früheren Bewertungstill eine konsequent gute Erfahrung insgesamt. Eines, was ich vorher vergessen habe, war, dass wir unsere Gepäck tatsächlich für etwa 10 Tage im Hotel gelagert haben, während wir umgereist waren. Xiao Mi hat uns geholfen, alles in einem Schrank sicher zu arrangieren und zu lagern, was uns während der Reise einen wahren Frieden verleiht. Insgesamt ist es noch ein sehr reibungsloser und zuverlässiger Aufenthalt mit einem bedenklichen Service des Teams.

The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

Das abendliche Fußbad sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf, was in anderen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Ürümqi nicht möglich ist. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Hotelmanager ist freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm ist unkompliziert. Ich werde das Belle Hotel wählen, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Urumqi komme

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Es wäre schön, wenn sie auch Saft anbieten könnten. Wir haben unser eigenes Zimmer, aber es wurde nicht richtig gereinigt zuerst Vielleicht, weil das Hotel vollständig reserviert wurde. Allerdings waren die Reinigungsmittel sehr hilfreich und reaktiv, als wir um Hilfe gebeten. Sie haben auch ein Waschraum, das für Familien sehr bequem war. Ich wünschte nur, sie hätten einen kleinen Spielraum für Kinder, da das den Aufenthalt noch besser für Familien mit Kindern machen würde.

Das ganze Jahr, das Hotel im Ausland ist, ist sehr überraschend. Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig, die Nähe des Konsulats ist sehr bequem und der Weg nach Dabaza ist sehr bequem. Der Zimmerraum ist groß, die Dekoration ist einfach und leicht, die Innenaufnahme ist gut und die Soundtrack-Effekte sind sehr gut. Die gesamte Wohnung ist instand gehalten und der Wäscheausgang ist stabil. Die Rezeption ist professionell und effizient und bearbeitet den Aufenthalt schnell. Die öffentliche Region ist sauber und sauber und mit eigenem Waschraum ausgestattet. Die Autofahrer parken auch sehr vorsichtig. Das Hotel ist ruhig und nach einem Tagsende kann man eine gute Ruhe erhalten. Ob es sich um einen Urlaub oder einen kurzfristigen Ausflug handelt, sind alle Hotels, die Urumqi sehr wert sind, und es wird später noch eine Buchung geben.

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.
