Als ich über Ctrip ein Hotel buchte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die vorübergehende Preiserhöhung sehr hoch war, sodass ich nur eine neue Reservierung für 2 Tage vorgenommen habe. Es zeigt, dass es Frühstück gibt, aber tatsächlich gibt es keins. Wir gehen in das Restaurant daneben und es kostet mehr als 20 US-Dollar pro Portion. Später zogen wir in den Parc 55 Hilton nebenan. Die Umgebung und der Komfort waren überhaupt nicht gut. Das einzig Gute ist, dass der Weg zur Ausstellung nicht weit ist und man zu Fuß dorthin gehen kann.

My recent stay at Fremont Marriott was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was convenient, the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. However, one aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the breakfast. The hotel's breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really caught my attention was the omelette station. The omelette chef was incredibly skilled and attentive, creating custom omelettes to order with a wide selection of fillings. Each omelette was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and flavorful fillings that made every bite a treat. I had the pleasure of trying several different combinations, and each one was better than the last. The quality of the ingredients was also noteworthy. Fresh eggs, a variety of cheeses, and an assortment of vegetables and meats were all on offer, ensuring that every omelette was a delicious and nutritious start to the day. Overall, my stay at Fremont Marriott was fantastic, and the breakfast omelette was a standout feature that made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Fremont Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and delicious stay in the area.

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer Halbinsel, vor und nach der Bay, die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein paar Kilometer von der Downtown entfernt, und es ist auch bequem, zum Einkaufen zu fahren. Unterhalb des Parkplatzes gibt es 30 Messer pro Tag. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut und es wird schnell gepflegt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas alt und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der die Meeresaussichten anschauen kann. Das Badezimmer ist im Allgemeinen sauber, aber das Badezimmer hat einen Wachs gefunden.

In theory, I like the idea of this hotel. As far as Union Square is concerned, the location is relatively safe. I found my room to be small and a bit dirty. The service was fine, but nobody was available to help with bags. I think if you are looking for an acceptable and cheap hotel in S,F this is it, but definitely room for improvement.

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay for the room, which I did. However, I noticed the amount charged was higher than the total from my original booking. I asked the receptionist (I believe his name was Raul, though I’m not entirely sure) why that was. I explained the amount I had been quoted during booking. He then mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that a $150 deposit is taken at check-in. I told him this should have been communicated before processing the payment, as it’s standard practice to inform guests of such charges upfront. While I wasn’t pleased, I went ahead and paid. I also mentioned that I had submitted a request in advance for a room away from the elevator with a good view. He told me the hotel was fully booked, which confused me, since I had booked well in advance and included my request at the time. He assigned me Room 503, which was directly across from the elevator, not away from it. I didn’t want to complain as I had just traveled over 12 hours from London to San Diego and was extremely tired. I planned to grab some dinner and get straight to bed. However, the room was quite noisy—there was a lot of hallway activity, and the family next door had their TV volume quite high. I decided not to go downstairs and complain, hoping I could just fall asleep. Unfortunately, I was woken up around 3 a.m. by a crying child, and again at 5 a.m. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and went to speak to the receptionist on duty, Matthew. I explained everything to him, and he was very understanding. He said there was availability and offered to move me immediately…this was surprising, considering the earlier claim that the hotel was full. He moved me to Room 204. While it wasn’t far from the elevator either, he assured me it would be quieter since there were no large families on that floor. He was right—the room was much more peaceful, and I appreciated his help. At checkout, I saw the same receptionist who had checked me in and decided not to approach him. Instead, I spoke to Antonio at the other desk. I asked about the deposit, and he informed me it would take 2–3 business days to be released. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, especially after the earlier issues, so I shared my entire experience with him. He apologized sincerely and mentioned the initial receptionist may need additional training, which they would look into. Overall, the stay was decent for a short 3-night visit, but the start could have been handled much better.

My first impression walking into the lobby, many people eating outside food and drinking in front of the front desk. Overall seems like the carpet in the hallway is new install, room is clean but the sofa is a little bit old, bathroom towel can be upgrade to better quality, body wash gel is empty, coffee machine seems like a long time nobody used kinda dirty.

Die Trolleybus-Haltestelle 31 nach Ocean Beach befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht: Shampoo, Duschgel, Spülung, Föhn. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber. Tee, Kaffee, Wasser mit Zitrone gratis. Und das Überraschendste ist, dass der Preis sehr vernünftig ist, etwa 60 Dollar pro Nacht (November 2024). Wir durften unsere Sachen nach dem Check-out dalassen. Sie sprechen Englisch und Spanisch, was für mich sehr praktisch ist!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist relativ ruhig. Gelegentlich hört man die Tür schließen, aber das ist kein großes Problem. Auch wenn die Stornierung erfolgreich war und es nur eine gültige Reservierung gab, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es zwei Reservierungen gab Ich habe eingecheckt. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager an der Rezeption war die Stornierung erfolgreich. Ich habe die Zusatzbestellungen damals nicht ganz verstanden. Die Rezeption teilte mir mit, dass in der Bestellung jeden Tag 30 US-Dollar enthalten sind, die im Restaurant ausgegeben werden können. Daher ist es gut, zwei Frühstücke für eine Person zu arrangieren. Für zwei Personen können 30 US-Dollar ausreichen Zusätzliche 30 US-Dollar werden von der Kaution abgezogen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem kürzlich renovierten Hotel war durchweg positiv. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön modernisiert und wirken mit ihren komfortablen neuen Möbeln frisch und zeitgemäß. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die äußerst günstige Lage mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt und die Autobahnen. Allerdings hat ein Flughafenhotel auch einen entscheidenden Nachteil: den Lärm. Der ständige Fluglärm ist deutlich wahrnehmbar, besonders nachts. Lärmempfindliche Gäste sollten unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Davon abgesehen war alles hervorragend – freundliches Personal, saubere Einrichtungen und tolle Annehmlichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten, der Lärm sollte jedoch unbedingt berücksichtigt werden.

I would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.
