Das Hotel kann nicht hoch genug loben - sie sind wirklich erstaunlich Insbesondere das Personal der Rezeption hat die besten Kundenservice-Kenntnisse, die ich in Pakistan erlebt habe - fühlt sich wie im Westen. Ich wünschte, ich würde mich an seinen Namen erinnern, aber der Mann, der mich anmeldete und mich auscheckte, war extrem professionell mit fantastischen Kundenservice Fähigkeiten. Die Empfangsleitung sollte herausfinden, wer er ist und ihm einen Lohnerhöhung geben. Gott segne dich Mann

We attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities. The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order. The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight. The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off. In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard. Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.

Ich wartete mehr als 30 Minuten auf die Eincheckung, obwohl sie mir gesagt haben, dass es um 3 Uhr bereit wäre. Die Wohnung war noch nicht vorbereitet, und es fühlte sich, als ob wir überhaupt nicht als Gäste behandelt worden waren. Beim Auschecken baten sie uns, wieder aufzuhören und zu warten, weil sie die Wohnung inspizieren mussten, bevor sie uns verlassen. Aufgrund dieser Verzögerung habe ich endlich meinen Flug verpasst. Die ganze Erfahrung war extrem frustrierend und enttäuschend.

Es war alles gut und ich empfehle es für andere. Ich werde nicht über den Empfänger in der Nachtwechsel beschweren. Ich genossen mein Aufenthalt im Hotel

Das Hotel lebt in einem großen Zimmer 々 sehr komfortabel. Wichtigstens ist die enthusiastische Gastfreundschaft für alle Mitarbeiter großartig. Von Reinigungspersonal bis zum Sicherheitspersonal empfangen wir alle Gäste freundlich. Die einzige Beschwerde ist, dass Sie Kreditkarteneinlagen verwenden können, aber die Rückzahlung ist Bargeld. Der Tag, an dem Sie zurückkehren, braucht kein Bargeld.

Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort is an excellent hotel for family and business. Staff is very cooperative and polite with professional service. But aramada should provide complimentary clothes ironing services to all guests. I stayed there from 7th May to 9th May, but they charged me PKR 1,880 for ironing just one dress.

Dieses Hotel ist eigentlich eine freistehende Villa in der Innenstadt von Lahore. Es gab zur geplanten Zeit kein Frühstück im Internet. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass das Frühstück recht reichhaltig war, und es wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Während der Zeit wurde ein Wasserkocher kaputt und rechtzeitig repariert. Es ist angenehm, heißes Wasser zu trinken.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, sehr gut, der Waschservice ist schnell, gut und nicht teuer. Ich werde wiederkommen.
