GGastnutzerIch bin gerade für drei Wochen in Yunnan unterwegs und diese Unterkunft ist mit Abstand die beste, in der ich je gewohnt habe!
Sauberkeit war selbstverständlich, aber auch die Aussicht, der Service und der Preis waren hervorragend – es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool gebucht, und das war die beste Entscheidung. Man kann Santorini bequem mit den vom Hotel bereitgestellten Elektrofahrzeugen erkunden. Diese stehen rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Im Zimmerpreis sind Frühstück, fünf kostenlose Fotos, Nachmittagstee und eine Suppe zum Abendessen enthalten – alles inklusive. Einfach spitze!
Manager Qiu Feng kümmerte sich um unseren Aufenthalt und war überaus zuvorkommend. Wir kommunizierten über WeChat, und er antwortete prompt und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch.

We had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by how helpful and friendly the hotel management/owners were. Nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble & they went above and beyond to make our stay special.
We were a group of 12 travelling from Australia and they made all of us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.
On our first night, we wanted to explore the ancient town and the owner kindly jumped on his motorbike to personally show us the way & even gave our 6 year old a ride! We weren't expecting that level of hospitality & that really stood out and made a lasting impression.
We also had a lovely afternoon tea experience at the hotel, where the owner took the time to introduce us to a variety of teas and nougat to try. It was a great experience.
The hotel rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We stayed in Room 101, which faces the street and were pleasantly surprised that there were no issues with noise or passing traffic.
The location is also fantastic with the Ancient Town just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay & would definitely come back 😃

WWanziyouele-Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch! Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Napa Lake, man kann ihn bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück bietet lokale Spezialitäten, und der Besitzer hat sogar bei der Planung von Ausflügen geholfen – ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Wenn man die Balkontür öffnet, eröffnet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf saftig grüne Wiesen und den See; nachts ist es so ruhig, dass man nur den Wind rauschen hört. Die Betten waren bequem, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen, und der Service war aufmerksam. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen!
Die Liebe zum Detail ist bemerkenswert. Es gibt kostenlosen Sauerstoff und einen Luftbefeuchter, sodass Höhenkrankheit überhaupt kein Problem war. Einfach nur zu entspannen und den Blick auf den See zu genießen, war unglaublich wohltuend – ein perfektes Erlebnis!

SshareseowMy stay at Lisiman was the perfect conclusion to my Yunnan adventure across Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-la. While each accommodation on my journey served a different purpose, I chose Lisiman specifically because I desired tranquility and a close connection to nature.
Location and Atmosphere:
Location-wise, LISIMAN ranked incredibly high for me. It sits right within the Napa Hai (Yila Grassland) while remaining close to town, and I highly appreciated their complimentary shuttle service. The view from dawn to dusk offered shifting, beautiful vibes. In the distance, I could watch cows and horses grazing on surrounding farms, while within the hotel compound itself, I loved watching the free-roaming animals, including black swans, ducks, Alaskan dogs, deer, sheep, and a donkey.
Exceptional Service and Staff Recognition:
I am deeply grateful for the warm reception and care I received. The staff showed incredible initiative and responded expediently to all my queries to ensure I felt comfortable experiencing Shangri-la ”the Lisiman way.” I was highly impressed by the collective teamwork, sincerity, and professionalism of the store manager and specific team members: 麦克, Alan, 小罗, and 小钢.
My Experiences:
Thanks to thiis team keeping me updated on the daily lineup of programmes, I enjoyed an unhurried yet incredibly fulfilling vacation. During my stay, I was able to:
- Interact closely with the in-house animals.
- Enjoy a delectable afternoon tea on my sun deck while soaking in the fresh prairie air.
- Decorate a candle with flowers.
- Stroll along the grassland for photography.
- Snap sunrise hues and animals from my room.

GGastnutzerAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Nachtmarktes in der Stadt Liu. Es ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß, um den Nachtmarkt zu essen, um Teer und Tee zu essen. Fünf Minuten vom Bau der alten Stadt Wasser und dem Yangdong-Wagen entfernt, um 17 Bridge und den kleinen Bahnhof zu erreichen, sind etwa 10 Minuten vom Fahrtweg.
