Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Unterhalb des Hotels ist die Trennbahnstraße und der Wanda Square, es ist super bequem zu essen und zu trinken. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber sauber und sauber, es gibt kleine Früchte, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Kleidungsgeschmack des Services ist großartig. Der Service ist an der Stelle, der Preis ist mäßig, die Erfahrung ist gut, ich habe viele Hotels gehabt und dann fertig diese Wohnung.

Service: Besonders loben möchte ich den Service des Personals im Nanshan Hotel. Vor allem die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren mir eine große Hilfe. Millie Ma Minghui war besonders geduldig, engagiert und effizient und löste alle Anliegen klar und zügig – eine wirklich bemerkenswerte Leistung. (Natürlich waren alle Mitarbeiter, denen ich begegnet bin, so.) Ihre aufmerksame und geduldige Art gegenüber den Gästen hat mich sehr zufrieden mit dem Nanshan Hotel gemacht. Zu den Mitarbeitern, denen ich begegnet bin, gehörten: Rezeption, Reinigungspersonal, Mitarbeiter an der Information, Skilehrer (Lu Minghui), Restaurantpersonal, Ticketkontrolleure für die Taiwu-Nachtveranstaltung, Künstler und Busfahrer. Sie alle waren sehr professionell und verantwortungsbewusst und beantworteten alle meine Fragen und erfüllten alle meine berechtigten Wünsche. Als Gast hatte ich eine sehr positive Erfahrung und mein Aufenthalt im Nanshan Hotel war äußerst angenehm. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft sehr sauber, und ich konnte beobachten, wie das Reinigungspersonal sorgfältig reinigte. Das Hotel legt in dieser Hinsicht offensichtlich großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, was ich sehr positiv empfand. Umgebung: Die Umgebung war sehr schön; die Aussicht vom Berggipfel war an einem klaren Tag wunderschön. Shuttle-Service vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof: Aufgrund meiner Ankunftszeit am Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof Taizicheng stand der Shuttle-Service zum Hotel nicht zur Verfügung. Außerdem kannte ich den Fahrplan nicht. Nach Rücksprache mit Einheimischen erfuhr ich, dass die Wartezeit 1–2 Stunden betragen würde. Daher nahm ich ein Taxi zum Hotel. Der Shuttle-Service vom Bahnhof war jedoch sehr angenehm und bequem. Taiwu Night (Doppelticket): Die Show war hervorragend und hatte eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre.

The hotel is centrally located. It's only about 8 mins' walk to the Chengde summer palace resort. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they even rushed out from the hotel to help us when we arrived. The breakfast is good.

Dieses familienfreundliche Hotel war eine tolle Wahl für unseren Sommerurlaub mit Kindern. Es liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ist daher sehr praktisch. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Wildpark, in den man als Hotelgast ermäßigten Eintritt erhält. Die Sikahirsche laufen frei herum und die Kinder können sie mit Karotten füttern. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und der Abluftventilator im Badezimmer sind sehr leise und sorgen für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Ich werde das nächste Mal definitiv mit meinen Kindern hier übernachten. Auch das Essen ist bequem, und die Cafeteria des Besitzers bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

Ich habe so lange ein Hotel in Taiwoo gewählt und ich bin so froh, dass ich über das AB Hotel entschieden habe! Zunächst war der Service von Frau Wang ausgezeichnet, sie war so geduldig und hilfreich, und die Kommunikation durch Wechat war immer zügig. Zweitens, die Wohnung des Hotels sieht modern und sauber aus. Ich merke keinen Geruch auch für ein Haustierfreundliches Hotel. Im Vergleich zu nanshanli neben der Tür, ich denke, dass dies einen besseren Wert für Geld bietet, wenn Sie ein größeres Zimmer (mit Küche und Wohnzimmer). Aber der Nachteil ist, dass wir im Winter in die Skihalle, die im Nanshanli-Gebäude selbst ist, zu gehen, um in der Zukunft wieder zu bleiben, warten aber meine Familie auf die Zukunft!

She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

This was a really delightful apartment-hotel located atop a hill just across from the main ski hall. The apartment was spacious and very well furnished - I liked that every unit came with a washer and dryer! It made my long stay there so convenient. The hotel has an onsen and massage services which I also found very convenient to go to after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back to stay here again if I'm back in thaiwoo!
