This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

We stayed at Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay (Huachengsi Branch) with our family, and it was without question one of the most satisfying accommodations we have experienced in recent years. From the very beginning to the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. It added a sense of warmth and hospitality that you don’t often find, especially in scenic-area accommodations. Throughout our stay, the host remained available and attentive without ever being intrusive. Whether we needed advice on sightseeing routes, dining recommendations, or small practical help, everything was handled patiently and efficiently. You truly feel that the host cares about your experience, not just about running a business. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but staying here made everything feel effortless. The location is another strong advantage. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. In summary, Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay offers not only comfortable accommodation, but also warmth, reliability, and peace of mind. If you are traveling with family, visiting Jiuhua Mountain for the first time, or simply looking for a place where you can truly relax and feel supported, this is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, worry-free experience.

Wir haben uns für das Baiyun Hotel entschieden, als wir den Huangshan-Berg bestiegen haben, und die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Es liegt direkt in der Nähe des Bright Summit (Guangming Ding), sodass man nach Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang einfach zu Fuß zurückkehren kann, ohne lange im Dunkeln laufen zu müssen – das ist super praktisch für Touristen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, und die Bettwäsche ist trocken und frisch. Da es in den Bergen kühl ist, ist es toll, dass reichlich heißes Wasser vorhanden ist, sodass man sich nach dem Duschen rundum wohlfühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, sodass man satt und zufrieden in den Tag starten kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und beantworten geduldig alle Fragen zum Weg. Insgesamt ist es eine Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Huangshan-Gebiet. Ich würde es beim nächsten Mal wieder wählen.

Ich habe ein Kind in der zweiten Klasse und habe zufällig von den geheimnisvollen Steinen des Huangshan-Gebirges gehört, was mich zu diesem Ausflug inspirierte. Ich hatte zunächst ein Zimmer gebucht, und am Wochenende war oben auf dem Berg kein Zimmer mehr frei. Alles war wunderbar! Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, der Nachmittagstee und die angebotenen Erfrischungen waren köstlich. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fühlte man sich dank des Designs und des Services wie zu Hause. Die Kinder durften sogar selbst Teigtaschen zubereiten und waren begeistert! Der geräumige Saal eignet sich perfekt für Familien zum Entspannen und Plaudern. Man kann dort übrigens auch Hausaufgaben machen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wiederkomme, wähle ich auf jeden Fall die Bergsprache! Ich hatte ein tolles Wochenende hier!

Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und half mir mit meinem Gepäck. Das Frühstück war inklusive und bot eine große Auswahl, fast wie ein Buffet. Ich dachte, es gäbe nur einen Abhol- und Bringservice, aber man holte mich sogar nach dem Auschecken ab und half mir mit dem Gepäck. Ich kann dieses Hotel für eine Huangshan-Besteigung wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ausgezeichnet und sehr einladend, und da ich normalerweise keine Hotelbewertungen schreibe, war dies eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Shilin Hotel war mit Abstand das teuerste Hotel unserer 2-wöchigen Chinareise und wir müssen festhalten, dass dies wohl ausschließlich über die Lage zu rechtfertigen ist. Das Hotel selbst ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, der Rauch ist in den Gängen überall zu riechen. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen/Buffet jedoch das schlechteste Essen der ganzen Reise und das bei 160 Yuen pro Person. Ich würde es verstehen, wenn es an der Logistik liegt geeignete Zutaten auf den Berg zu bekommen. Es gab an sich jedoch alles: Gemüse, Schwein, Ente, Rind, Shrimps. Alles größtenteils jedoch lieb- und geschmacklos zubereitet. Dazu kalt, wenn man später zum Essen kommt. Die Behälter halten nicht warm, die Menge so zahlreich, dass eine Stunde nach Buffetbeginn immernoch die kalten Speisen dort liegen. Herzliche Empfehlung: Lieber weniger Gerichte bereitstellen in Auswahl, dafür qualitativ hochwertig und warm. Selbiges gilt für das Frühstück: kalte Spiegeleier zu Begonn bereits vorgebraten muss nun wirklich nicht sein. In Summe: für eine Nacht zwecks Lage empfehlenswert, sonst kein Highlight.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel, der Service herzlich, und die Seilbahnfahrt vom Transferzentrum am Morgen war sehr bequem. Nach der Besteigung des Huangshan kehrten wir ins Hotel zurück, um in den heißen Quellen zu entspannen – ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch die Kinder waren begeistert.

Die Pferde sind mit unbekannten Strahlenpunkten und dem Dach gekennzeichnet, ein bisschen krank, gegeben zum Tragen Die Landschaft in der Nähe des Sees von Wu ist sehr gut, die Umgebung gibt es für Wu Ein Beutel Obst zu senden, obwohl es ein bisschen schwach aussieht, suchen Sie am Rezeptor um elf Uhr eine Minenwasserbereitung. Die Rezeption wird persönlich geschickt. Der Service kann an Menschen geliefert werden. Was die Hardware betrifft, so ist es ziemlich drahtlos. Die Hälfte der Kleidung ist scharf. Die Tür ist schlecht. Das Haarwasser ist sehr scharf. Die Haare werden leicht gebrochen. Der Wind ist sehr langsam. Fernseher ist ein bisschen klein. Der Balkon ist schmutzig. Das unsachgemäßste ist, dass zwei Roboter-Elektroschrauber mich lange verschwenden. Das ist so abstrakt. Aber es gibt auch eine größere Lage im Parkplatz, die kostenlose Parkplätze können kostenlos gestartet werden. Insgesamt ist die Bewertung des Abzugs von den Preisen nicht sinnvoll. Viele Mängel sind nicht Mängel, wenn Sie besser als Ihre Freunde sind, obwohl diese Familie nicht gut leben scheint.

Versteckt in der Altstadt von Tunxi liegt dieses Gästehaus – ein wahrer Geheimtipp in wunderschöner Umgebung. Hier werden Erlebnisse wie Guqin-Spiel, Kalligrafie und Teezeremonie angeboten. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend. Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Huangshan würde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.
