Another great stay at Hotel 11. The check in is easy. The room was clean and WiFi was fast. I loved the water fountain at every floor. All in all, a lovely stay.

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

Es war ein sehr nettes und gemütliches Hostel. Ich ging allein und benutzte das Zimmer, aber es war größer als ich dachte und die Einrichtungen waren gut. Es gibt auch einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, so ist es sehr komfortabel. ㅎㅎ

sehr gut! Eines der saubersten und hygienischsten Hotels, in denen ich je in Kanada übernachtet habe. Der Preis ist auch sehr vernünftig. Die Lage ist im Büroviertel des Stadtzentrums (keine Obdachlosen). Exzellenter Service, sehr zu empfehlen! !

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Rummes Königssuite. Sehr sauber. Gute Tee- und Kaffeeanlagen mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer auch. Pool und Jacuzzi auch gut.

Shuttle was very fast and easy! My only suggestion is that the booking include more details about where to go at the Calgary airport to.catch the shuttle and whether guests have to call for pick up or if it runs on a set schedule how often it picks up.

Sehr gutes Hotel, das Frühstück kann Eierrollen bestellen, auch kostenlos. Hier ist eine Nacht vergangen, insgesamt zufrieden, sehr zu empfehlen, kostengünstig, das größte Einkaufszentrum von West Edmond ist sehr schnell fahren, der Geschäft ist es lohnenswert, darüber hinaus kann der River Valley Park gehen, mehr als 100 Jahre Eisenbrücke.
