We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

Die Anlage ist großartig, aber ich mag nicht das Pool-Gebiet, ist immer mit so vielen Menschen verpackt. Einige von ihnen waren nicht einmal Gast im Hotel. Wenn andere Leute nicht so viel Zugang zum Hotel hatten, würde ich nicht daran interessieren, dort wieder zu bleiben.

The hotel is in the best location od Pretoria, connected with many restaurants, shops. It is new, beautiful and in the new area of Pretoria. The personal is all so friendly and helpful. Our room is very big, nice and comfortable.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Hotel zu bleiben und muss sagen, es war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Der Service des Personals war top-notch. Sie waren aufmerksam, freundlich und immer bereit, mit jeder Aufforderung zu helfen. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, fühlte ich mich willkommen und gut betreut. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel für seinen hervorragenden Service, saubere Zimmer und außergewöhnliches Essen. Es überstieg wirklich meine Erwartungen und machte meinen Aufenthalt zu einem erinneren.

I brought my son -25 with me. The location is the best feature and the facility is so clean. It looks like a new building. It is accessible to everything and within walking distance. This location is for the ones who don’t mind being lazy and just staying in one location. Or the adventure to go out and explore. Uber is readily accessible. It has a nightlife for those who want a drink and music and during the day plenty of food and shopping choices. Nelson Mandela Square, Melrose Arch,and many other frequently visit attractions are all located within the area.

Nice hotel located in a gated community. We feel really safe to stay here. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and well equipped with all the appliances. We will definitely come back again!

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪 Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool. Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!
