The stay at Swiss Diamond was bliss from the moment I entered to the moment I left. The reception, dining, and spa staff were all incredible and so friendly. The room was equipped with more than my own home is; shoe shining and sewing kits, all the hair and body care you need, and tons of wonderful snacks. The spa/pool was tremendous, but my favorite part was going from the Finish sauna to the ice shower. I tried out the salt room too. The breakfast was abundant and full of variety, every bite was yummy. And after I checked out, I had a lovely coffee on the restaurant’s garden terrace. I’m jealous of myself before I came here because I want to do it all over again!!

Sehr schönes Hotel und Konferenzzentrum. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, gute Service am Frontdesk, wirklich gutes Frühstück. Die Mahlzeiten serviert bei Veranstaltungen im Hotel und im Konferenzzentrum waren sehr gut. Die einzige Nebenstelle ist die Lage - nicht viel zu tun, außer zum großen Mall.

Hotel is on the walking street. Very close to everywhere. Just taxi can’t go in front of hotel due to walking street. And there is no elevator in hotel
