The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. Staff were polite, though service could be faster. It met basic expectations, but there’s room for improvement.

Very pleasant experience, 5star experience for sure. You really get what you pay for and more. We were lucky enough to be given special and upgraded experience for free. We were given free access to the M Club Lounge, free snacks 24/7, dinner, cocktails, breakfast and even complementary coffee from the cafe on the GF and in room minibar. Breakfast at theGoji is also a must have. Everyone was so nice too! Very nice and kind people. The casino is on the same building. Definitely coming back here and hopefully we get the free upgrade of the day again!
We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet!
We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only.
Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.
Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases.
On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.
Meine Freundin meinte, das Bett sei total verführerisch gewesen! Auch das Aqua und die Getränke dort haben uns super gefallen! Wir haben sogar eine Meerjungfrau in den Wassergräben des Aqua schwimmen sehen!
10 Sterne, aber einen Stern Abzug, weil es kein Netflix auf dem Fernseher gab. Meine Freundin sagte: „Ich erinnere mich, als wir im Fields Plaza waren, da gab es Netflix und YouTube auf dem Fernseher!“
Our stay at the Archduchess Villa in Rancho Bernardo, Bataan, was nothing short of amazing. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, including an Alexa-operated system that made everything incredibly convenient. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the serene surroundings. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere of Rancho Bernardo made it an ideal escape, and the exceptional service from the staff added a personal touch to our experience. It was the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, making it an unforgettable staycation. Definitely worth every penny!
