Ich habe die Anpassungen geschätzt, die das Hotel gemacht hat, um unseren Aufenthalt komfortablen zu machen - von den Pilz- und Handtücheranfragen, der schnellen Eincheckung und der Entschuldigung eine Aufmerksamkeit eines der Manager, würde ich Swissotel wieder buchen!

Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

Das Clark Marriott Hotel überstieg überraschend meine Erwartungen! Die Mitarbeiter waren absolut erstaunlich und gab uns 2 Tage kostenfreien Zugang zum Lounge während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Spa-Einrichtungen waren meine Lieblings-Sauna, kalte Eis-Dispenser, um unser Gesicht mit Gesichtskleidung, Jacuzzi und Wärme-Stühle zu kühlen! Der Außenpool ist auch schön und es gibt eine Bar für Sie, um Getränke und Essen zu bestellen. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Casino und Sie können es direkt zugreifen, wie es verbunden ist. Es gibt auch lokale Pampangan Restaurants in der Nähe, die nur einen Spaziergang entfernt ist!

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und einladend. Die Annehmlichkeiten machen meinem Kind großen Spaß. Das Essen im Xi Restaurant ist das beste chinesische Essen überhaupt! Außerdem gibt es für mein Kind einen kostenlosen Geburtstagskuchen.

We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.

Erstaunliches Ort und gutes Personal und freundlich. Ich empfehle es sehr, dorthin zu gehen und zu besuchen ❤️❤️

Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases. On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Archduchess Villa in Rancho Bernardo, Bataan, war einfach fantastisch. Die Villa war geräumig, wunderschön gestaltet und mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, darunter ein Alexa-gesteuertes System, das alles unglaublich komfortabel machte. Das Highlight war definitiv der private Whirlpool, der den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen bot, während man die ruhige Umgebung genoss. Die friedliche und abgeschiedene Atmosphäre von Rancho Bernardo machte es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort, und der außergewöhnliche Service des Personals verlieh unserem Erlebnis eine persönliche Note. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus Luxus und Ruhe und machte es zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub. Definitiv jeden Cent wert!
