Unser kürzlich im Sapporo Stream Hotel gehabter Aufenthalt war eine wunderbare Erfahrung und wir empfehlen es sehr, besonders für Familien mit jungen Kindern. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich unschlagbar. Es ist in der Nähe der wichtigsten Attraktionen, Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem gelegen, so dass es einfach zu erkunden Sapporo ohne jede Belastung. Die Zugänglichkeit des Hotels war ein Spielwechsel für Familien wie unsere Reisen mit einem Wanderer. Es ist direkt zum Cocono Suskino Mall und dann direkt nach unten zum Bahnhof. Es ist selten, ein Hotel zu finden, das wir für Familien halten, und wir haben das gedankevolle Design wirklich geschätzt. Der Hausbetreuungsdienst war ein weiterer Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Das Hotel, das unser Zimmer effizient sicherte, war gut mit ihren “Menü” von Hausbetreuungsoptionen gespeichert! Wie erwartet in einem japanischen Hotel war das Zimmer kompakt, aber mit Gedanken konzipiert. Während die Eröffnung zweier Koffer gleichzeitig eine Herausforderung war, ist dies typisch für Hotels in Japan. Der Raum wurde gut genutzt und wir fanden es gemütlich und ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Das Sapporo Stream Hotel überwiegt unsere Erwartungen mit seiner besten Lage, familienfreundlicher Zugänglichkeit und hervorragender Hauspflege. Während die Zimmergröße für einige eine leichte Anpassung sein könnte, ist es ein kleiner Austritt für die Komfort und Qualität des angebotenen Services. Wir würden gerne wieder hier auf unserem nächsten Besuch in Sapporo bleiben!

The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

Wir hatten die Freude, in Portom International Hokkaido zu bleiben, günstig im New Chitose Flughafen International Passagier Terminal gelegen. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir von dem aufmerksamen Personal, das einen erfrischenden Willkommensgetränk anbietet, begrüßt und einen positiven Ton für unseren Aufenthalt gesetzt. Das Zimmer war eine harmonische Mischung aus moderner Technologie und Komfort. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen waren reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität, die einen komfortablen und bequemen Aufenthalt sichern. Einer der Stand-up-Merkmale dieses Hotels ist seine Nähe zu einer Vielzahl von Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im Flughafen. Insgesamt überstieg Portom International Hokkaido meine Erwartungen in allen Aspekten. Dieses Hotel wird sehr empfohlen und freuen Sie sich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer ist freundlich klein für 3 Pax und auf Sen Spy müssen bezahlen? Komm schon! Ich wohne ur andere Hotel in Tokio brauchen nicht einen Penny bezahlen. Sehr freundliches Personal und Service, aber nur Japan kann kommunizieren. Wenn Sie eine Person oder zwei wissen Englisch, können wir zumindest ausdehnen. Ich freue mich auf Hokkaido noch im nächsten Jahr Feb 2024.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Ich habe den Aufenthalt um eine weitere Nacht im Hotel Monterey verlängert, einem anständigen Hotel mit großartigem Service und wunderschöner Dekoration. Das Hotelpersonal ist nett und effizient. Das Zimmer (meines ist ein Standardzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten) ist sauber, mit einer guten und weiten Aussicht (im 21. Stock) und die Matratze und Kissen sind wunderbar. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft, mit Qualität und einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

Staff service was excellent. Explained all amenities and services in detail. Rooms had a antique feel but was very clean and tidy. Location is just a bit out from city center if by public transport but other than that it was excellent.

the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

From the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity. Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence. Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled. Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze. As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional. The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship. Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight. For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

Das beste Hotel in dieser Reise, kein einziges. Zimmer, Umgebung, Essen und Service sind nicht zu ermutigen, und das Hotel wird wieder erleben. Es kann sein, dass die Aktivitäten im Hotel nicht reich genug sind, kann verbessert werden

The room was standard Hilton. Ski in ski out, and have very convenient shuttle services to connect with other resorts. Staffs are very nice and professional, a well balanced global team make passengers from different places feel like home. One the other light worth to mention was the TEA ceremony holds by a tea master from Kyoto. Since Hokkaido was famous because it’s dairy products, i didn’t expect run into such a thing here. The tea master really puts a lot of thought into how to make the guests feel the authentic Japanese tea culture. The process wasn’t too complicated for foreigners to follow, and it will amazingly put you in a zen peace mode, like a sort of meditation. Worth to stop by if you stay there.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

Sehr schönes, aber teuer angesichts der Gesamterfahrung. Die Toilette war kalt und die Heizung funktionierte nicht zu gut.

Der Hotelservice und andere Lizby sind etwas schlechter. Das Hotel hat beim Ausziehen des Garagewagens Schnee im Piloten gemacht. Das Hotel ist ein Frühstückspaket. Niemand kann sich an den Signatur-Tafel bestellen. Wir drei haben einen bestellt, und dann haben wir es nicht gelassen. Wir haben es nicht gelassen, bis wir hinter dem nächsten Tisch kamen und das gleiche Essen wie wir bestellten, bevor wir uns erinnern, fragten wir den Kellner, ob es möglich war. Ich kann uns nicht helfen zu sehen, wann wir kommen können. Daher ging ein Kellner nach einem anderen. Drei Kellner sprachen über einen halben Tag. schließlich kam er zu uns und sagte: ”Der Kellner, den wir bestellten, ist nicht mehr vorhanden, ich fragte, warum das Tisch am nächsten Abend gegessen wurde, Wir haben nichts bestellt, und warum können wir es nicht im Voraus sagen? Das Ergebnis war, dass der Kellner entschuldigt hat und uns dann einen Bestell hinzufügen und es auch nicht zu spät erscheint. Als wir die Tee besuchen, wurden die Schleier auch von anderen gepflegt. Schließlich ist der Skiplatz noch gut, aber erinnern Sie sich, dass Sie alle Snow-Projekte vorzeitig bekommen.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Der Service ist sehr gut, aber manchmal gibt es mehr Kinder, im Halle ist ein bisschen schwach. Der Rest ist lobenswert, besonders warm und wenige Menschen, draußen, unter Schnee und die Atmosphäre ist voller Luft. Und auch nahe dem Schneeplatz, das Hotel hat auch einen Bus,

Ich mag es sehr, hier ist die Landschaft schön, die Schönheit ist nicht weg. Hahaha, das Zimmer ist besonders groß. Es ist nicht einfach, in 🇯🇵 ein großes Landfußfenster, ein weißes Schneelöffel außerhalb des Fensters, es gibt Suppe im Haus, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, es ist sehr warm, es ist ziemlich komplett eingerichtet. Wir haben das Abendessen bestellt. Wir haben die West-Stil-Station gewählt. Die Platte ist exquisit und groß. Besonders dankbar, dass Sie mit unserem Meister nach Bilov kommen. Weil wir uns selbst versehen haben, haben wir ihn alle nach Hilton geführt. Der Meister, der dann nach JR-Punkte nach Togujiang gefahren ist, hat auch geholfen, die Taschen zu nehmen. Die Servicepersonal hier sind enthusiastisch ❤️
