Our stay at Chalet Ivy Jozankei was truly memorable and one of the best luxury hotel experiences we have had in Japan. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and the hospitality from most of the staff was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady at reception (whose name I unfortunately did not catch), who shared that she personally grows the beautiful flowers displayed in the hotel's sitting area. That personal touch immediately made us feel at home. Mr. Tai, who checked us in, was friendly, patient, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the room features and hotel facilities in detail, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The cleanliness deserves special recognition. I am particularly sensitive to cleanliness and usually notice dust very easily, yet I could not find a single speck of dirt anywhere in the room. It is honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The lounge was another highlight. Each guest received a ¥1,000 alcoholic drink credit, and the complimentary snacks featured premium Hokkaido brands such as LeTAO, Yoshimi and Ryugetsu, making the experience feel truly luxurious. Dinner was outstanding. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious, while the restaurant staff provided attentive and polished service. The hotel's tasteful interior perfectly complemented the stunning views of the lush greenery and Toyohira River. We were also delighted to find beautifully cut and chilled melon and strawberries waiting in our room upon arrival. It was a thoughtful welcome that reflected the hotel's exceptional attention to detail. Breakfast was equally impressive, with beautifully prepared dishes that made each morning enjoyable. The private onsen in our room was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay, allowing us to relax while enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings. While our overall experience was excellent, I have a few suggestions for improvement. One Japanese male staff member who was on duty during check-in and later that evening came across as rather cold. On several occasions, I smiled and greeted him, but he did not acknowledge me and simply walked away. The contrast with the warmth shown by the rest of the team was quite noticeable. As such a premium property, it would also be wonderful if the hotel could offer more cultural or wellness activities, such as tea appreciation sessions, guided evening walks or seasonal experiences. During a previous stay at Capella Singapore, these activities became some of the most memorable parts of our visit, and I believe Chalet Ivy Jozankei has the perfect setting to offer something similar. I would also like to suggest a different restaurant seating arrangement for tables of four. Currently, only two guests can enjoy the beautiful river and greenery views while the other two face the interior of the restaurant. Arranging the tables perpendicular to the windows would allow all four guests to enjoy the spectacular scenery during their meal. Lastly, although we appreciated receiving tickets to the Summer Night Illumination Festival, accessing the main street requires walking up a very steep slope that is shared with vehicles, which could be challenging and potentially unsafe for elderly guests. In the future, perhaps a pedestrian bridge connecting Level 5 directly to the street level could improve accessibility and safety. Overall, Chalet Ivy Jozankei delivered an exceptional luxury experience with outstanding cleanliness, thoughtful hospitality, remarkable cuisine and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Das Hotel war gerade erst eröffnet worden, daher war die Inneneinrichtung glänzend und sauber, aber der Geruch im Zimmer war stark. Ich hatte einen Luftreiniger, der geholfen hat. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Frühstück war reichlich und ich hatte einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Ich konnte die Begeisterung des Personals überall spüren und es fühlte sich gut an.

Welcoming reception, very friendly service staff telling us direction to the departure gates and where to shop and dine. Excellent access to departure gates all under cover and within short walking distance Hotel provided trolley for us to use for checking in at the airport, leaving us at ease. TV set showing flight status helping us on track with schedules especially important when we’re returning to a typhoon prone country. Spacious and clean room with complimentary access to Onsen are most valued

Auch wenn es besetzt ist, verwaltete das Personal den Sitz systematisch, so dass wir die herrliche Winteraussichten bequem genießen. Die Hokkaido-Käse-Pizza und Dessert sind absolute Muster-Tests. Lage und Service: Perfekt im Herzen des Sehenswürdigkeitsbezirks gelegen, mit berühmten Süßwarenladen in der Nähe. Die komplimentären Parkplätze und die Pflege, perfektes Personal machten unser Aufenthalt unschön. Bemerkungen: Atmosphäre: Die gemeinsamen Gebiete können sich wegen ihrer Popularität ein wenig überfüllt fühlen. Design: Die Innenräume sind etwas veraltet und schlank in Richtung sehr dunkelen Ton, und vor allem ist Netflix nicht im Innenraum TV verfügbar. Hinweis: Windows ist befestigt; die Belüftung wird über die Tür des Balkons verwaltet. Urteil: Sehr empfohlen für Lebensmittel und Onsen Liebhaber, die das Zentrum der Aktion sein wollen.

Liebe an italienischen, chinesischen und japanischen Restaurants. Ski in Ski-Out. Schönes Innenpool und Jacuzzis. Ausstattet Fitness. Private Arschlöcher in bestimmten Zimmerarten. Ein wenig von einem inneren Fehler-Infestation Problem und allgemeines Personal benötigt mehr Schulung, angesichts der Hotelpreisklasse. Sonst der nächste zu perfekten Aufenthalt in jedem Skiresort überall in der Welt!

Hotel is located close to the station so it was easy access from the airport. We checked in around 20:00 and we booked a bus runs by hotel (2,000yen per person) go to Hakodate mountain to see this famous night view. It was the last two seats so if you are thinking to go better to book in advance. Hotel also runs complementary shuttle bus around the city - easy access to every sightseeing place. Breakfast buffet was great, they have a little their own inconvenient store in the hotel so you don’t have to go out to buy something that you need. The lounge area was also great. after we took a bath we both and ice cream and we sat down there walking at the traditional sea glasses lamps which was pretty good time.

Erstens ist das Frühstück wirklich lecker und das Fassbier ist sehr, sehr lecker. Das Abendessen ist etwas langsam und das Frühstück fühlt sich reichhaltiger an. Ich blieb für 3 Tage und 2 Nächte inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen. Insgesamt waren die Mahlzeiten gut und das große öffentliche Bad war wirklich geräumig und sauber. Es gibt zwei Arten von öffentlichen Bädern, und das Männer- und das Frauenbad wechseln fast täglich. Daher halte ich es für ein sehr gutes System, da man auch bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt vielfältige Erlebnisse haben kann, ohne dass Langeweile aufkommt. Im großen öffentlichen Bad gibt es Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung, sodass Sie nichts separat vorbereiten müssen. Allerdings sind die bereitgestellten Handtücher sehr staubig. Wenn Sie empfindliche Haut haben, sollten Sie daher eigene mitbringen. Die Badewanne im Zimmer hatte kein heißes Wasser, daher war ich enttäuscht, dass ich sie nicht einmal zum Fußbad nutzen konnte, und das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gibt fast keine Heizung im Zimmer, daher wäre es eine gute Idee, eine am Bettzeug befestigte Wärmepackung zu verwenden. Es gibt einen großen Raum, der als Schminktisch genutzt werden kann. Sie können auf einem Stuhl sitzen und Make-up vorbereiten usw., und es ist sehr bequem. Einfache Einwegartikel wie Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta und Wattestäbchen sind im Zimmer vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist. Während meines Aufenthalts von 3 Tagen und 2 Nächten konnte ich mehrere Gänge essen, sodass sich die Mahlzeiten nicht überschnitten, und ich war überrascht, wie gut die Qualität des gegrillten Fisches war. Insbesondere der gegrillte Lachs war nicht nur viel köstlicher als der gegrillte Lachs, den ich auf dem Nijo-Markt gekauft habe, sondern er war auch sehr lecker, weil ein großer Teil mit breiter Schale verwendet wurde. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bietet einen angenehmen Service. Auch wenn es das gleiche Japan ist, scheint es doch ganz anders zu sein als Tokio. Ich möchte es wieder besuchen, wenn ich nach Japan reise. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit 👍🏻

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga. Das Hotel bietet eine entspannende Atmosphäre und ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um die Schönheit des Sees Akan zu erleben. Der Service war während meines Aufenthalts ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war warm, aufmerksam und professionell, immer grüßte Gäste mit einem Lächeln und macht jede Interaktion angenehm. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat wirklich die Gesamterfahrung verbessert. Die Objekteinrichtungen waren eines der Highlights des Hotels. Sie sind geräumig, schön gestaltet, und haben ein luxuriöses Gefühl, bieten eine große Vielzahl von Innen- und Außenbads. Die einzige kleine Nachteile war, dass das oberen Stockbad nicht so sauber wie die anderen Bads scheint. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung noch groß. Das Zimmer war etwas auf der kompakten Seite, aber es war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Insgesamt hatte ich einen großen Aufenthalt und Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga ist eine große Wahl im Lake Akan.

Das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Die Onsen Einrichtungen sind gut (sowohl im Zimmer als auch im öffentlichen). Es war auch ein gutes Abendessen und Frühstück serviert. Wird sicher zurückkommen und wieder besuchen.
