Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, die Einrichtung schlicht und modern, das Zimmer geräumig, man kann seine Koffer nach Belieben öffnen und es ist kein Problem, wenn man mehr Koffer hat. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Ich werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. Geeignet für Geschäftsreisen und Familienreisen. It was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.

The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Wunderbar Aufenthalt in einem großen Zimmer und großartiger Service. Es ist sehr einfach, um esp zu reisen, wenn ich eine Veranstaltung in Takashimaya neben der Tür besuchen musste. Es ist großartig, dass alles so gut verbunden ist.

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

Das alte Hotel hat ein ansprechendes Design, die Lobby ist einzigartig und das italienische Restaurant ist gut. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zum Flughafen: Der Shuttlebus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor dem Hotel, und der Bus zum Flughafen fährt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ab. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein kleiner Park, und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist hervorragend und unverstellt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Drogerien. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Never know where this city was before I visited it. Coz I was traveling with the JR pass from Tokyo along to Osaka, this is one of the middle point. The hotel was at the JR station, clean and convenient. The staff can speak fluent English.

Wir blieben hier für eine Nacht, um am nächsten Tag einen Morgenflug zu fangen. Das Hotel selbst ist etwa 15-20 Min. zu Fuß zum Terminal, aber es bietet kostenlose Shuttle-Busservice am Morgen ab 6.40am. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus vor dem Hotel, der Gäste zum nahe gelegenen Aeon Mall in Tokoname mitnimmt, wo Sie kaufen und essen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine breite Palette und das Hotelzimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf den Ozean.

The room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas.
