5-Sterne-Hotels in Normandie, Frankreich

Un accueil charmant que nous apprécions depuis des années. Le Spa est fantastique! Un petit effort d'organisation au niveau du room service mais ce problème ne date pas d'hier. Nous reviendrons bien entendu!

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

The château itself is beautiful, with a lovely location and very good service. However, the room was a little disappointing for the price. It felt dated and could definitely use some renovation, especially the old carpet, which had a slightly unpleasant smell. The cleanliness could also be improved. Overall, a beautiful property, but I expected a higher standard from the room considering the price.

It was an extraordinary experience in a beautiful and elegant castle. I loved to stay there, walking a wide garden and having a special breakfast served by staff. If we have a trip to the Normandy area again, I will stay there again. If you have children, I recommend highly; they have pool, bicycle, dogs, deers, and mini soccer field, game, and so on

The service was fine. The configuration of the room was not. The toilet was right next to the bed and the bathroom (sink, shower) was all the way down the hall. It was very unpleasant. However, the bed was very comfortable, the robe was very cosy and the Illy coffee capsules were excellent.

We arrived at Pontorson station by train and planned to take a taxi, but there is no Uber here, and we were kindly welcomed. Everything was very hospitable and delicious, a wonderful place, I would recommend it to all my friends.

Ich stimme nicht zu, dass dieses Hotel als 5-Sterne-Premium-Unterkunft gelistet werden kann. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer ist 4 Sterne wert. Die Annehmlichkeiten (Sauna, Dampfbad, Pools…) sind 3 Sterne wert. Die Einrichtungen sind 3-4 Sterne wert.

Mon troisième séjours aux cures marines, le professionnalisme le sourire et la bienveillance du personnel et toujours au rendez-vous. La chambre est spacieuse et bénéficie d'une décoration moderne est soignée, la literie est au top, très bonne isolation phonique. Je recommande vivement les installations du spa et le petit-déjeuner copieux et gourmand.

Encore un excellent séjour au Royal Barrière ! L’accueil à la réception est très professionnel et courtois, avec une attention particulière pour l'objet du séjour des clients. La piscine extérieure chauffée constitue un véritable atout avec une ambiance très paisible. La chambre Deluxe est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires.
