We had booked this hotel for our boys team state baseball tournament. Overall good hotel, boys loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Waffles were the best part. Carpet looks newer. Just a couple things in our room 317-there was a sticky spot on carpet in between the 2 double beds that I kept forgetting about until I stepped in it. The room itself was clean and the bedspreads and room itself was updated to look more modern from the not so appeasing hotel pics I saw online. The canvas paintings above the bed were beautiful and modern. The bathroom doesn't have a vent & is smaller. The tub wasn't overly clean. Almost seems like the maintenance rolled a type of white paint over the floor of the tub that is starting to fade. The shower curtain had a few spots on it--but I've never been a fan of hotels with these cloth shower curtains that are used for everyone and probably rarely get removed and washed. The faucet in the bathroom sink had no pressure--just like 4 sprays of water-made it hard to brush your teeth. It's probably something that the maintenance man could fix but I wasn't there long enough to ask about it. The hotel staff came in every day to remove our old towels on the floor and replaced very neatly with new towels. They removed the garbage. It was nice to come back to the hotel to this cleanliness from the hotel staff. Overall it was a good stay. They even had a washer and dryer (bring quarters) to do a load of the teams uniforms for the 3rd day of tournament.

Checkin process was good; but the room was ice cold when I first arrived. After turning the AC off to get to a more livable temperature, I noticed that the chair by the window reeked of stale cigarette smoke. As long as the fan was always running and the temperature setting was cold, the smell was not noticeable; but hardly hospitable. The center of the bed sagged a bit; it might be due to the lack of proper bed support under the mattress. Plentiful hangers came in handy. Showers were very nice; lots of hot water and good pressure. I can't review the breakfast or facilities because I did not partake of either one. These problems can be quickly rectified; but I should not have to ask. They should have been observed by hotel staff and reported for correction. Housekeeping service showed up at 8:45 on the first day of a 3 day stay to clean the room but I was still sleeping. I didn't realize that I _HAD_ to put out a Do Not Disturb placard to keep them from waking me up. I thought they would be able to tell that I was still in the room with their housekeeping key. They did not return later that day to perform their tidy up routine.

Großer Aufenthalt!

Die Lage ist ein bisschen entfernt, aber es ist ein neues Hotel und alles ist dort brandneu. Auch freundliches Personal. Gut für einen Übernachtungsstopp.

Dieses Zimmer war $100 pro Nacht weniger als alles in Iowa City, wo wir am nächsten Tag waren. Wir waren besorgt, als wir ankamen, die Gegend war zerstört mit den benachbarten Hotels und Restaurants verlassen. Das Signal für dieses Hotel war in Schammeln und die Erde waren mit Weiden überwältigt. Aber die Anlage war sehr sauber und der Service war gut. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Ein-Nacht-Unterkünften hatten wir genug Handtücher und Kaffee für zwei Nächte! Das Bett war komfortabel, es gab einen schönen einfachen Stuhl und guten Tischstuhl im Zimmer. Die negativen waren NO Hooks im Badezimmer - aber ich habe immer zwei über die Tür Style in meinem Gepäck. Auch das Wasser hatte einen schrecklichen Schwefelgeräusch. Ich musste fast meine Nase in die Dusche sticken und wir verwendeten Wasser mit Flaschen, um unsere Zähne zu schütteln. Das Fenster öffnete sich und hatte einen guten Bildschirm, den wir mögen, aber das Siegel wurde gebrochen und hängt.

Ich habe hier seit etwa 4 Jahren geblieben und ist für die meisten Teile ein ruhiger Ort. Ich kenne die Eigentümer und das Personal ziemlich gut sehr nett Menschen. Großes Personal macht Sie immer zu Hause und am Urservice zu jeder Zeit fühlen. Aber Sie haben auch die Privatsphäre. Perkins ist über dem St und wenn Sie erwähnen ur Aufenthalt im Motel 6 erhalten Sie einen 10% Rabatt von ur Rechnung. Und es gibt viele Parkplätze und Ur in der Spazierweiterung von Gasstationen und Restaurants, ob es sich um schnelle Mahlzeiten oder ein Familienrestaurant in einem lokalen Bar-Einrichtung mit Nahrung und Unterhaltung handelt. Großer Ort zum Aufenthalt und bequem zum Interstate und Autobahn! Danke dem Personal für all ihre harte Arbeit. Und danke den Besitzern für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt. Wir waren nervös, weil frühere Bewertungen sagten, die Möbel und Teppiche benötigte Ersatz. Nicht wahr! Das Atmosphäre, für die sie gehen, ist eine rustikale Kabine oder Fischerhäuser. Soweit ich sagen konnte, ist nur ein Stuhl in jedem Zimmer „besorgt“ bedeutet, dass der Stuhl neu war, aber er hatte aufgeschlagen, um es alt zu machen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich habe noch nie Croissants in einem Hotel Frühstück gesehen. Wir schätzten besonders, dass die Zimmer wirklich sauber waren - keine verrückten Haare oder Flecken von Junk zu ignorieren. Ich dachte, die Betten waren perfekt, während mein Mann sagte, sie waren etwas zu fest.
