The front desk staff were courteous and accommodating, and the rest were very helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, especially with the lighting that made it feel cozy, even though it didn’t have a window. The shower had both hot and cold water, and overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!

Rooms are comfortable and it is near the places you would love to visit. Very convenient when it comes to transportation

Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr angenehmen. Lage ist im Herzen der Stadt in der Nähe der Attraktion der Stadt Davao. Hoch empfohlen für alle Reisenden in Davao Stadt.

An accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds. My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee. The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby. The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

The good thing about this hotel is the location, the mall, hospital, restos, and convenience stores are just few walks away. . . Good for solo. Their good for two rooms which I booked isn't recommendable because it's too small for two unless for ”quickie” purposes. Water pressure is weak. And air-conditioning takes a while to get cold.

Location is good near to everything. But their wifi is terrible. I cannot recommend this if you are planning to work in their rooms.

Die Dusche hat einen niedrigen Wasserdruck und es dauert Zeit, um die Dusche zu beenden. Der Türschiebeschlüssel funktioniert nicht zum dritten Mal. Mein Sohn ging zum Empfänger zum dritten Mal, und das gleiche Problem, noch nicht arbeiten. Sie geben mir die Schlüssel zum vierten Mal. Das Zimmer ist nicht ein Tonnachweis. Ich kann sogar das andere Zimmer Telefon anrufen und das Alarm hält an.

Staff are very approachable and considerate. The elevator doesn't work when you are from the 4th floor. The floor under the beds need sweeping. Would stay again because of its affordability, nearness to Bangkerohan market, San Pedro cathedral, and easy access to a lot of affordable food options and public transportation.
