The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

Ein Punkt ist, dass das Hotel keinen Aufzug hat, also wenn Ihr Zimmer auf den oberen Etagen ist, warten Sie auf ein wenig Übung. Sie dienen auch nicht vollen Mahlzeiten, aber sie bieten kostenlose Kaffee und Brot im Lobby. Glücklicherweise gibt es in der Nähe viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelspots, so dass es sehr einfach ist etwas zu essen zu finden.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. Es ist ein schönes Hotel für eine kurze Reise in Davao zu bleiben. Das Zimmer ist sauber und im WC haben sie Mini-Seife und Tabo und Balde. Außerdem haben Sie eine Dusche nur bringen Sie Ihren Shampoo, wenn Sie eine Dusche wollen. Es hat auch einen TV und hat WiFi im Zimmer. Das klimatisierte klimatisierte Zimmer ist nur cool, das Bett hat Haare auf der Würfel und der Kissen, aber im Allgemeinen ist es gut. Das Personal ist groß von der Sicherheitswache bis zum Kundenservice. Danke.

Great location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon. Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

Ask for Nancy! She will make you have the best time here! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

院子很舒服很安靜愜意，每天都有芒果從樹上掉下來，撿芒果成了每天的小確幸，超級甜，房間設施不期望太高的話，住這裏還挺幸福的。整體很推薦👍🏻 交通：按Reception發的指引從davao坐公交上船過來很省心，75₱≈9塊多一個人，到warehouse，大概2.5㎞坐tutu抵達。 親子，電話問詢後允許訂雙床➕750₱for kid含早，還是挺友好的。 可以訂tutu環島，1500₱自己談價，摩託租500₱+50deliver fee，每天炫一個榴蓮，warehouse對面的金槍魚餐廳很贊 有機會再來

Overall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement. We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading. During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies. Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!
