Honest review as recent guest of Promenade service apartment, it's highly recommended! The place was clean and tidy, easy to locate, conveniently close to the city, restaurant and variety of convenient shop. Not to mention their excellent customer service by the receptionist. There was a guy in dark coloured coat (i believe he was the superior) and a receptionist upon checking in, and upon checking out, the female customer service (who i believe are also a superior) attended us. They were very helpful, warm and friendly while delivering service. We are very thankful and satisfied with the service given by the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying there. Accomodation was clean, room size reasonable. However it lacks a refrigerator and when we first check in, was surprised no toiletries was supplied in spite of what was stated in the amenities list. Had to look for reception to collect body soup, toothbrushes but they have no hair shampoo. Location was good, next to Imago, Kk market, eateries, next to a 24 laundry mart and reception was very helpful. Would still recommend if looking for a clean, value for money room.

Already been here few times because really good location and easy access to shopping mall, just a few steps from hotel doors then its lift just right there. Staff are friendly and fast check in. Highly recommend.

Отличный, довольно чистый отель. Насекомых нет. До центра(порта) или на такси или пешком минут 20.На машине, вообще песня. рядом 24/7магазин.вид на залив и город. Рекомендую!

Really pleased to chose this hotel. We had a Standard Suite which was excellent value and spacious with separate living room area. Decor and carpet had seen better days but quite acceptable. The cafe food was excellent value....a Burger with chips,egg and chips was around 18MYR. We did go for breakfast at 9 but found the buffet looking unappetising and if it had not been refreshed since being out out first thing so we walked out and went to elite excellent August Cafe 9 mins drive away. Overall though a good stay and would use again.

在仙本那最讓我感動慶幸的是能住在威廉的鳥巢 我們一起經歷了很多難忘的時刻 我是和朋友一起來仙本那遊玩 第一晚我們的入住時間已經晚上11點多了 威廉會提前在樓下接我們幫我們搬行李🧳 每次進房間前空調都是打好在20度 還會很貼心問我們有沒有吃飯 可以免費提供泡麪讓我們吃 我們在威廉這裏住了好久 如果不是房間滿了 基本仙本那的行程都是在這裏 後續還幫我們預訂了潛水的行程 幫我們和其他人溝通解決問題 還幫我們和賣榴蓮的小黑砍價！（大家不要在仙本那跟流動拿箱子的小黑買榴蓮 很坑 😢）總之我和朋友評價説 真的是“仙本那鳥巢之家” 讓每一個來仙本那旅遊的人都感受到了家的安全温暖 民宿的地理位置也在離碼頭很近的位置 威廉每天早上還會送我們去碼頭 整體民宿也是他自己裝修設計的 性價比也非常高 我們對於能和威廉相遇都感到十分幸運和開心🥳🥳🥳 希望真正好的民宿能被大家看見認可 還有最後一晚準備的驚喜 再次非常感謝🙏🙏🙏威廉和阿姐 還有相遇的大家 有機會我們在仙本那相遇吧！！！

The owner David is very friendly and accommodating. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Love their Seaview room and the infinity seaview swimming pool 😍 It is within walking distance to Suria Sabah Shopping Mall and Jesselton Ferry Terminal, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Highly recommended and will come back again 😊😊

Die Wohnungen sind ziemlich gut. Dank der Gastgeberin, die sich bereit erklärt, frühzeitig inchecken!!! Klimaanlagen sind in jedem Zimmer und ziemlich gut genug. Das Bett ist komfortabel, sehr gute Kissen. Bitte leg das normale Messer in die Küche. Es ist unmöglich, Brot zu schneiden oder die Frucht zu schneiden. Und es gab auch einen schrecklichen Geruch von Abwasser aus dem Toilette am Morgen.

the place is good. The refund for deposit took too long to be refunded. It sayas 2-3 days but it almost 4 days but the deposit still no be refund. I dont know why need to be took so long to refund the deposit. as we pay the deposit is as soon as possible not delayed at all. When i contact the admin,it says need to wait the finance to make the refund,why need to take so long😒😒
