This hotel is better than it looks in many ways. The AC could be bigger, the power outlets could be more(total of 3 if you unplug the TV), an elevator would be nice, the bed could be fancier. But the bottom line is this place offers solid front desk service(though they don't pick up the phone when you call to ask for a taxi to pick you up), who are attentative to guest safety, and are straightforward with the cost (they didn't try to force us to pay extra fees). The whole hotel looks historical and classy and a bit old, but is very well taken care of: it is spotless clean, no bugs and no smells, which was a concern of ours. While a city square nearby had a noisy concert till past 2 am, the hotel itself is alcohol free, keeping the inside quiet and clean. The AC wasn't freezing, but it eventually cooled down the room to very comfortable levels. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and while there was soap and towels, there was no shampoo.

Eine wunderbare Riada in Medina Fesa! Die Gäste sind sehr sorgfältig, alles ist für den Komfort der Gäste gemacht. Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit, Farbung des Ostens in allen Zimmerdekorationen! Ausgezeichnet verbrachte zwei Tage, unglaublich leckere Heimküche, luxuriöse Aussicht auf die Terrasse! Die einzige Nuance ist vom Duscheraum getrennt, aber im Allgemeinen ist es spezifischer für die Riada selbst, wir haben nicht gestoppt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Danke den Gastgebern für eine so warme Empfang!

Потрясающий и красивый Риад! В нем хотелось рассматривать каждый уголок убранства, хозяева прекрасные люди. Расположение удобное, магазины, рестораны и кафе в шаговой доступности. Комната большая и уютная, кровать с подушками шикарные, в комнате светло, есть кондиционер, фен и все остальные принадлежности. Завтраки по-домашнему вкусные. Отдельное внимание заслуживает терраса с видом на Медину. Пребывание в нем комфортное, от души советую это место. Вернемся обязательно и сами!

The hotel is close to the bus station but a little far from the Medina. Room was clean. Night manager was helpful.

ホテルの方は英語を話せないので少し困りましたが、良い人たちでした。洗濯までしてくださいました。 悪い点はお部屋の匂いがカビ臭くて気になりました。
