Great budget stay for the solo traveler! The place was always thoroughly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It took some getting used to since it was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. For instance, no outside shoes in the capsule area: disposable slippers are provided once you arrive, so switch to those affter putting down your luggage. If you need an extra pair, you can grab one at the front desk. Also, your locker key has a QR code attached, so that you can scan to enter the capsule, locker, and shower areas. I kept forgetting to walk with it just going to the locker room, which you need the QR code to access! Thankfully, other guests would open the door for me since we shared the same space. One thing to note is the cleaning time between 11 AM and 3 PM: the capsules are unusable since they change the sheets, make the beds, etc., so it's best to be out in the city exploring or down in the lobby. Any bottles you leave in front of your capsule might be considered trash when they clean, so if you want to keep your drinks, keep them in the locker. If you have several personal items on your bed inside the capsule, depending on what it is, they may not enter to change the bedding, etc. so keep that in mind. They also provide sleepwear, disposable toothbrush and mini toothpaste, bath and hand/face towels in a small bag that they replace each day! There are proper places to return used sleepwear and towels (large laundry bags are clearly marked), same with trash disposal. There is a shower area with separate stalls. Many people tend to shower at night, so if you don't want to wait, it's best to shower before the cleaning time in the morning, or before 10 PM. Some girls would shower (and sometimes wash their hair), so it's common for many people to be in the showers late at night, even after midnight! Thankfully, there are small couches in this area, so no need to stand and wait. Also, the lockers are a bit tiny and narrow (see pic with disposable slippers), but I assume they are the standard for capsule hotels. They are the main storage for small items; luggage (like suitcases) is stored in an adjacent room. All in all, I would stay there again! Very close to Yokohama station, there are several restaurants, a few Family Marts and a Lawson's are within walking distance, as well as a mall called VIVRE with about 8 floors to browse.

房間很標準，床是乾淨的。 房間很老但是設施齊全，我的房間床正對着兩個電線門，有些嚇人但是可以接受 期間我的房間沒有吹風機，和前台服務人員説了之後及時給我找了 店門口裝修很有風格

〈良い所〉 ・石川町駅まで徒歩数分（中華街、みなとみらい、横浜市街などへのアクセス抜群！） ・値段が安い（2人ずつ2部屋の2泊で1.5万円） 〈悪い点〉 ・部屋が臭い（服に臭いが染み込む） ・うるさい（共有エリアの窓が開放されており、廊下を伝って、高速道路からの走行音響く、救急車のサイレンも響く、でも隣の部屋の音は聞こえない） ・アメニティ無し ・エレベーターが無い（客室が4階や5階だけどエレベーター無し） 〈対処方〉 ・臭い:ビニール袋を持参する、着替えや持ち物はビニール袋などに入れ、部屋の空気に晒さない ・騒音:耳栓忘れずに ・アメニティ:歯ブラシ、コップ、ティッシュ、綿棒、お風呂用品、スキンケアなど持参する 〈その他〉 ・各階に共有で、シャワー、ドライヤー、IHコンロ、ウォーターサーバーらが1つある、鍋など複数あり、調味料も置いてある（利用してないので、清潔度は不明） ・部屋にエアコン、冷蔵庫、テレビ、棚、ハンガーあり ・受付にてボードゲームの借用可能 ・値段は超絶優秀なので、とにかく安くという方には非常にお勧めです ・自分の中では最底辺の宿でしたが、一度経験してみるのもいいかなと思います ・周りに駐車場や銭湯あります ・寿町という土地柄か？駅や駐車場や銭湯への道中は、周囲に気を張って歩きました（子供連れだったこともありますが） ・宿泊費で浮いた分、食事や土産が豪華にでき、結果的には満足ですが、次また利用することは無いかな

Ein charmantes Ryokan in den Hügeln über dem Ashi-See. Mein Mann und ich wohnten in einer Wohnung im Apartment-Stil mit Tatami-Zimmern und Futons. Wir genossen das Onsen (drinnen und draußen). Das Frühstück (gegen Aufpreis) war ein traditionelles und köstliches japanisches Morgenessen. Unsere Wohnung hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und den Fuji. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, was wunderbar war, aber Sie sollten essen, bevor Sie sich niederlassen und Snacks und Tee oder Kaffee für den Morgen einpacken. Die Leute waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie können eine Abholung am Kojiri-Terminal vereinbaren. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Wonderful facilities, kitchen was well equipped for cooking, bathrooms are fast with hot water, rooms are comfortable..And the common space? poetry Staff are super friendly and helpful Near a bus station and train station, easy to get there! a lot of previous memories were made, wished i stayed longer..!

Flexstay Inn Kawasaki is located just under 1 km from Kawasaki Train Station. On the day that I arrived, I ended up being late due to travel from the previous location. I contacted Flexstay prior to make this arrangement and they were very accommodating allowing me to check-in at 11pm. The Hotel is very close to convenience stores or if you want to choose from a range of restaurants, they are all within walking distance, as are a range of different shops for those wanting a shopping experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was standard size with a TV, microwave, mini fridge and WiFi. I would have liked to have had access to an electric kettle, rather than one that sat on a cooktop. The bathroom was a toilet / bath / shower combined and body wash / shampoo and conditioner were all provided. I appreciated that staff allowed me to have a parcel sent to the Hotel that they held onto and provided me with a note, letting me know that it could be collected at the check-in desk. There was an issue with the hand basin not allowing the water to drain correctly, but as soon as I notified staff, it was rectified straight away. As the Hotel is close to a busy intersection, just be aware that there is noise from traffic throughout the day and night.

Amazing stay at iza, warm and friendly staff... more than excellent location, with just a small walk from the station and a quick throw from the ocean and the famous enoshima island! the location is really, really crazy good... lawson and 7-11 are so nearby, and there are lots of good local foods... highly recommend you try: 1. hilo ice cream - by a couple who had lived in hawaii for 10 years, they started an ice cream shop and it is crazy delicious 2. sobanii - a local soba shop w delicious soba!! 3. surfing! there are lots of surf shops towards kugenuma and for 3,000 yen, you can rent a suit and a board... there are classes for beginners too! it is also a train journey to kamakura where you can ride the cute enoden train... you can buy your meal and eat it at the cafe, or grab drinks and drink it in the evening with other hostel stayers... the cafe ice cream and coffee is delicious! Love this place, highly recommend

Sehr sauberes Hotel. meine Schwester und ich blieben im 2-Zimmer-Zimmer, während mein Cousin im Schlafzimmer blieb. Das Schlafzimmer war sauber und es wurde täglich gereinigt, so dass wir froh waren, nach einem langen Tag der Sehenswürdigkeit wieder in ein sauberes Zimmer zu kommen. mein Cousin erwähnte. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut.

☀️ Als ich ankam, dachte ich zuerst, ich wäre im falschen Hotel – so etwas Schönes hatte ich noch nie gebucht! 🪲Vorteile - Gemütliche 4-Personen-Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, großen Ablagen, Schließfächern und einem Kühlschrank - Saubere Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen - Handtücher, Zahnpasta, Yukata, Shampoo und Duschgel waren vorhanden - Der Gemeinschaftsraum war sehr gemütlich und schön, mit Tee und Wasser, die immer bereitstanden, und einem tollen Blick in den Garten - Sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück waren sehr gut, und der Preis war recht günstig (ca. 1200 ¥ oder etwas mehr, je nach Auswahl) - Privates Onsen, das man abends für ca. 50 Minuten buchen und morgens nutzen kann, sofern es frei ist (ca. 150 ¥ pro Nutzung) - Morgens fährt regelmäßig ein Shuttlebus. Es werden Fahrten zum Bahnhof Gora oder zum Freilichtmuseum Hakone angeboten! 🩸 Nachteile - weit vom Stadtzentrum/Bahnhof entfernt 🌱 Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich hatte tolle Mitbewohner, die zu Reisebegleitern wurden, und war absolut begeistert vom Gasthaus, dem Onsen, dem Essen und dem freundlichen Personal! Definitiv empfehlenswert, falls ihr mal in Hakone übernachten wollt – ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!
