We have a 1 night stay at Midgard Camp during our 9 days road trip in Iceland. It is our 2nd stop hotel of our trip. Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us. The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!

Everything you need. Clean comfortable beds, clean rooms, new bathrooms, snacks and drinks, well maintained property. Extremely high value, most especially compared to surrounding lodgings. Recommend

Die saubere Küche verfügt über zwei Sachen Griff-Deckel-Ausstattung und ist sehr nützlich. Der Nachteil ist, dass es kein Toilettenpapier gibt und nicht gefüllt ist, dass die Küchenschranke nicht leer sind und dass ein Badsperre schlecht ist.

Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht geschlafen, bevor wir nach Skaftafell aufgebrochen sind. Sie halfen uns mit einem Frühstückspaket, da wir vor der Frühstückszeit auscheckten (das hatten wir bei der Buchung angefragt und sie haben es berücksichtigt). Wir haben auch spät eingecheckt, was wir bei der Buchung ebenfalls angefragt hatten.

Check-in und Unterkunft ist nicht die gleiche Lage und ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und der Waze ist nicht wirklich genau, um an die Rezeption ankommen wir stoppen und fragten einen Dorfbewohner. Gleichzeitig Rezeption auch ein Restaurant. Der Parkplatz ist sehr mutig in der Nacht, eigentlich scheint das ganze Gebäude auch dunkel, weil wir in dunkel angekommen sind, weil wir für die Kontrolle an Ort. Andere als, dass alles gut im Zimmer und auch in der gemeinsamen Küche ist

Liebte dieses Hostel. Die Küche war sehr sauber. Es gab eine separate Fläche für Toaster, Sandwichmaker und eine fantastische Kaffeemaschine. Es gab komplimentäre warme Schokolade und Cookies. Der Kühlschrank war riesig. Es war ein Liebherr. Das Außenbereich hatte sogar eine BBQ-Maschine. Die Badezimmer enthalten sowohl Dusche und WC, so dass es eine Wartezeit am Morgen sein kann. Es gibt ein Handtuch warmer im Badezimmer. Die bunke Betten können mit mehr Privatsphäre.

服務沒給滿分是因為自助入住的，沒有任何現場服務，電話和郵件聯繫還是很順暢的。。 沒想到酒店就在XHS網紅龍蝦店對面，非常乾淨，脱鞋進屋，很安靜，雖然滿員但客人們聲音都很小，共享衞生間沒想到這麼乾淨，看來住客素質都很高，我們也很自己的清理了早餐用過的廚房，這種感覺很好。

Overall, it was a good location because you could walk to the falls as well as do a day trip to Vik. I think you could skip the museum that's nearby, but overall this is a great location to start your trip if you're coming straight from Reykjavik.
