Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

It’s an airport hotel run by a family. They were helpful when we had our problem with our Alipay and needed to pay the driver by cash instead. It’s a basic hotel with a can do attitude

Das Hotel akzeptiert Ausländer. Große Lage, eine Spazierweiterung vom Dalian Station, im Wesentlichen auf dem Zhongshan Square. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine (aber nicht verwendet). Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich. Vielleicht war das einzige Problem, dass die Zimmerkarte nicht funktionierte, also musste ich ein Passwort bekommen, das auch täglich um Mitternacht auslief, und musste mich an die Rezeption wenden, um eine neue zu bekommen. Aber das ist nicht so, wie es sein sollte, also würde ich mich nicht zu sehr um sie kümmern. Insgesamt, eine tolle Option.

Große Lage, einige Kommunikationshindernisse Die Lage ist sehr gut, in leichter Spazierweiterung nach Zhongjie (Mitterstraße), was ein großer Plus ist. Das Zimmer war in guter Ordnung, und die Reinigungsfrau verdient besondere Erwähnungsie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, und tat ihr Job perfekt. Der Eincheckprozess war jedoch etwas verwirrend. Die Kommunikation wurde im Voraus über WeChat organisiert, aber die Antworten waren nicht sehr responsiv. Dieser Prozess scheint den lokalen Menschen besser angemessen zu sein, die einfach direkten Anrufen machen können, um Dinge zu sortieren, und es kann nicht die freundlichste Erfahrung aus dem Ausland sein. Insgesamt ist ein guter Aufenthalt dank der hervorragenden Lage und hervorragenden Reinigungsdienst, aber bereit für einige Kommunikationsprobleme bei der Ankunft.

Easy check-in and check-out. The room was small and not a doble one, but it was clean and has enough amenities. It's central located, has easy access to public transportation with good options for food in neighbourhood.

A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!
