Ich wollte meine Erfahrung als einzelne Vorfälle aufzeigen und sie verschwinden lassen. Das war bis letzte Nacht um Mitternacht ein Telefongespräch! Ein Rep. von Trip ruft mich um meinen Eintrag zu meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich habe ihr vermittelt, dass ich vor ein paar Monaten nach einem Freund angerufen hatte und ich ein Zimmer vermietete. Wir vermieten ein Zimmer um 5 Uhr oder so. Ich hatte gesagt, dass die Kraft in unserem Zimmer - das Fernsehen, Lampen, Mikrowelle, Frig. , nicht funktioniert. Wir setzten eine Beschwerde in das Frontdesk um 6 Uhr. Die Frage wurde erst später, um 10 Uhr ungefähr gelöst. Etwa eine Stunde nach dem Bett ist also 95% der Fernsehsuche, Mikrowellen usw. wurden ausgeschaltet. Als ich vor ein paar Monaten den Anruf in Trip,.com gelegt habe, erhielt ich keine Nachfolge, bis letzte Nacht. Gestern Abend wollte der Anrufer Rückmeldungen über mein Zimmer. Ich ging alles über, was passiert war. Sie wollte auch Einträge über, wie sie verbessert werden könnten. Ich sagte, es ist sehr einfach, nur auf die grundlegende Kundenetikett und Zufriedenheit konzentriert. In keinem Fall wurde über meinen Verlust der Genuss von hier gesagt Hotel-Stand ausgedrückt. Kundenservice/Zufriedenheit wird nicht vorhanden .

NICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Wir haben hier schon vor geblieben und wir lieben dieses Hotel wirklich! Es ist in einem schönen modernen Design, immer sauber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal dekoriert. Es ist sehr nah an Restaurants, Gemüsegeschäften, etc. Erlanger hat über alles, was Sie von einer kleineren Stadt ohne den verrückten Verkehr wollen. Aber Sie sind nahe genug Newport, Covington, Cincinnati, dass es ein ziemlich schnelles Fahren überall im U-Bahn-Bereich. Frühstück hat viele heiße Gegenstände zu wählen. Sehr schönes Hotel und wir werden wahrscheinlich in Zukunft wieder dort bleiben.

Nice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected. Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags. It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.

Das schnelle Hotel im chinesischen Standard ist nicht einfach zu fassen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wirklich eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Der Ohio-Fluss unterscheidet Kentucky von Ohio. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Tat im New Port in Kentucky und ist vom Cincinnati entfernt. Eine braune Eisenbrücke mit zwei Stockwerken ist sehr schön, die Sonne ist untergegangen und die Landschaft ist sehr gut. Das Meeresfrüchterestaurant gegenüber dem Hotel bietet Gutscheine. Wenn Sie die Hotel-Zimmerkarte zeigen, ist das Rivieren-Essen sehr gut.

Dieses Hotel hat mir schon immer gefallen. Die Schwester, die das Frühstück servierte, war freundlich und einladend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab warme Speisen, Obst und Waffeln. Es gibt Walgreens Supermarkt daneben, Kogrer Supermarkt im Hintergrund, Happy Panda Chinese Food gegenüber und ein Nagelgeschäft, das sich am Ausgang 7 befindet, ist mein Lieblingsort. Gratis Parkplätze

Sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr guter Service. Ich hatte anscheinend das falsche Zimmer gebucht, aber der Angestellte an der Rezeption, Josh, wusste, was ich suchte (weil wir vor der Online-Buchung angerufen hatten) und er hinterließ eine Notiz, damit sie dieses Zimmer für uns freihalten konnten, als wir ankamen. schätzte den zusätzlichen Schritt. ️

We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington.
