Die Lage ist neben der Ausfahrt Nr. 40, sehr nahe der alten Stadt, viele Geschenkgeschäfte und Restaurants in der Stadt, das Hotel ist sauber, die Ausstattung ist nicht provokierend, es gibt Mikrowellenschrauben, die Videokanalen sind bequem zu betreiben.

Das Wohngegend war großartig! Aber es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass die Badegewässer zu niedrig sind, weil es die Beziehung zwischen der Lieferung des gesamten Hotels ist, die Wassertemperatur nicht anzupassen, andere Wohngegend sind großartig!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, ich sagte früh, dass es Frühstück gibt. Aber Chinesen sind vielleicht nicht daran gewöhnt. Als ich zum ersten Mal in die USA kam, konnte ich dieses kalte Zeug nicht essen. Sie können ausgehen und etwas kaufen oder selbst kochen und essen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der malerischen Gegend und die Umgebung ist ausgezeichnet. Gehen Sie zunächst zum Einchecken in die Lobby. Dort erhalten Sie eine Karte. Sie können Ihr Auto neben dem kleinen Gebäude parken, in dem Sie wohnen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist komplett, das Warmwasser ist sehr gut, aber die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Glücklicherweise ist das Zimmer gut isoliert, also schalten Sie die Klimaanlage aus, bevor Sie zu Bett gehen. Die kleinen Gebäude sind alle zweistöckig und verfügen über keinen Aufzug. Wenn Sie Ihren Koffer nicht tragen können, denken Sie daran, ein Zimmer im ersten Stock anzufordern. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Lobbygebäude ein Restaurant, das bis 21 Uhr geöffnet ist und dessen Preise durchaus erschwinglich sind.

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Sehr neues Hotel, das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Bad ist auch sehr groß, das Zimmer ist groß, die Beleuchtung ist sehr gemütlich, die Lage ist in der Innenstadt, der Parkplatz ist für ca. 20 Messer über Nacht nicht frei, das Frühstück ist Starbucks & Bistro-Kooperation, Kein richtiges Abendessen, ein leichtes Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff? I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout. The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them. It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed. Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

Das schönste war Frühstück. Wir verglichen mit anderen Hotels, die wir vorher geblieben haben. Sie hatten nur Getreide. In diesem Hotel gab es kochte Eier, Muffins, Waffeln, Joghurt, Oatmeal, Cream Cheese, Getreide ... Die Lage war wirklich weit vom Flughafen, weil wir kein Auto haben. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist es ok. Das letzte ist Reinigung. Ich bin enttäuscht wegen dieser Ansicht. Blätter und Kissen waren wirklich schmutzig.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!
