Расположение - шикарное, в шаге от старого города, множество торговых центром рядом. Хорошая комната с окнами в пол. Видно, что отель не супер новый, но все чистое. Хорошая косметика в ванной. Завтрак вполне обычный. За эту цену меня все устроило. Из минусов - трамвайные пути под окном. Даже при закрытом окне стоит грохот. Меня спасли беруши ) И одно из полотенец было уже хорошо потрепано жизнью, с протертыми до дыр местами. Я не знаю, зачем его положили 🤷

Die Lage ist gut für mich, das Haus ist sehr sauber, es gibt Mikrowellenschnee, gut für eine große, das nächste Mal wird die Wohnung 🤭🤭🤭 vermieten

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, die Zimmer sind sehr retro, die Möbel sind sehr retro, die Beleuchtung ist auch ziemlich schwach und es ist etwas weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es wird empfohlen, die Straßenbahn zu nehmen, um in die Altstadt hinein und hinaus zu gelangen, da das Gehen sonst ziemlich anstrengend wird. Der Raum hat keine Klimaanlage und ist im Sommer ziemlich stickig. Ich ging am Nachmittag aus und als ich zurückkam, stellte ich fest, dass die Tür nicht geschlossen war. Ich habe die Rezeption gebeten, die Überwachungskamera zu überprüfen, aber sie konnten es nicht sehen. Sie dachten, das Reinigungspersonal hätte es nicht richtig geschlossen. Glücklicherweise ging nichts verloren, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ein Sicherheitsrisiko bestand. Am nächsten Tag kam ich spät zurück, weil ich unterwegs war, also teilte ich dem Hotel im Voraus mit, dass ich eine Stunde später auschecken würde, und sie stimmten zu. Dafür war ich sehr dankbar.

Wielokrotnie korzystałam z tego hotelu i zawsze jestem zadowolona. Tym razem jednak czystość w pokoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Brudną wykładzina, ściana przy łòżku z zaciekami, łazienka też już wymaga doczyszczenia zwłaszcza kabina prysznicowa. Mam nadzieję, że to tylko jednorazowa wpadka bo bardzo lubię zatrzymywać się w tym hotelu w czasie podróży

Супер расположение прямо за Ратушей. Самый центр города. Отличный номер, чисто, стильно. Рестораны, кафе, магазины в шаговой доступности!

Das Zimmer ist groß und groß.

Hotel don't have good service about rooms cleaning, I was stay in no cleaner room 2 days. Also not good service about water in the room, they give me 2 small bottles on first day only and infor me as for next 4 days I need to buy water by my self. Newer got it in the normal hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Altus Hotel Poznań. The hotel is in a good location, very close to a tram stop, opposite and behind the hotel, making it extremely convenient to reach Old Town and explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations on where to eat and even guiding us on how to use the tram. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The **room was clean and comfortable**, providing a great space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Altus Hotel Poznań for its excellent service, cleanliness, and perfect location for exploring the city.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe. Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options. I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.
