3-Sterne-Hotels in Perak, Malaysia

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr beruhigend, aber die Zimmer sind zu klein, und obwohl die Toilette geräumig ist, ist die Dusche sehr einfach ausgestattet. Trotz dieser Mängel hofft meine Familie, beim nächsten Mal wiederzukommen; vielleicht bietet ein anderes Zimmer ein anderes Erlebnis.

Ein großes Eckehaus mit 9 Zimmern. Räumliches Wohnzimmer mit TV-Kanälen. Essbereich mit Tischwaren. Kein Backofen, kein Kochgerät. Ein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserdispenser mit heißem, warmem und kaltem Wasser. Unter den Treppen hat auch ein gemeinsames WC. Rein und schön. Letzte Minute 5pm am Ort reserviert diese Einheit. Instant Bestätigung und einfache Selbstkontrolle in der Instant. Schnell antworten von der Verantwortlichen. Ich reservierte Familienzimmer für 5pax im ersten Stock. 2 Schlafzimmer mit gemeinsamem Toilette. Zimmer8 geräumig 1king 1single. Room9 1Queen. Sehr komfortable dicke Betten. Fernseher im Zimmer kann nicht verwendet werden. Alte Mutter muss nach unten gehen, um TV im Wohnzimmer zu beobachten. Es ist sehr komfortabel und komfortabel im Leben zu sitzen. Grüße viele Gäste kommen in und aus haha. Sehr erschwinglich Preis. In der Nähe Restaurants und Attraktionen. Großer Aufenthalt! Danke!

Ich hatte eine enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Shuttlebus. Das Personal sagte, wir müssten 20 Minuten auf den Bus warten. Wir warteten also 45 Minuten, kamen aber trotzdem nicht an und erhielten keine Rückmeldung vom Personal. Schließlich mussten wir selbst einen Grab-Bus nehmen, um unser Auto zu holen. Als wir am Parkplatz ankamen, etwa 300 Meter bzw. 3 Minuten vom Haupthotel entfernt, war das Gebäude verschlossen. Das war wirklich merkwürdig und ärgerlich, weil uns das Personal (Rezeptionist) sagte, der Bus tanke nur in der Nähe. Also mussten wir noch etwa 30 Minuten warten, bis jemand oder ein Mitarbeiter die Schranke öffnete, um unser Auto herauszufahren. Wir riefen die Hauptnummer (05-2082888) an, um Hilfe zu bekommen, aber anscheinend legte das Personal einfach auf, als wir versuchten zu erklären, was passiert war. Schließlich schafften wir es, die Schranke durch den engen Raum zu passieren und kamen unverletzt heraus. Was für eine schlechte Erfahrung! Vielen Dank an Cititel Express Ipoh für den großartigen Kundenservice. Da ich weder ein VIP noch ein VVIP bin, erwarte ich keine angemessene Lösung und Kommunikation. Außerdem glaube ich nicht, dass das Hotel dieses Feedback ernst nimmt und seinen Service verbessert, da sie mich trotz der versprochenen Kontaktaufnahme bisher nicht kontaktiert haben.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Für den bezahlten Preis können wir uns nicht beschweren, da die Hotelzimmer im Allgemeinen ordentlich sind, das Frühstück inklusive ist und das Hotel gut gelegen ist, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Concubine Lane entfernt. Obwohl das Zimmer in Ordnung ist, könnte das Management die Hygiene (insbesondere im Badezimmer und bei der Bettwäsche) und die Instandhaltung verbessern. In einem unserer Zimmer gab es ein Leck, wir bekamen aber schnell ein anderes. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Etwas seltsam fand ich allerdings, dass wir die Fernbedienungen für Klimaanlage und Fernseher beim Einchecken erhielten und sie beim Auschecken wieder zurückgeben mussten. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.

The hotel offers simple and clean accommodations, and although it is an older establishment, it is well-maintained. A cash deposit of RM50 is required, which may be inconvenient for guests who do not typically carry much cash. The presence of numerous dogs along the pavement outside can be intimidating. My room faced the road, resulting in some traffic noise. Aeon is conveniently located across the road, accessible by car, and several restaurants are situated on the same row as the hotel.

Ich habe viele Hotels in Ipoh recherchiert. Die meisten Hotels liegen verstreut im Stadtzentrum von Ipoh. Wenn Sie mit dem Bus aus Kuala Lumpur anreisen, ist der Busbahnhof Amanjaya 9 km entfernt. Mit dem Linienbus erreichen Sie in 20 Minuten den Terminal Kidd, von wo aus Sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß das M Boutique erreichen. Diese Option würde ich nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie viel Gepäck haben, da der Weg über die Hauptstraße führt, auf der viele Autos und Lkw vorbeirasen. Die Lage ist von Industriegebieten und Autohäusern umgeben, aber sobald Sie ankommen, werden Sie positiv überrascht sein! Das Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre – es ist ein Boutique-Hotel! Es befindet sich seit 13 Jahren an diesem Standort. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit! Mein Zimmer (Einzelzimmer ohne Fenster) war sauber und komfortabel und bot nach einem langen Tag im Bus alles, was ich brauchte. Und das Hotel roch angenehm. Wie ein Luxushotel. Es war eine schöne Überraschung, wenn Sie als Alleinreisender Komfort zu einem günstigen Preis suchen. Ich wollte eine Nacht dranhängen, aber Trip hatte nur Doppel- und Zweibettzimmer im Angebot – für mich als Alleinreisende/r außerhalb meines Budgets. Ich fragte an der Rezeption nach, ob ein Einzelzimmer verfügbar sei. Sie prüften das, und ich bezahlte die zweite Nacht direkt im Hotel. Pech gehabt, Trip! Die Hotelausstattung war super. Warme Dusche, WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionierten. Die Altstadt ist in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Als ich gegen 16 Uhr ankam, hatten viele Geschäfte und Restaurants bereits geschlossen und es war sehr ruhig. Der Rückweg zum Hotel im Dunkeln war etwas beunruhigend, aber man kann sich einfach ein Auto über Grab bestellen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.
