The room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

Repeated stay, overall comfortable stay. One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through. Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior. Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report. Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination. Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard.

Das Hotel ist neu und super sauber, aber das Toilette riecht etwas zu funky Ursache der Abwasserleitung, ich denke, 1 Reihe w Ayam Gepuk Top Global so Ihr Mittagessen oder Abendessen, ist fest! In der Nähe Stalle und ziemlich nahe zu wenig Geschäfte und Supermarkt. Das Hotelpersonal war super Unterkunft, Dank Sie so viel ❤️

A simple hotel with medium range price. Family unit comprises of 2 connecting rooms with 2 single bed unit and one more is queen bed. Breakfast buffet is ok with the basic food like nasi lemak, bread, cereal, fruit and cake are provided. They only provide 2 super soft pillows in each room, not comfortable at all. No soap bar or liquid handwash soap. Only provided with 1 shower & shampoo gel in each room. Please seriously consider providing soap bar so that it is easier to wash hand. This hotel is also very strict with check out time, not even an hour free extension. Every hour extension is chargeable at RM32.40 Feels like this is more of a low cost low budget hotel. With the rate charged, perhaps can pay a bit more to book at other better equipped hotels. For me, soap and decent pillows are necessities even for all basic hotels.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Waterfront Boutique Hotel. Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte und 2 Tage. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Selbstkontrolle und die Check-out-Kiosk war einfach mit der Hilfe des Frontdesk zu navigieren. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Das WC war sauber und gut gepflegt. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Essplätze, um für alle Altersgruppen zu hängen. Das Hotel ist Geld wert für jedes Alter.

Got to change the towel, get a new one. It carry out a msia name but the local staff not keen to show guest are welcome. Maybe lack of the hotelier spirit get them to go team build or something to get that happy working spirit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions. However, it is quite noisy at night, maybe due to weekend and Public holiday. But we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short stay, offering great value for money. Would recommend it for budget travelers.

Wir haben zu spät geprüft. Sehr müde und am 1. Platz habe ich falsch Datum reserviert. Sollte für diese Nacht reserviert werden, aber ich habe ein paar Tage später reserviert! Die Damen (Rezeptionist) erwähnte ich kann das oder annullieren und versuchen, neue Buchung für diese Nacht.. Glücklicherweise mit einigen Beweisen habe ich mein Geld zurück! Wir sind sehr glücklich mit ihren Dienstleistungen. Ich habe Probleme mit dem Knie, Treppen zu steigen. & Der Rezeptor erlaubt uns, ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zu benutzen! Liebe die Einfachheit dieses Ortes.. Liebe die Kreativität & Gentlemen Damen Rezeptionist.. Liebe für den Preis! Wenn Sie einen strengen Budget für Unterkünfte & kurze Vakation haben, empfehle ich dieses Clove Hotel für Sie! Einfach aber gemütlich..

Sehr anständiges Hotel, wenn Sie nur eine Nacht zu bauen. Empfänger sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Lage, da es in der Nähe des Malls, Krankenhauses, und Essens. Datumsmöbel, aber vernünftig sauber.
