Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt im Exekutivzimmer im Verona Palace. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt, und das Personal war hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist bequem, obwohl es ein wenig in einem kleinen Alley gedrückt ist. Einige Einrichtungen waren ganz grundlegende, Slips waren nur auf Anfrage verfügbar, es gab Schampoanel, aber keine Klimaanlage, und kein Gewebe im WC, aber es nahmen nicht von der Gesamterfahrung weg. Was ich am meisten liebte, war, wie geräumig das Zimmer war, zusammen mit der Aussicht über das Futsalfeld und den Bandung Himmel. Insgesamt genossen ich wirklich meinen Aufenthalt und würde sicher wieder kommen, wenn ich in Bandung bin :)

Die Lage war gut in der Hauptstraße, in der Nähe von Mie Gacoan. Wenn Sie nachts hungrig sind, haben sie rund um die Uhr geöffnet, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes und freundliches Personal, die anderen Dinge waren gut, außer dass die Spülung in Zimmer 7017 nicht richtig funktionierte. Es wird eine lange Bewertung für dieses Hotel sein. Lage: Es ist nicht im Stadtzentrum, der Weg hierher zu kommen es könnte zu bestimmten Zeiten Verkehrsknopfen mit einigen groben Pflastern haben. Aber wenn Sie einen ruhigen, ruhigen Ort mit schönen Seenausblicken und einem Dorfvibe suchen, ist dieses Hotel die perfekte Flucht. Zimmer: Da dieses Hotel neu errichtet ist, ist das Zimmer ziemlich sauber und sauber. Die Möbel in einigen Teilen haben bereits einen Zahn, und der Glasbecher ist nicht sauber genug. Ich habe die Chance, dort zu essen, und ich mag die gefrierte Banana. Preis, Preis, & Zahlung: Sie benötigen eine Einzahlung von 100,000 IDR bei der Eincheckung. Die Hotelpreise sind sehr erschwinglich und gerecht für den Service und die Einrichtungen, die bereitgestellt werden. Die Lebensmittelpreise im Restaurant sind auch vernünftig, obwohl einige Artikel etwas überpreist sind. Leider, als ich mich anmeldete, waren die EDC-Maschinen und das QRIS-Zahlungssystem nicht funktioniert, so dass sie nur Bargeld oder QRIS/Banktransfers an ein Personalmitglieds persönliches Konto akzeptierten. Umwelt & Vibes: Das Hotel ist ruhig und ruhig. Bei Gebetszeiten kann der Ruf zum Gebet (suara adzan) von einer nahe gelegenen Moschee gehört werden, es ist aber nicht störend. For the first time staycation disini. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam. Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan. Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience. Thank you.

Malaysian here. Tak pasti kalau aku 1st Malaysian yang checked in kat sini. Tapi biar lah aku share pengalaman aku kat sini. View is stunning and highly recommended for first timer. Kenapa ? Sebab nak masuk Bobocabin ni, kau kena bayar kawah putih fee + private car (supir) aka extra charges WALAUPUN KAU TAK MASUK KAWAH PUTIH. I’m well aware as I read some Indonesian reviews before come here plus ni pertama kali aku ke Indonesia, so okay la dah alang2 nak masuk kawah putih sekali. Fee IDR 90k per pax untuk kawah putih & IDR 179k untuk private car (supir). Sekali bayar je. Bobocabin ni MEMANG LAWA GILA. Suhu boleh capai 13degree pada waktu malam. Bawa makanan sesiap Dari Bandung sebab kat sini takda kedai. Sila gerak Dari Bandung selewatnya 1pm sebab kadang jalan jem time weekend & dari entrance kawah putih ke Bobocabin ni dalam 7km by car. Kalau korang sampai selepas jam 5, jalan terlalu gelap & takda proper signage ke Bobocabin ni. We were lucky since we arrived at Kawah Putih around 6pm and got 1 pakcik follow & show the way to the Bobocabin, selain bantu temankan supir aku yang penakut tu. Hahaha. Bless u Pakcik! Perjalanan dihidangkan dengan ladang teh yang berbukit bukau. Takda lampu jalan, off-road dan kami diberitahu yang BoboCabin ni berada di atas Gunung Mayit (?). Dari atas Bobocabin ni boleh nampak lampu2 dari Bandung, Situ Patenggang, bukit2 dan gunung2. Pihak cabin ada sediakan water heater, hair dryer, microwave TAPI TAKDA SETERIKA ! 🤣 They sell food but less option. Mostly sold out. Better bawa sesiap k! Was für ein großtttt Hotel mit guter Preis!! Alles ist es wert

Valley Resort sudah sangat sering saya lihat di aplikasi tapi baru sempat sekarang bisa staycation disini, menyesal kenapa tidak dari kemarin kemarin…luar biasa Valley Resort

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

We had a good family staycation overall. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant looked beautiful at night with the lights. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was enjoyable. The pool was quite small, but still usable for a short stay. When we visited, the Nordic Land area was still under construction, but the layout already looked promising and beautiful. We had an issue with the bed size, as it was different from what was advertised on the booking app, but this was handled well and resolved by the duty manager. The only downside was during check-in. The staff member who assisted us had an unpleasant attitude and did not feel sincere, although she seemed to be forcing herself to be polite. In contrast, the staff member who assisted us during check-out was pleasant and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel may want to remind staff to be more genuine and professional, especially during check-in, as first impressions matter.
