Peaceful Stay with a Beautiful View I had a great stay here. The hotel offers a stunning view and the weather was just perfect during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities in good condition. Access to the hotel is generally easy, though the last 1.5 km of the road is a bit rough. It took about 15 minutes to drive through, but it’s manageable and safe even for a sedan car. One small downside was the window insect net – one side was faulty and the other didn’t have a net at all, so I couldn’t open both windows for cross ventilation without letting insects in. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, a peaceful retreat that’s worth visiting if you’re okay with a slightly bumpy ride at the end.

Kamar terasa kecil untuk ukuran 26m2. Fasilitas telpon sedang mati, info kontak sementara hanya dipajang di lift, tanpa diberikan saat Tamu check in. Switch kran air tidak berfungsi. Kopi dan teh hanya diberikan masing-masing satu pcs. Sarapan sangat tidak proper, disarankan tidak ambil paket kamar bersama sarapan, lebih baik sarapan di luar. Susu cair yang disediakan merupakan kental manis yang dilarutkan dengan air. Tamu yang datang belakangan hanya dapat sisa. Wastafel di lokasi restoran tidak proper, rest room di restoran rusak dua-duanya.

I went here on June 1st The hotel is quite difficult to find as it has two gates, one behind the gas station the other from a narrow road. The hotel is spacious but the toilet was so dirty 😵💫😵💫

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Hotel mit perfekter Service. Punkte mehr - Hotel ist einfach zu finden - Lage im Stadtzentrum - in der Nähe von Gazibu Sporteinrichtungen, die gerne mit dem besten Blick joggen. - sauber und sehr komfortabel zu bleiben. - Raumvolle und saubere Lobbyfläche, - Spielplatz für Kinder. - Attraktives Zimmerdesign, nicht langweilig. - verschiedene Informationen sind auf dem TV & Das TV kann sich, wenn Sie es brauchen, speichern. - Mineralwasser ist in großen Teilen geliefert, Sie können es auch bei der Versorgung außerhalb des Zimmers füllen. - Der Empfangsmann ist auch gut, sehr freundlich, upgraded mein Zimmer. - Der Sicherheitsbeamte ist auch freundlich - Ich genieße wirklich die Aussicht auf Bandung Stadt mit regnerischem Wetter, so ich fühle mich zu Hause in Bandung haha Nur ein wenig teuer. Danke Ibis Style, nächstes Mal komme ich wieder.

Das Personal ist erstaunlich freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Hier ist mein 3. Besuch im Fave Hotel und ich liebe Komfort und Professionalität. Ich würde das Hotel empfehlen!!!

It's the budget hotel of ascott so you can expect good standard in term of cleanliness and services. I got trouble when I check in as the electricity in the room was not working but the staff fix it quickly. Happy with the services.

Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!!
