Room was clean, spacious and great scenic view of Tangkuban Perahu. Bed was comfortable with many tv channels. However, towel looks old and cigarette smell was strong. Hair Dryer available upon request.
Breakfast has huge variety and get to taste traditional local food, with some western breakfast. However, the eggs corner lacks warmer and the food are very cold, wondering how long it was left there.
Location was great with shopping mall and surrounding places to explore. Convenient to book grab and explore Bandung. Will stay again when I travel to Bandung.

Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

Während der Wert für Geld für ein 2-star Hotel anständig ist, nehmen 4 Sterne die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtungen ein bisschen kurz. Mit einem Rating von 3 Sterne jedes kann die Sauberkeit verbessert werden, und die Einrichtungen, obwohl einfach, fehlen etwas, vor allem mit WiFi nur im Lobby. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind nicht zu groß, aber sauber. Komfortables Badezimmer. Schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön. Für Kinder gibt es einen Swimmingpool. Viele Restaurants und ein Zentrum für typische Bandung-Souvenirs. Die Zimmerpreise sind recht erschwinglich. Die richtige Wahl für einen Aufenthalt im Grand Pacific Hotel.

GGastnutzerWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. HhobistaycationFür das erste Mal hier bleiben. Früher Einchecken um 3 Uhr ohne Einzahlung, Buchen Sie nicht rauchen, sondern rauchen, wenn nicht rauchen, Sie müssen noch 30 Minuten warten und alles ist bereit mit Anschlusstür. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich sauber und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich komplett und Kinderfreundlich. Bf für ein 4-star Hotel tut mir leid, sagen normal, das Menü jeder Wahl ist reich im Westen, traditionelle, ein wenig Dessert. Versuchen Sie frisch gefrierter Reis, wie es seit der Nacht gekocht wurde.
Nachdem bf wollte zurück ins Boomzimmer, ergab es, dass es eine Rennen Veranstaltung im 16. Stock für Hunderte Teilnehmer von außen gab, folglich wartete der Aufzug lange, so musste ich mit den Teilnehmern warten. Aber ich wollte nicht rein, weil es vorbei war. Nicht so weit, wenn ich vom Zimmer, möchte ich co-to fo, es ist wie eine Verbreitung von Veranstaltungen oder noch beschäftigt für die Veranstaltung, folglich warten vor dem Aufzug ist etwa 25 Minuten, als voll von oben, die zum Boden gehen wollen und der Aufzug, der nur gegenseitig gespült / zugreifen kann - Gabisa. Ich habe lange Zeit endlich versucht, einen Aufzug für HK/Service zu finden und endlich den tragbaren Aufzug zu benutzen, und selbst wenn ich nicht zum G-Fußboden gehen kann, muss ich zum Grundstück/lt 1 gehen und dann nach unten gehen. Ich will es nur tun, weil ich müde bin, weil ich müde bin, weil ich von dem Aufzug gebraucht bin, den Aufzug verbessern und den GOT REIS nach dem Frontreceptionist abschalten.
Bitte beachten Sie die Hotelverwaltung/Verkaufsmöglichkeiten, wenn Sie eine Veranstaltung möchten, in allen Aspekten von der Lage, Zugang, Veranstaltungszeiten, Hotelgästekapazität und anderen. Denn im Aufzug nach dem Ereignis können viele Hotelgäste beim Ingenieur, der im Aufzug eingesetzt wird, nur ihre Entschuldigung und ihre Pflicht ausüben, Aber leider vor dem Aufzug gibt es kein Hotel, das die Verwendung des Aufzugs, der das Hotel scannt, arrangiert.
Hoffentlich ist es in Zukunft besser, ich möchte nur meine Erfahrung teilen.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

Die Umgebung atemberaubend, sehr schön. Empfehlen Sie, dass Sie Frühstück auf der Reise einschließen, da es wirklich erschwinglich und nett ist. Sie servieren Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen. Tolonglahh bleiben sinii beste Erfahrung je!!! Ich pun nak wiederholen nantiiiii

GGastnutzerDie Stadt neben Wanlong, die schnelle Ausfahrt nach dem Zimmer ist sauber, jedes Tag wird man gereinigt, die Lage ist gut, neben dem Hauptstraßengang ist es nicht weit von der Universität entfernt, umgeben von den Geschäftsräumen, die wir freuen uns auf die nächste Gelegenheit, zu leben.

Building architecture from old dutch colonial and surrounding by trees and nice garden make it very fresh. The room quite spacious on this price category and some has balcony with a nivw bath room. I impress about the amenities that complete from the bottle of water, tooh brush and tooth paste has a brand and good quality. The Bed ok and the furniture were nice. The facilities the have a good and best spot for photos (for instagram) and a nice swimming pool infront of their restaurant which is use for daily dining/breakfast. The breakfast is just ok. need to improve for the variety and taste. The staff some are nice some just flat face eapecially on the breakfast service seems like they tired or forget that their in the hospitality indistry that need warm and smile service. Maybe because most of the staff are seniors so they forget how to serve customer. but the security and receptionist are nice.
The Parking area are open space so if its rain your car will be wet or hot if it during the day.
overall is Ok. a good and relaxing hotel if you want to choose stay in bandung city
