Close to the fully equipped private Altos Gym, and 30 steps away from the pool. Last but not least, you will receive a first class service from our charismatic and kind maid Angela. Angela will clean the apartment on a daily basis and, if desired, can cook breakfast or lunch for guests. This immaculate villa, Las Cerezas, is on over an acre lot, centrally located in a quiet golfing neighborhood just a golf-cart drive away from the hotel and spa, Minitas Beach Club, the Mediterranean-style village of Altos de Chavón, equestrian, tennis and shooting centers, the marina and numerous shops and restaurants. This villa provides lots of natural light with folding glass doors overlooking a beautiful backyard and La Romana Country Club golf course, designed by Pete Dye. Total renovation was completed in September 2021. The entrance leads into a spacious great room with a bar, reclining couches, an 85" screen tv, large dining table that seats 12, and a separate seating area to enjoy drinks, games or reading. The back patio provides outdoor cooking, dining areas, sitting areas next to a heated pool with a built-in jacuzzi. Extensive outdoor lighting illuminates the spacious grounds and tropical landscape at night. The villa sleeps ten, two master bedrooms with a king bed in each, a private office/study off one master, two queen beds, and two twin beds (can be converted into a king bed, upon request.) All the bedrooms are en suite, along with A/C units, ceiling fans, TVs and vanities. A 4-seater golf cart is also included with your stay. For your enjoyment, the villa is completely stocked with everything you would need for a perfect vacation and includes a golf cart, a maid, who also cooks, Monday through Saturday from 8am-5pm. Your breakfast service is included and lunch can be prepared for you daily upon request (renter provides the food and preparation cost for lunch). My condo has a capacity to sleep max 6 but, for comforts sake, the ideal number of people is 4.The condo is fully equipped with everything you'll need to get yourself started upon arrival including: towels, sheets, soaps, shampoo, hairdryers, tissue & paper etc….Also, our kitchen is always stocked with the basics to allow you to arrive care free of forgetting anything for cooking i.e. basic seasoning ingredients. Golf Villa 70 is an exceptionally well situated three bedroom Golf Villa located on the 14th fairway of the Links golf course with panoramic views of the 14th and 15th fairways; the fairway lake and our gardens.The villa is a short walking distance to Minitas beach and the hotel facilities. The Villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/cook. Julie is fluent in English and Spanish.Casa de Campo daily resort fees are included in the rental total. Please give an accurate number of adults and children in your party as I will need to request Casa de Campo access.DESCRIPTION The villa is a traditional golf villa design with mahogany louvered windows and wrap around screened veranda. Local artists have painted some of the furniture and walls. The villa receives the morning sun and is positioned to receive the afternoon breezes. It is a perfect environment to relax and enjoy Casa de Campo.Two of the bedrooms are adjacent to the screened veranda and living room. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is in a private area down a hallway from the main villa living areas. The three bedrooms are air conditioned.The villa has Internet and Casa de Campo cable tv. If you wish a broader tv viewing experience, bring your own Fire Stick or Roku type streaming device and plug it into the tv.The villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/cook and Papo, our gardener. Julie works from approximately 9am to 2pm each day.
