We enjoyed our second stay at River Spirit! We stayed on a weekday so the hotel was not very busy and they let us pick which floor we wanted to be on. We got a top floor room with a great view! We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the ******, Fireside Grill. It was pretty tasty and affordable. Our server was also great! There seems to be some sort of live entertainment every evening and we enjoyed the musician playing in one of the Margaritaville areas. Just an FYI that smoking is allowed in certain areas of the ****** and it can get a little overwhelming in certain areas depending on who is sitting next to you. We already have our next stay planned!

Als ich zum Vorderbüro ging, um Hilfe zu bitten, war Nina da und lachte und fragte, wie sie helfen könnte. Sie setzte schnell auf, was sie an der Arbeit hatte, und bestand darauf, mir sofort zu helfen. Nina druckte die Dokumente, die ich benötigt und lieferte schnell. Dies war die einzige Zeit, dass ich in einem solchen Pinch gewesen und sofort Hilfe benötigt habe und ich war so froh, dass Nina da war, um mir zu helfen. Sie ist großartig!

Der Väterservice war ausgezeichnet und eine Segen in der Wärme. Auch, alles ist in der Nähe, so dass es nicht viel Fahren oder Verkehr zu stören Ihren Aufenthalt. . Wir vermissten einen Haartrockner, aber das Front Desk war schnell, um einen zu unserem Zimmer zu liefern.

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer gewesen sein können, aber die Lage war großartig. Das Hotel hat eine gute Kombination aus Restaurant und Bar. Nichts zu fancy, aber sehr bequem. Wir bleiben heute Abend eigentlich wieder, da unsere Geschäftsgeschäfte unseren Aufenthalt in Tulsa verlängert haben.

My day began with a vehicle and equipment challenge that negated my way to the airport. Please allow me to express my sincere appreciation to both Lesli and Anita for their professionalism, kindness, and assistance with smoothing an otherwise bumpy Monday morning. It is my hope that each of these exceptional ladies are recognized for the excellence they afforded me. I really wanted to like this hotel, and there are some things to like. It is a beautifully restored historic building, which is a plus. The rooms are large, and the beds comfortable. However, the management needs to pay more attention to details. After a full day out at appointments, I came back to a room that had not been touched. The bed was unmade, the trash was not emptied, the empty glasses had not been picked up, and I had no clean towel to take a shower before dinner, and I was in a time crunch. (The hotel is supposed to provide daily housekeeping.) The front desk didn't answer the phone when I called from my room, so I got dressed and walked down to talk to someone in person. I was told housekeeping would come right away. But they did not. And so I had to call again, this time getting an answer but still greatly delayed on anyone showing up at my door. If this were a Hilton Garden Inn, I would expect less on service. But at a Hilton property like this, I expect more. A huge oversight is the bizarre room service menu offered. Where else in America can you not order a hamburger or some basic food from room service. I wasn't in the mood for a Wagyu steak. So I went to the bar and found a hamburger and fries. But the bar is not allowed to sell desserts. What? Who thought that was a good idea. The next night I ate a chicken Caesar salad in the bar and nearly broke my teeth on at least four chicken bones not properly removed. Nice property, good location, nice rooms (don't expect a view though) but somewhat lacking in basic service. This should be an easy fix for management.

First, The location is fantastic. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were all very nice and welcoming from the valet to front desk to wait staff and the maid. I really appreciated the added security of having m the elevator not stopping on floors 2-5 (the rooms) without using your room key. The bathroom was very nice. It had a wall mounted shower head and a hand held shower. There was a shelf for your things and a full glass door that other IHG hotels didn’t have. Also, plenty of towel bars and hooks. Yeah! The first floor restaurant is ok, not all that but decent. The roof top bar is beautiful with good views of the city. Lovely at sunset. My only real negative is the noise. The train noise is all night long. I didn’t believe trains are that long but I guess they are. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. Also people were letting their room doors slam very early and late.

We were gifted two nights at the Omni Hotel OKC in October of 2024. What an amazing experience from parking the car, to checking in, to the spa, to the restaurant options. The views of downtown OKC were awesome. The proximity to some cool experiences around OKC is phenomenal. The room was comfortable, and the service was stellar. The Omni is an incredible experience and my wife and I will be back!

Im Stadtzentrum gelegen, gibt es viele Obdachlose. Es gibt zwei Arten von Parkplätzen, Regal und Parkservice. Mehr als zehn Regale in einer Nacht. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und die Dekoration ist zufriedenstellend.

I told my friends to stay at this hotel because of one reason. Your staff! All of them are fantastic, for starters Ron took us on a tour of the hotel which was very meaningful for my friends, he also picked us up and took us to many restaurants and was awesome! He went above and beyond! Shannon served us at the bar, she is fantastic!!! She is the best bartender who is able to make any drink taste fabulous. Rowena, is GREAT! From the 1st time we stayed at the hotel Roe waited on us and made us feel at home. Also provides superb service! The Best! They are the reason we come back to this hotel for dinner and drinks every Saturday. The chef TShombe is the best in Tulsa!! We love these people! They make your hotel.

Mein Mann und ich blieben hier eine Nacht auf einer Kreuzfahrt mit unseren beiden Puppen. Das Hotel ist schön und modern. Es wird von einer alten Ford Model T-Montagefabrik umgewandelt, so dass das ganze Hotel offen und geräumig ist. Wir lieben das Kunstwerk. Das Zimmer ist groß, neu und sehr sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass das Zimmer sehr dunkel ist. Auch mit jeder Lampe/Licht wechselte, war das Zimmer noch sehr dunkel. Ich kann nicht mit den Einrichtungen sprechen, wenn wir spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Morgen verlassen.

Please keep in mind I have NEVER had to complain about any hotel stay ever this far in life. While in town for a concert, my brother and I stayed here for two nights. The afternoon following the first night, my brother noticed red raised itchy bumps all over the back of his legs. We assumed they could only be from the hotel, as we only left one time since checking in to get food. After looking up pictures of bed bug/ flea bites we confirmed that there was no other option of what they could have been. When checking out, we showed the receptionist the pictures of his legs as well as our disgusting molded/ brown duvet inserts. They reacted very quickly and asked for no additional information as they quickly said they would comp one of the nights. Which made us assume this might be a frequent problem due to their reaction. They later told us to send in the pictures and they would get back to us on comping the second night. We were then rushed to end the conversation and leave the hotel. When I called in today to check on the status of our refund, I was told that they sent someone out to test the room for bed bugs and it came back negative. We received no call with an update and were told that we would no longer be getting the second night comped after it was promised. This situation was handled extremely terrible by staff and my brother is still having major issues with his bites days later. We also had the maid service knock on our door three times, once at 8am, 9am, and 10am before checking out at 11am (1 HOUR BEFORE REQUIRED CHECK OUT TIME) Will never be returning to this Sheraton or staying at another one ever again. I would post pictures but the platform is not allowing me to attach them. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Simply incredible experience. From the moment at check in to check out this was a 5 star experience. I was travelling solo to visit family about 20 minutes away and the staff happily helped me find my new favorite coffee shop, as well as great places to chill out for a meal and a cocktail that were friendly on my wallet with the vibes I needed. The car/shuttle service was on point and was offered before I even had to ask once I knew the direction I was headed. I got a king corner room and it was amazing in itself. Great views, comfy bed and after the cleaning staff made the bed they put my book back on the bed with the page opened to where I had left it. Nice touch!! My only regret here was that I didn't get the names of the guys working the counter and the drivers. You were all amazing - thank you. I will be back.

New hotel that underwent an amazing reno. Booked the Junior Suite and what a wonderful room for a good price! Spacious, separate “living room” with gorgeous light fixtures, deep blue wall color with wonderful white baseboards and doors, beautiful window coverings and carpet. The bedroom is huge with wonderful bathroom that has a gorgeous large shower and vanity. Bronze fixtures everywhere which look so classy. Only problem was the “night light” under the vanity--flips on and off erratically. The Great Hall on the main floor is glorious. Soaring ceilings that look to be 30+ feet high, gorgeous art deco light fixtures and décor. Wonderful place for a drink to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is available in the attached garage which is the worst ever. Extremely narrow lanes that curve in ridiculous ways. Unfortunately that’s the only option to be near the hotel. We did not do valet parking (about $6 more), which is a must to avoid this horrendous garage.
