An sich alles sehr gut. Lage top, Ausstattung gut, Betten mit 1,2 m Breite jedoch etwas schmal für Erwachsenen und Kind. Beim Frühstücksbuffet kam das freundliche Personal mit dem Nachfüllen der Speisen und des Geschirrs nicht ganz hinterher, das Hotel war aber auch gut besucht. Essensauswahl war toll und hat gut geschmeckt.

Von der offenen Pool vor dem Meer können Sie die beste Lage des Zimmers sehen. Sie können kostenlos Nachttouren und Klavier spielen, der Stern ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück mit dem Buffet ist sehr lecker, von der örtlichen Überquerung von Speisen bis zu Fischfleisch. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zufriedenstellend!!!

Das ist eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir geblieben sind, genossen wir alle kleinen Details - freier Kaffee- und Teefluss mit Snacks über den ganzen Tag, komplimentäre Lichtmahlzeiten für Frühstück und eine glückliche Stunde mit freiem Plumwein und Sake. Die Ärsche, sowohl öffentliche als auch private, ist so gemütlich und entspannt. Und das allgemeine Design des Hotels, das das vorherige Bauernhaus als Grundlage nutzt, schuf einen schönen, aber ruhigen Raum. Ja, es ist ein wenig preiswerter Aufenthalt, aber wir würden nicht wieder kommen, wenn wir nach Minamiuonama gehen.

But the bathroom was tiny with very little space and felt out of place with the rest of the hotel. Bath was very narrow and small Overall: Very good location and modern hotel. I’m giving my honest opinion. This is my first unsatisfied review for a hotel room. I was very disappointed by the room for the price I paid. I paid more for this room than what I paid for luxury upscaled room near Tokyo Disney. The photos online were very deceiving. When I entered my room, it was gross, i cringed, and my toes curled. I didn’t want to put my belongings down. The carpet was old and disgusting. The pull out couch bed was gross. There were stains on the couch back rest and the mattress. The sheet for the mattress was too small it didn’t cover the stained mattress. The beds were hard and didn’t feel clean. The shower curtain had a bad odor. The room was very dated. Since this hotel is pretty secluded and other hotels were booked we had to make do. I’m glad we only stayed one night. On a better note, the staff were very friendly and service was great. Location for skiing was amazing, and the free shuttle bus was fabulous. Naeba Prince Hotel really need to do better with their rooms. I was looking forward to bringing my entire family of 14 to stay a few nights next year, but after seeing the rooms, I will not stay here again unless they renovate their rooms which are in dire need of upgrades.

Very nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich alt, aber immer noch gut in Schuss. Ich liebe den Whirlpool so sehr. Deshalb benutzen wir nie die Dusche und die Badewanne in unserem Zimmer und sind stattdessen einfach in das öffentliche Bad des Hotels gegangen. Die Außenbäder sind sehr unterhaltsam. Es war einer meiner besten Aufenthalte und der erste beeindruckende Ryokan-Stil, den ich erlebt habe. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind so hilfsbereit, höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist so lala und das Abendessen wird sehr schön präsentiert. Das Abendessen besteht aus mehreren Gängen und ist für mich ziemlich schick, da sie einen nach dem anderen servieren. Das Hauptgericht ist Fisch, aber wir lieben das gegrillte Rindfleisch, das sie serviert haben, sehr.

a last minute short ski trip found me checking out this resort and it suited me just fine.  I only had time to ski for 2 days and was pleasantly surprised by the good value for money here. Arriving in the early morning from Ueno on the 0649hr Shinkansen, I hopped onto the 0810hr hotel shuttle, registered myself at the front desk (had my room assigned but check in was at 3pm) and found myself on the slope just shortly after 9am. Hotel guests also have free use of a locker to keep our equipment overnight.   I was contemplating to visit another slope (maybe Gala or Iwappara) the next day but enjoyed myself enough to save the hassle and continue skiing at Naspa Ski Garden on the second day.  Ski passes for both days were free for hotel guests (although I only stayed a night).  Breakfast was a  sumptuous spread of buffet the next morning.  Room was large, nice and clean.  Onsen was perfect.  I checked out after breakfast, left my bags with storage and at the end of the day, use the changing area to pack up before catching the hotel shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa Station.  I managed to do some shopping in Ginza and had a great sushi meal there before heading to the hotel.   I will certainly return! A big thank you to all the staff!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die einzigen zwei Dinge, die ich nicht mag, sind die separate Toilette und Bad, die klein ist plus keine Haken, um Kleidung zu hängen und müssen jederzeit ein Kleid steigen, wenn Sie in/aus dem Hotel gehen.

Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich schön und der Service am Rezeption-Büro war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war persönlich freundlich und versuchte wirklich, mit allem zu helfen, was ich während meines Aufenthalts benötigte. Ich war jedoch sehr enttäuscht über den Telefondienst. Als ich das Hotel angerufen und in Englisch gesprochen habe, war die Anrufe auf mich gehängt. Ich habe es mehrere Male versucht und das gleiche passierte. Es schien nicht, als ob der Mitarbeiter am Telefon bereit war, zu helfen oder eine Lösung zu finden. Das hinterließ einen sehr negativen Eindruck. Da es sich um ein “Internationales Hotel” handelt, erwartete ich zumindest eine grundlegende englische Kommunikation oder einen Versuch, anstatt die Anrufe zu entbinden, zu helfen. Ich habe das Hotel bereits über dieses Thema informiert und hoffe aufrichtig, dass sie ihre Telefondienste ständig verbessern. Zusätzlich ist das Hotel 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, so dass Sie wahrscheinlich ein Taxi nehmen müssen, um umher zu reisen. Insgesamt war der persönliche Service gut, aber die Telefonkommunikationserfahrung braucht eine ernsthafte Verbesserung.
