Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.

Zur Hotelreise in Pekanbaru - Ich war im Fox Hotel Pekanbaru und wurde von der Gesamtqualität des Hotels beeindruckt. Das Zimmer war gut gepflegt, mit einem komfortablen Bett und modernen Einrichtungen. Die Service war effizient Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und schnell zu helfen mit jeder Anfrage. Die Frühstücksauswahl war zufriedenstellend, und die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es einfach zugänglich zu nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Mahlzeiten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisen und Freizeitreisen. Da das Hotel mit Pekanbaru Exchange verbunden ist, bietet es einen guten Ort, um Ihre Nacht mit einiger Filmzeit im Kino zu verpacken und wieder zum Hotel für Ruhe zu gehen.

Hotel service fair nothing to shout about. Location 6/10. It's next to the mall but again there's nothing to shop/buy/see. Try to find juices , very limited choice. Surrounded by shop lot which majority selling fast food and mini mart. Good location for local I guess. Amenities very basic. Tooth brush shampoo , hand and body cleanser 2 bath towel , bath mat and hair dryer that's it. Coffee/tea making facilities and mini fridge. No bottle drinking water except a jar of water where you can refill from the dispenser at corridor. Which I am allergies with those tap water even though with super brand water filter. ( learned from my bad experience in Jakarta). Luckily the groceries shop next to the hotel , so I can get a mineral water. TV ? Very interesting...... I don't expect such a branded hotel chain with no smart TV. Unable to connect my laptop since the only way to connect with TV via vga or hdmi. Breakfast selection fair , I think almost similar with other local brand hotel in pekanbaru. Nothing impressive. Overall, there's a few local brand hotels with good location and lower price and same standard that you may pick.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯

Einer der besten Hotels, die ich in Dumai Indonesien geblieben habe. Freundliches Personal und große Einrichtungen. Frühstückswahl war breit in der Vielfalt mit Chicken Porridge, das ist lecker. Sie haben auch kostenlose Shuttle-Service zum Ferry. Sicherlich der Ort meiner Wahl. Sehr empfohlen
