The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Ich habe mit meiner Frau und Kindern für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Novotel Pekanbaru geblieben. Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und familienfreundlich. Meine Kinder genossen den Pool, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl an Optionen. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und eine große Wahl für eine Familiengehäuse.

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

The room is clean The bed is not very comfortable, it needs a to be changed to a new one. Location is a bit far from the center. The gym is very small & disappointing, it's should NOT be called as a gym, but a room with 1 treadmill & a full set of dumbbell.

Ich habe Hotel Zuri Pekanbaru für meine Frau reserviert, die auf einer Geschäftsreise war. Sie wollte ursprünglich im Swiss-Belhotel bleiben, aber es war vollständig reserviert. Wir suchten ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe und fanden dieses. Es ist ein 4-star Hotel, und der Ort ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück war am meisten so lecker wie das Frühstück im Hotel 5-star, das wir unlängst bei uns geblieben hatten.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Große Absprache tatsächlich für Rp. 330k einschließlich Frühstück. Zimmer sind riesig aber alt. Frühstück ist lecker, genug Variante, um nicht in den 5 Tagen, die ich geblieben habe, zu verärgern. Der Pool ist ziemlich groß und es gab fast keine anderen Menschen am Wochentag. Die Lage ist nur ok. Es ist eine 15-minütige Spazierfahrt zum Ciputra Mall und um die gleiche Entfernung zu Sudirman, so ist Gojek notwendig, wenn Sie nicht ertragen Wärme. Die Fensteraussicht ist gut von der Vorderseite, solange Sie nicht durch einen großen Grab in der Nähe beunruhigt sind.
