The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Gutes Hotel, ich war für 2 Nächte für Geschäftsreisen und während der Ramadhan. Das Hotel bietet früheren Frühstück für diejenigen, die das Essen machen wollen. Es ist auch sauber, neben dem ist ein Einkaufszentrum, Komfort zum Einkaufen und Abendessen.

Gute Umgebung mit schönem Frühstück. Die Dachlounge ist gut für Hangouts mit vollem Stadtblick. Zimmer ist geräumig. Eines zu verbessern wäre die Soundproof-Funktion für das Zimmer nicht verfügbar, mit akustischen Lärm von Ihrem Nachbarn und der Klopfen-Sound. Andernfalls ist das Bett komfortabel, sowie, Wasserdruck & Temperatur sind einfach schön.

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

Das Hotel ist angemessen, sauber genug, komfie, das Personal ist freundlich, aber leider ist der Einkaufszentrum neben der Tür nicht das beste. Wandern Entfernung zum Living World Einkaufszentrum.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
