Ich mag ihren kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Die Einrichtungen sind fast vollständig mit Pool, Fitnessraum, Billard und Wellness-Space sowie ihren einzigartigen Durian-Restauranten. Es gibt nur einen Glitch, der in der Rimba Durian Restaurant passiert ist, dass die Mitarbeiter unsere Lebensmittelaufträge vergessen haben, wir haben 1&1/2 Stunden gewartet, bis wir etwas nicht richtig fühlen.. Mitarbeiter haben sich entschuldigt.. Aber ehrlich gesagt, meine Aufregung, ihre lokale Küche zu versuchen, schmelzt aus.. Aber im Allgemeinen, Rating noch alles gut für mich. ❤️.

The hotel is close to the airport 6 km away but it took 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle to arrive due to the traffic congestion. Going to the hotel was a lot quicker. Booking on was quick and pleasant and they offered to bring our bags up. Breakfast was on the cold side but pleasant.

Der Shuttleservice ist schrecklich. Zuerst kam ich gegen 00:30 Uhr am CGK T3 an und habe den (Shuttle-)Fahrer mehrmals vergeblich angerufen. Ich entschied mich für ein Taxi und bezahlte mehr, um Zeit zu sparen. Zweitens, als ich ihnen am nächsten Tag sagte, dass ich den Shuttle um 11:00 Uhr nehmen werde, wurde er erst um 11:15 Uhr angezeigt. Wieder einmal entschied ich mich für ein Taxi, um für meinen nächsten Anschlussflug pünktlich am Flughafen zu sein. Besser nicht erwähnen, dass das Hotel einen Shuttleservice hat, als diesen enttäuschenden Service erleben zu müssen. Danke schön!

Where do I begin? The entrance to the hotel is impressive—gleaming, well-maintained reception areas and spotless toilets, truly reflecting the 4.5-star rating. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely warm in their service. The facilities themselves were solid, offering a well-equipped gym, engaging fitness classes, a decent-sized pool, and reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall, the amenities were good, and I had no complaints on that front. However, an extra fold-out bed was an added cost (about half the price of the room), though they did offer a discount on it. Unfortunately, things took a turn when we saw the room. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard—more like a 2-star experience. While it's cheaper compared to places I stay in Australia, it was still twice the price of accommodations nearby, which makes it feel overpriced for what it is. The lady at reception could only offer us two room options, both of which were in poor condition, so we opted for the lesser of two evils. This was a disappointment in terms of service. The room itself had a number of issues. The hot water barely worked—either scalding hot or ice cold, with no middle ground. The room was dirty, with visible damage such as switches hanging off the walls, poor patch-up jobs, and mold on the ceiling. It was simply unpleasant, as you can see in the photos. This is supposedly one of the best properties in the area, but it felt like they have a monopoly here, given the lack of competition nearby. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was tired and in desperate need of renovation. One last thing to note: if you're traveling with children, be cautious when it rains—the tiles at the entrance get incredibly slippery. Would I recommend this resort? Based on the room quality and the price, unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I won’t be returning in the future.

Checked in at 2 pm sharp, our family suite room only has 1 window facing to another building. Other than that, the room is okay. Breakfast for a four star hotel was quite complete, there were Western, Chinese, and local food. Overall experience 9/10

Overall, the stay was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the bed was a bit dirty, which caused some itchiness—definitely something that could be improved.

This is the hotel for when you really need to take a break or catch a flight after a long trip in the countryside. Nice, spacious rooms with good water pressure. Attentive service brought me an iron at 5:30am. They have a pool and restaurants. Plus outside they have very active street food areas with lots of fruit, pempeck, sate etc. About 25mins to airport with tolls around 7am. Good.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

new hotel. it takes around 17 mins to go to the airport. the receptionist was really kind to offer me a takeout breakfast as i would leave early in the morning. the view is pretty nice.

Great location! 5 mins drive away from ICE BSD convention centre and AEON mall just right opposite. The only downside during my stay was the toilet ceiling was leaking water and I couldn’t get a change of room as it was fully booked at the time, so I had to wait till they got it fixed.

Als wir zum vierten Mal hier waren, war das Zimmer wie immer sauber und komfortabel, obwohl es bei unserer Ankunft nach Zigaretten roch, der Fernseher keinen Ton hatte und die Dusche Probleme hatte. Alles kann gut gehandhabt werden. Das Frühstück war dieses Mal enttäuschend, da das Servicepersonal nicht gut war. Das Hotel war voll mit Gästen, aber an mehreren Tischen waren Schilder für externe Gäste angebracht, die nur zum Frühstück ins Hotel kamen!!! Infolgedessen konnten wir keinen Sitzplatz ergattern und stattdessen bat uns das Personal, draußen zu sitzen, im Raucherbereich, der relativ unbequem war (es gab zwei weibliche Angestellte, die schmutzig waren). Dadurch war unser Frühstück alles andere als appetitlich, besonders als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, war der Tisch noch leer, d. h. die Gäste waren noch nicht da!! Der Rest ist okay

Das Personal des Frontbüros während der Kontrollen ruinierte die gesamte Erfahrung. Ein Stadtblick reserviert, aber stattdessen wurde dieser Blick gegeben. Müssen Sie zahlen $$$, um nach Stadtblick zu bewegen, aber glücklicherweise bedeckt die Reise es. Bever wird wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben.

Hotel lacks quite a far bit… only convenient if you need a place to stay within super duper close proximity after attending a concert at ICE BSD. Even then usually the place will be bustling and busy and staff will be overwhelmed. Service is understandably much slower as they have to handle a huge crowd. During my check in I was not informed that my access card will not be activated until 15+mins later. I lugged my luggage up, all ready to settle down and rest in the room but ended up spending a good 10mins outside the door trying to go in but wasn’t able to. I begrudgingly lugged my luggage down again to find the staff to assist. Only after we went up again could the card be used to unlock the door. Would’ve appreciated if the check in staff informed me in advance then at least I don’t have to waste a trip up only to have to come down again with my belongings. First impression of the room… it is definitely decent for resting but I honestly would not choose this hotel again for any future concerts. Just my own personal preference. It looks good in the pictures and I do see a lot of fans staying over at the hotel. They seem ok and happy. If you’re one who prioritises cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not be suitable for you. The card incident and the hotel room impression did affected me in some ways. I made a booking to another hotel and left within hours. Ps. The room I was assigned to only had the old 2 pin plugs and I did not bring any adaptors so that was one of the few reasons why I left. Also there was eyelash on the counter I thought these were just signs the room is not for me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel too badly if I wasn’t alone 😭

Der Service war recht gut, das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos, das Frühstücksangebot war nicht so abwechslungsreich, gerettet wurde es durch den Indomie-Stand, der immer großartig ist. Der Parkplatz war ausreichend, aber etwas eng, wenn man zu B2 und B3 muss. Das Zimmer war recht groß, die Inneneinrichtung noch sauber und neu.

The hotel is great overall, probably because it is still new. The design is modern and simple with a bit of contemporary art touches in some areas. The room has a decent size and they provide these little bolsters to suit the Indonesian culture, which is nice. The hotel facilities are decent, the gym has the necessary exercise equipment. The swimming pool is nice though a bit small. They also offer quite a variety of food for breakfast and in-room food service. Location is also nice, there is a restaurant next to the hotel and just a walk away from The Breeze. Overall, it is slightly beyond my expectation of what I thought of ibis hotels. The only downside is the hotel lobby that is a bit far and inconvenient to get to from the car park area, though they try to compensate this by having a buggy car to send you from the lobby to car park (not the other way around).

Haben Sie für ein paar Tage für IKPI Congress 2019 in diesem Hotel geblieben. Durch die Lobby bin ich sofort durch das schöne und freundliche Empfangsbereich getroffen. Licht, Luft und sehr geräumig ...Sehr willkommene Atmosphäre. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr professionell, freundlich und äußerst hilfreich. Sie heißen und lachen immer zu uns. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allen wesentlichen und fantastischen Aussichten. Ich habe keine Zweifel, dieses Hotel an die Touristen zu empfehlen, die nach Batu gehen wollen. Werden bald wieder an diesem Ort.. !!
