Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

Ich brauche Zusatzpillow.. aber ich kann nicht mit dem Haushalter oder jemandem ....coz wir können sie qr durch Scan fragen, aber wir können nichts tun, weil wir dieses Hotel nicht durch ihre Apss buchten, wir buchen durch Reise.. so können wir nicht anmelden ihre Apps.. so kann ich fragen.

A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

The hotel is new and well-equipped, with a great view from the higher floors. There are shopping malls and a water park nearby. The only downside is that public transportation is not very convenient.

Da ich an einer Veranstaltung im ICE BSD teilnahm, war das Hotel nur 5–7 Minuten mit Grab entfernt und auch das AEON Einkaufszentrum war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich und beantwortete alle meine Fragen. Ich würde gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist fantastisch, sowohl für Westler als auch für Einheimische. Das Café bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, und das Essen zum Mittag- und Abendessen ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer wirken allerdings etwas altmodisch und schlecht instand gehalten. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Kingsize-Zimmer gebucht, das aber nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein hervorragendes Transithotel, wenn Sie Zeit sparen und nicht nach Jakarta fahren möchten. Besonders praktisch für Reisen von einer Provinz in ein anderes Land mit Zwischenstopp in Jakarta.

Die Lage ist sehr kostengünstig. Die kleine Umgebung ist in den Slumgebieten nicht sicher Umherzuwandern. Die Eiswürfel am Straßenrand können nicht gegessen werden und verursachen Magenprobleme. Sie können recycelt und wiederverwendet werden, und es kann zu Fußpilz kommen. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.
