Posizione favolosa, tra ristoranti e negozi e perfetto per un comodo check-in mattiniero. Stanza pulita e comoda, letto confortevole e bel bagno. AC con macchina tipo pinguino molto rumorosa ma una volta rinfrescata la stanza si può anche spegnere. Pareti sottili che facevano sentire anche il bambino che tossiva nella stanza a fianco. Consigliato per la posizione ma portatevi i tappi

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Wir waren stets zufrieden bis auf diesmal: unser gebuchtes Zimmer befand sich genau unter den Karaoke Räumen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken in dieser eh schon sehr kurzen Nacht. Wir mussten um 4 Uhr (am) das Hotel verlassen und bis kurz nach 2 Uhr sangen die Gäste um die Wette. Sehr nervig und anstrengend. Auch gab es diesmal kein early breakfast wie zur Ramadanzeit, zu diesem Zeitpunkt konnten wir bereits ab 3 Uhr frühstücken. Diesmal war es erst ab 4 Uhr möglich. Eine Frühstücksbox gab es nicht für die früh abreisenden Gäste. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Unser Timmer gefiel uns diesmal ebenfalls nicht so gut, es roch ziemlich nach Zigaretten obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellten. Wir hoffen beim nächsten Mal ist wieder als wie gewohnt.

Die Lage ist sehr kostengünstig. Die kleine Umgebung ist in den Slumgebieten nicht sicher Umherzuwandern. Die Eiswürfel am Straßenrand können nicht gegessen werden und verursachen Magenprobleme. The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

Ungeachtet welcher Zeiten sind sie immer bereit, zu helfen. Ich ging viel zurück und ging zum Flughafen, so dass ich ihre Shuttle-Anlage viel benutzte und sie so schnell, um alle meine Kunden zu holen. Die Fahrer sind so nett, schreien an Herrn Rinal, Herrn Irman und Herrn Arif. Das Zimmer ist auch wirklich schön, sehr empfohlen, wenn Sie einen Platz benötigen, um um den Flughafen zu bleiben. Outstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung, im Hotel Alium Tangerang zu bleiben. Wir blieben zwei Tage. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, auch wenn wir vor der Ankunft. Das Personal des Frontbüros (Natalia, Catrice und Andin) hilft uns, das Zimmer leichter und früher als die übliche geplante Eincheckzeit zu erhalten. Ich empfehle diesen Ort, in Tangerang zu bleiben.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Ich bin auf einer Reise nach Jakarta gekommen, am letzten Tag, um in der Nähe des Flughafens zu bleiben, ich habe lange gewählt, das Hotel ist hauptsächlich sauber und sehr komfortabel, dieses Hotel ist überaus erwartet, die Rezeption bietet auch einen englischen Service, das heißt, der Transporter muss nach 8 Uhr früh gezahlt werden, und am Flughafen zum letzten Mal, um den Bus zu fahren, alle anderen loben

Wonderful stay at atria hotel gading serpong! Excellent service from Ms. Adele at the front desk🥰🫶🏼 stay comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was good, very nice set up menu at the restaurant❤️✨ Thank youu guys

Ich war sehr glücklich, in Mercure Tangerang BSD City für 2 Tage zu verblieben. Ich verbrachte Zeit für mein langes Wochenende mit meiner großen Familie, Cousins und Neffen nach langer Zeit nicht zu sehen. Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, weil ich sah, dass viele Einflussnehmer dieses Hotel bewertet wurden. Sie haben Kinder Spielplatz, Schwimmbad, Kinderaktivität (aber wir waren nicht glücklich, weil nur am Sonntag verfügbar), und auch Zoo-Rider. Wir haben den ganzen Tag nur im Zimmer verblieben, weil die Atmosphäre wie im zweiten Haus zu bleiben. Ich empfehle das meinem Freund, ihre Familie hier zu bringen.

Hotel lacks quite a far bit… only convenient if you need a place to stay within super duper close proximity after attending a concert at ICE BSD. Even then usually the place will be bustling and busy and staff will be overwhelmed. Service is understandably much slower as they have to handle a huge crowd. During my check in I was not informed that my access card will not be activated until 15+mins later. I lugged my luggage up, all ready to settle down and rest in the room but ended up spending a good 10mins outside the door trying to go in but wasn’t able to. I begrudgingly lugged my luggage down again to find the staff to assist. Only after we went up again could the card be used to unlock the door. Would’ve appreciated if the check in staff informed me in advance then at least I don’t have to waste a trip up only to have to come down again with my belongings. First impression of the room… it is definitely decent for resting but I honestly would not choose this hotel again for any future concerts. Just my own personal preference. It looks good in the pictures and I do see a lot of fans staying over at the hotel. They seem ok and happy. If you’re one who prioritises cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not be suitable for you. The card incident and the hotel room impression did affected me in some ways. I made a booking to another hotel and left within hours. Ps. The room I was assigned to only had the old 2 pin plugs and I did not bring any adaptors so that was one of the few reasons why I left. Also there was eyelash on the counter I thought these were just signs the room is not for me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel too badly if I wasn’t alone 😭

The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! On first impressions this hotel presents as nice definitely above average but not awe inspiring, it is reasonably priced and there's definitely no complaints on value for money. Then something else stands stands out, it took me a few minutes to realise this at first but the staff all knew my name. I felt welcome, wanted, and coming from someone who travels a lot hotels are normally very disassociated places you goto stay, you're just another generic face in another generic room recieving yet another generic smile from dare I say it another generic hotelier. The thing I couldn't put my finger on at first was here didn't feel like that at all. I could complain about a few things in this review but I refuse to, I will tell the hotel manager directly. This hotel doesn't deserve any bad reviews at all, it has a soul and the staff all reflect that even the not so great members of staff you can see that they're really trying to please you and it's just language that is the barrier. Room service is second to none. The laundry service is included in that very moderately priced room 4/5 items of clothes washed per day and returned to you in an immaculate state wrapped in polythene like it's the most important item of clothing ever produced. So it's clear to see I was impressed by the laundry service. The next service which is more personal to all travellers is the room cleaning service, I've had to leave my room in some states because of working hours. I returned to a room with folded clothes placed neatly in my wardrobe my mess all arranged and tidy. Sparkling floors and fresh finished bathroom, it was above and beyond anything I've ever received in any hotel, in case the hotel do not know how extremely professional their staff are I will mention her by name 'Paula' was the name of miracle woman who kept my life in order while I stayed here at the Atria. I didn't have to tip her and at first I didn't but the consistency and welcoming smile everyday, plus the innate feeling of security for my personal belongings compelled me to show some sign of appreciation for her dedication. Paula you are a credit to the Atria I mention her by name because she was the one who did my room all the staff at the Atria were extremely polite even the security staff who made calls and provided transport when I requested at short notice. Thank you to all! The next is Atria management who weren't locked away in an office all day but were actively visible to guests and accessible by staff very quickly. Ms Yunita I cannot thank you enough for the out of hours support you provided AFTER I checked out to go home following the airport issues I had, it's this response to a guest you had no reason to help which compelled me more than anything to write this review. If you are looking for a hotel in Jakarta and you want to feel safe and secure and actually be safe and secure the Atria Residences is the hotel for you. Enjoy your stay you won't regret it.

I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Serpong BSD City. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. I especially enjoyed the luxurious rainfall shower and the tasteful room decor. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to entertainment and dining options. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

Ich war im Hotel Yasmin Karawaci für einen Rückzug im Mai 2019. Das Hotel liegt etwas von Lippo Karawaci entfernt. Das Hotel ist ziemlich geräumig. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, mit minimalistischem Design, kostengünstiges Material, aber sieht nicht billig aus. Meine einzige Sorge mit dem Zimmer ist, dass es Zigarettengeräuche hat und das Badezimmer einen schlechten Geruch hat. Personal ist im Allgemeinen freundlich. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde vegetarisches Essen serviert. Sie sind lecker. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht schlecht.
