We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich direkt außerhalb des Innenraums der Abflugzähler in T3. Es hat einen 10m+ Pool und einen guten Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück ist nicht bis zu 4 4-star Hotelstandards, aber es ist ziemlich gut. Wenn Sie einen komfortablen Ort für eine lange Layout in CGK, esp, wenn Ihr nächster Flug von T3 ist, gibt es keine bessere Wahl als Grand Anara. Es gibt eine billigere Anara auf der anderen Seite von T3, und es gibt ein ”Digital Hotel” in der Nähe für einen günstigeren Preis, wenn Sie ein paar Dollar sparen möchten.

I arrived late time and I made 4 nights reservation but the schedules changes and the reception (front desk) helped me much and finally solve my big problem with platform. Special thanks for Mr Thorig & Ryan, they did their best work for me. And the hotel is full of design the place is very quiet and people always smile to you when face to face , nice breakfast and I will choose this hotel next time when I’m in Tangerang.

Das Zimmer war einfach wunderschön. Um fair zu sein, das ganze Hotel sieht gut konzipiert und gepflegt aus. Das Bett ist so weich, dass wir jeden Tag überschlafen 😂😂Die Sofa am Fenster ist ein netter Kontakt, um die Ansichten draußen zu beobachten. Wir waren mit schönen Sonnenuntergang gesegnet, während wir dort waren. Food: Das Frühstücksbuffet umfasst westliche und indonesische Küche. Ich bevorzuge die Früchte, die zum Abendessen zubereitet werden, als das Frühstück. Sie können im Restaurant auf dem 6. Stock oder im Erdgeschoss zu essen wählen, beide die gleichen Mahlzeiten gleichzeitig servieren. Die Preise sind etwas stark, aber absolut wert der Geschmack. Es gibt eine Eisbar auf dem Bodenboden 😋😋😋 Ausstattung: Es gibt einen Pool und Jacuzzi auf der 16. Etage. Der Jacuzzi ist groß genug für eine Gruppe von etwa 6 Freunden, um sich dort komfortabel zu sitzen. Wir hatten Massage während wir dort waren, ziemlich eine durchschnittliche Erfahrung. Was sollte ein 90-minute Erfahrung sein, wurde mit keiner Erklärung sehr verkürzt. Das Gesicht war unter dem Durchschnitt und sollte aus der Behandlung abgeschnitten werden, wenn es keine Einzelpersonen trainiert, die Dienst zu erbringen. Die Massageräume sehen spektakulär aus mit einer eigenem Dusche und einem Bad. Vielleicht enthalten sie einige aromatische Elemente, um die Erfahrung zu erhöhen.

The members of the staff were super helpful, we did our laundry and left our baggage for half of the day. Nice gentlemen from security in front of the building taking care of taxi and helping with the luggage. In the room we found everything that we needed for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice, lot of options to choose.

Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta, enjoyed comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near airport, tasty breakfast, and excellent service. Perfect for travelers seeking relaxation and convenience.

Ich war auf dieser Reise für eine Veranstaltung in der Nähe von ICE BSD aufmerksam. Absolut wert. Sie werden mit Porter Hilfe mit Ihrem Gepäck zu begrüßen, die Eincheckung war breezeig.  Das Frühstücksangebot ist zu sterben. Sie können einen Geschmack von Indonesien und ich genossen jeden Bit.  Will sicherlich wieder besuchen, nicht in der Lage, die Nutzung des Fitness und Pool, vielleicht wird es dann verwenden.

Location is average.. not the best but not bad either. Shower was too hot, cant make it warm. If we turn it cold the pressure drops. No instant coffee only tea. And safe deposit box was locked so we were unable to use it. There was also pee (or something similar) on toilet seat when we checked in. But staff were very helpful. We brought sambal which had to put in fridge and they helped us retrieve them at the end of the stay as our room fridge wasnt cold.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport.
