Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

The hotel is new and well-equipped, with a great view from the higher floors. There are shopping malls and a water park nearby. The only downside is that public transportation is not very convenient.

Ich habe mich sehr auf diese Reise gefreut, da ich an einer Veranstaltung in der Nähe von ICE BSD teilnahm. Es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Man wird von einem Gepäckträger empfangen, der einem mit dem Gepäck hilft, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum. Man kann die indonesische Küche in vollen Zügen genießen, und ich habe jeden Bissen genossen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Leider habe ich es nicht geschafft, Fitnessstudio und Pool zu nutzen, aber vielleicht hole ich das dann nach.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist fantastisch, sowohl für Westler als auch für Einheimische. Das Café bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, und das Essen zum Mittag- und Abendessen ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer wirken allerdings etwas altmodisch und schlecht instand gehalten. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Kingsize-Zimmer gebucht, das aber nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein ausgezeichneter Flughafen, wenn Sie eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Flughafennähe suchen. Das Wetter in Jakarta kann unberechenbar sein, und während der Regenzeit kann es zu Überschwemmungen kommen, die den Verkehr zum Flughafen stark beeinträchtigen. Da ich dieses Mal alleine reise und direkt nach meiner Ankunft in Jakarta am nächsten Tag einen Flug erwischen muss – der Transit ist also sehr kurz –, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt! Sie befindet sich im Terminal 3 des internationalen Flughafens Soekarno-Hatta und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Ich habe hier übernachtet und die sauberen Einrichtungen, die Annehmlichkeiten und das freundliche Personal sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn Sie ein Flughafenhotel suchen!

Lage Der Weg vom Flughafen, also nachts nicht gut, ziemlich dunkel und die Straße ist kaputt

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.
